The property was beautiful, however, after requesting several times ahead of my arrival with the staff regarding my free upgrade, I never received it. I was also met with a not so great tone via email during my final inquiry. I was never granted a free upgrade. The cleaning staff was great!

It’s not super far from the main area in Mykonos but the only way to get there for us was a taxi and it was $30 Euros each way!
Ubers were way more expensive.

Just in complete Awe!!

I recently stayed at Mykonos no. 5, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel at home right away. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a beautiful view.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service—staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests and always greeted me with a smile. I would like to recommend Eva the hotel manager, so prompt with her Reliance follow ups. People within the hotel staff especially Alexis, Chris, Joy were supply phenomenal.

The on-site amenities, like the pool, fitness center, and restaurant, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and varied each morning.

Overall, I felt genuinely cared for, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others looking for comfort and quality service.

Exceptional! We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay! From the moment we were picked up from the ferry port (a very well spent extra €40), warmly welcomed on arrival, to check out, everything in between was wonderful. Our room was immaculate with a gorgeous view from the big balcony & a beautiful shower. The pool is fantastic, we loved the sunloungers that were sat right on top of the water. There were always fresh towels on hand. Showers near the pool with all the toiletries you could imagine so you don’t even need to go back to your room. The included breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. The staff are amazing! Eva & Chris are the hotel managers & honestly, I never NOT saw them around, either doing grunt work (clearing tables) or just talking to guests & helping them out. They say they are “at our disposal” & you can believe they mean it. The other staff are also wonderful! Always friendly & accommodating. The cleaning staff are always around too, keeping the grounds spotless. In terms of location, we enjoyed being out of town a little & away from the crowds - the views over town are worth it! But getting around is pretty easy. You receive a mobile phone on arrival & you can call reception anytime & they will organise a pick up for you. One way from town is €30, we paid €40 to get home one night from Paradise Beach. The local buses are great too, just a bit more effort (walk down to Ornos to get bus into town then back out to other beaches if that’s what you want).

Present as the smell in the shower was always occurring. The swimming pool is great and we enjoyed most afternoons here! The gym is extremely small and could be something to work on. The pool side food was beautiful and breakfast was good. We would stay again, the staff made this for us. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay here but I don’t think I would stay again. Postives: bed was comfy, ac was good, room was clean, and the views were amazing. Negatives: We booked the corner suite for the patio and view and the window view was very dirty when we arrived so we couldn’t even see a view. We asked for it to be cleaned and they told us they couldn’t do anything about it but the next day to our surprise they semi-cleaned it. The bathroom also had an odor the entire weekend. Lastly the staff was nice but we never felt that welcomed and it didn’t entice us to stay onsite. Also you definitely need a car. Overall it was a good not great stay

Breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful - very attentive and always aimed to please :) Maybe not for families but more for couples. We had a room with a pool that needed to be cleaned. View from room was amazing and was quiet. Communication with the front desk was a bit lacking when trying to get transfers to town and to the airport. Was expecting more but was a good overall stay.

Beautiful property w/ INCREDIBLE Staff!

I think the best hotel experience of my life! And that is saying a lot because I used to work for The Ritz-Carlton and have stayed around the world with them! This property is SO STUNNING, the included breakfast is DELICIOUS, the balconies in the room are BEYOND! But the very best thing of all is the staff! The front desk organized so much for us, including a rental car delivered to us at the hotel and including a free ride back to our ferry (what?!), and a personalized 3 hr ATV tour around the island! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Everything was arranged and made so easy for us so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves when at the hotel. Sofia and Socrates at reception, THANK YOU! Stathis, Mykonos is so lucky to have you as an incredible mixologist and bartender, but we will see you soon in NYC! ;) Christian, Maria, George, and Paris at the restaurant, thank you for all your kindness and FUN! This staff felt like family by the time we left! We love you! Thank you for an incredible stay!!

Mykonos No.5 is a true 5 out of 5. My husband and I were completely blown away by this resort. From the cleanliness, food, ENTIRE staff (front desk, waiters, baristas, bar tender, etc.), and ambiance, I would recommend this to anyone on the fence.

A special shout out to the breakfast staff, especially Stathis! Truly kind and attentive individuals with an incredible work ethic. This was a true dream and we hope to go back one day. Thank you all so very much!

This hotel is truly special - from the moment you are whisked away at the airport to the beautiful checking in ritual of relaxing at a table with a beverage and beautiful snacks while staff sit with you and check you in. It sits atop a hill like a castle - a castle you do not want to leave! My sister and I requested two beds and as an Expedia VIP member we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite that was incredibly beautiful, decadent and beyond comfortable. The highlight is the phenomenal restaurant - we ate there every morning and every night and were always impressed with the food, the service and the beauty of the dining room. We loved all the cats that came around the property - especially the kittens! This was the perfect place to start our vacation and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be out of the noise and traffic of downtown but still close enough to get out if you want. A true oasis.

Exceptional Luxury Hotel with Wonderful Staff

No5 was the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel was stylish and very chic. Room was spacious, great lighting, nice balcony with swing and with everything you need (Nespresso coffee maker with pods, wine opener, fridge …). Breakfasts were delicious with variety of options. Pool was heated with sun beds and great view of Mykonos town. We had complementary shuttle from airport and to the port when we were leaving. Also there was a shuttle service that we could book or call reception when ever we needed it where ever we were in island. Anthony and team made this trip very memorable for us.
PS a quick heads up for people with allergy / phobia of cats, they had a cat in the hotel and there were a few stray cats in the area (it’s very normal in Greece). That was the only downside of our trip to No5 hotel and Mykonos in general.

I was told that Mykonos No5 represents the 5 senses of the human body and they try to enhance your sense during your stay there. During my stay there there were three specific sense that came to mind; sight, touch, and hearing.

Sight: the hotel is situated on top of a hill that overlooks the bay of Mykonos town. It is beautiful and waking up everyday to it was wonderful.

Hearing: every night my wife and I would have to enjoy the wonderful noise of mosquitos buzzing by our ears as we tried to sleep.

Touch: the experience of having to scratch myself as I got bitten approximately 20 times by mosquitos was not exactly how I'd imagine my stay at this hotel.

During our stay there, we reserved their corner \"honeymoon\" room. In total, we had to kill approximately 40 mosquitos over a four night period. We thought it might be due to an open door or window so we tried to seal up any outside openings however that was futile.

On our last night, we called the front desk at 1am finally being tired of dealing with the issue, the front desk clerk who starts with an \"S\" came to our room and simply said; due to the heat, humidity, and lack of wind, this was a common problem. \"S\" did not apologize, would not provide another room, and essentially said \"it is what it is\".

Mind you, I paid 400/night for the honeymoon room and to be told \"deal with it\" was not acceptable in my books. Based on my experiences dealing with the mosquitos and \"S\", it ruined my stay there and would not come back.

Hotel has great views and staff was extremely friendly!! Especially the breakfast lady who I’m so bumped to have forgotten her name (she was the best), George who extremely kind and Anthony the hotel manager who was helpful with lots of information. Stay was generally okay but only reason I haven’t given excellent is because the roads to the hotel have extremely small and steep hills which obviously gives you great views but we had to return our car as we didn’t feel comfortable driving up the hills and generally roads in Mykonos are not great too. The other thing is we were getting tacos booked through the hotel but we found that they were hiking the prices up and not genuine but if they said they were private transfers they would tell us the price but found out it’s not the private taxis price but what the hotel told them to collect. For example I wanted to negotiate for 30 euro one day when told it was 40 and the taxi guy told us the hotel told him 40, then I said no 30 is what we were told and he took it. This happened on the last day when we had conversations with the private taxi guy and he let us know it’s the hotels private taxi and they tell them the rate. Now my boyfriend thinks this happens everytime the lady at tue reception books as opposed to Anthony the manager, not sure if this is really the case as he noticed we paid 30- 35 when Anthony arranged and 40 -45 when the lady does. Regardless of day or night! Very extortionate

Spent 4 nights at Mykonos No 5 and can not fault the place. It’s quiet and clean but with an atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are friendly and attentive. The location views are gorgeous and being on the quiet side of island is something I’d recommend. Transfers can be arranged with private driver and local taxis. The pool area is modern and relaxing, our room was cute not massive but comfortable enough with a balcony attached. Would happily stay again! Ps the passion fruit daiquiri’s are not to be missed

From check in to check out, the whole experience at Mykonos No. 5 was amazing. Beautiful hotel with fantastic views across the bay to the old town. Food was good, pool area is nice. Room was simple and stylish. Good feel to the whole property.

Amazing views of Mykonos Town, amazing rooms, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

It can get a bit windy, however that is Mykonos in general and almost all hotels you will stay at. It's not Mykonos without a bit of wind!

Good hotel with a few issues.

Really friendly and professional service. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful views. However very dangerous road leading to the hotel. Could benefit from blackout curtains. The mattress is extremely sinky which needs to be replaced. The shower drain needs to be unclogged. The maintenance needs to be improved, as the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly every day. For the price and the star rating of the hotel, it should be flawless.

Lovely stay at Mykonos No.5. Very flexible and accommodating staff, willing to do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We had a 9pm flight on check-out day and they kindly allowed us to check out at 7pm with no additional charge.

Pool area beautiful and great for relaxing, breakfasts wonderful and the shuttle/driver service to and from town for the evenings was great!

One of the most beautiful hotels on the island of Mykonos. Love everything about this place. Restaurant provides you with very tasteful dishes. Breakfast at this plase is out of the world. Pool has amzing veiws. Free transport from / to any port is a huge plus especially that taxi is very pricey in Mykonos. I can't say enough of the hospitality of this hotel from houskeeping staff to waiters and menagers to the owners. All of them are very kind and helpful as well. Wow! This hotel was everything I expected and more! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast was fabulous, you order as much as you like from the menu!
The pool area was incredible with amazing views over Mykonos town and the ocean! And mostly quiet!
The room was spacious, very clean and a huge balcony!
There is a hotel shuttle service which is great, they can take you in to Ornos town (5 min) and they take you in to Mykonos town (10 min drive) for €15 each way.
The food is amazing, a little pricey but worth it.
Couldn’t recommend this hotel more I had the best stay.

Be aware there are two rooms that are NOT PRIVATE you are on public display by the open air restaurant and the pool. We were given one such room directly in front of the pool facilities so blinds in the living area were down the whole time which meant the room was dark and lights had to be kept on. Sadly we could not take in the breathtaking views of Mykonos as we had all the guests from either the pool or the restaurant peering in! I did request a room change but this was not possibile as the hotel is so small there were no extra rooms during the peak European summer holidays. There was no apologies from the hotel and they did not go out of their way to smooth over the disappointment. As The hotel name is No5 this represents the 5 senses the telescope (for sight)in the room does not come into play when the blinds are closed. There was a dehumidifier running the whole time in the back room which was noisy and heated up the second room/bathroom. The front desk manager was hardly accomodating she agreed and smiled with anything that you pointed out but could resolve nothing. On our final day I had to speak to the owners wife to resolve the extra charges that I was billed for as again the front manager had no ability or lack of authority to manage appropriately.
It’s a treachourous drive back and forth from the hotel so expect a lot of hill starts on a very unsealed rocky road..... not easy at night.
Needless to say the restaurant staff were gorgeous, thank you guys.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable yet. Room perfectly situated overlooking the sea and town of Mykonos
The owner was so personable. Staff Evan and Christina were so friendly and helpful. Going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and helped arrange organize and assist with all our questions and needs.
The hotel is outside of town so need a car or atv to get to and from but atv was easy to arrange right at the hotel and the steep roads were very intimidating but actually easy to maneuver on the atv
The daily included breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. So much food, all excellent. The menu offered at hotel was very good and delivered pool side in resto area or in room.
Gym is very small and really only useful for some cardio
Highly recommend this hotel for beauty, quality and comfort

Wonderful hotel, incredible staff, town is far

The hotel is gorgeous, rooms and balconies are terrific and spotless, pool is saltwater and refreshing, staff is as good as it gets, and unbelievably helpful and kind. The manager and assistant manager cannot do enough to help. View is great. And the breakfast is wonderful and so fresh. They did a tremendous job on this place. My only complaint is that you cannot walk to town (or really anywhere), which made it difficult for someone who loves to wander and see things. If you stay here, rent a car, and get an automatic unless you're an expert at manuals on very narrow, steep, gravelly, sandy hills. If you are looking for a resort getaway, this is the place, but you'll still need transport. Truly beautiful place.

Five Stars in my Book

Pros: Immaculate service. Flawlessly clean and beautiful property, excellent view. Awesome included breakfast on your large private terrace. Transfer included (not only is it free from port/airport but it saved our group at 1am when it was impossible to get a ride from town).

Cons (if had to choose): Shower small. Windy location (but we liked this because it was quite hot). 10 minute drive to town which can add up with taxis not cheap.

Tip: The hotel can arrange a quad/4wheeler to be dropped off and picked up directly at your hotel room door. Includes insurance, helmets etc. and is a reliable company thus reliable quad - my buddy saved a few bucks and his couldn't even get up hills, no insurance etc. This is the best way to get around.

Luxury resort feel with amazing staff

From the moment we stepped foot off the ferry, we felt pampered and taken care of by the complimentry pick up service. The hotel is beautifully designed and the view is wonderful . The staff was remarkably attentive, we felt as though we were in an all-inclusive resort! This hotel had a restaurant on site (which was pricey) and a great infinity pool with day beds and lounge chairs. We were given complimentary drinks and the breakfast which was included was huge and amazing! We felt like celebrities! The hotel is away from the main town. They did offer rides into town for 15 Euros one way, but we thought it would be really great if they did a trip into town and a pick up once a day for a flat fee. Either way we had been travelling around Europe for a few weeks before arriving in Mykonos, and the wonderful relaxing and beautiful atmosphere and service of this hotel lured us into never leaving the hotel except for a few walks and a trip to the nearest grocery store (which was a long walk up and down a few STEEP hills). Staying here was one of the greatest highlights of our whole Europe and Mediterranean trip!

A great stay just out of the hype of Mykonos Town

Amazing location with beautiful views and great service. Rooms were great with beautiful decor :) only suggestion would be to introduce a complimentary shuttle bus into Mykonos Town as it isn't easily accessible from the hotel. Otherwise great stay!
