The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was sublime and there was a good choice. Poolside cocktails and a personal hot tub were particular highlights. A very short distance from the nearest village which has a good selection of places for food/drink.

This property is in Pyrgos, which was away from all the craziness of Fira and Oai. The bus was close and cheap to use to get around the island! We needed some peace after a big trip to busy places in Italy and Greece! Used the spa services and highly recommend using and then spending a hour in the hydro therapy, sauna and steam room!

Towels are are on the rough/hard side, so maybe best to bring your own.
Toilet tissues are not to be flushed down the loo due to poor drainage system, air freshener and bin freshener powder is recommended to take with you.
The room has a hair dryer and you can request for an iron and ironing board.
Renting a car is ideal as you can explore the island at your own pace.
We also did a Sunset Guided Tour with Hotel Pickup, 2 adults, 5 hours duration cost us £92.14 booked through (Get Your Guide). Highly recommend this as it covers 80% of Santorini. Try and book through the following provider: Holiday Tours Santorini (Irini has 15 years plus experience as a tour guide).
Visit Fira town which is a 20 minutes drive with free parking. Lots of restaurants, take aways and local shops to explore.
The Airport is a 12-15 minutes drive from our resort.
Overall very pleasant stay and would recommend to any adults wanting and break/reset from the hustle and bustle.

Very friendly helpful staff, but at night there is a lot of noise coming from the mini jacuzzis on each balcony. If you are below one it is very hard to get to sleep due to the noise. The staff did switch the one above me when remembered but l find it hard to believe that is suck a high class resort this night noise is normal.

I wasn’t sure about staying here because it seemed off the beaten path, but we rented a car and would choose the town of Pyrgos and Skyfall over and over again. The town is quiet but there are good restaurants. There is a cute little market area within the white stairs of the town. The view is beautiful (sunrise), and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all very helpful! We thought the having to reserve the gym in advance was going to be annoying, but it turned out to be no problem at all as we always got the time we wanted every day. We went in early October and had a room with a private hot tub, and this would be the only negative- we could never use the hot tub since they said the hottest it got to was 33°C and could be adjusted. It was too cold the whole time. It is centrally located to everything and well worth it for the peace and quiet to sleep outside of Fira or Oia. Definitely try the hike and ask about a traditional Greek experience with plate breaking and music. So fun.

From the moment we arrived at Skyfall Suites, we were all impressed. Nestled in a breathtaking location of Pygros, Greece the views were nothing short of spectacular—panoramic suites that made every sunrise and sunset feel like a private show. Not one room had a bad view. Each picture I captured appeared to be an Instagram background. Almost not real.
Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but the attendant offered to store our luggage's and give us access to the facilities. We opted for lunch instead. As we were getting finished with lunch the attendant showed up with our keys and had already moved our luggage to the room. We had a large two-bedroom villa with an equally large bathroom. We had a small kitchenette area with an electric kettle and small fridge filled with additional beverage at an additional cost of course.
But what truly set this hotel apart was the phenomenal customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. From advising us on where to shop eat and excursions. They provided recommendations and when we inquired about cheaper options online, they simple said, those options were fine as well but they couldn’t guarantee or vouch for those vendors – but they were sure it will all be fine. They didn’t try to persuade us to go with their recommendations. We walked about 3 miles on the island every morning got lost never felt like we were in danger. Would stay here again

The team around the hotel are amazing with advice, guidance and helping sort booking and logistics. They catered for an allergy with one of our guests with bespoke food options and amazing service. It made our visit to Santorini a wonderful trip. The local town is stunning, it’s super close to the airport and if you want to relax, chill and switch off would highly commend.

The staff are exceptional. Every member (special mention to lovely Denise at reception) of the team is courteous, helpful, warm and offer genuine customer service. The facilities are well maintained and exactly what we wanted for a peaceful and tranquil break. The rooms were spacious with nice decor and very clean. The bed was comfy and the private hot tub and two balconies just added to the overall positive experience. The gym was very well equipped and spotless. My daughter and I enjoyed having a private gym for our daily workouts. We also enjoyed the breakfasts which were lovely and a treat to start our day….the gluten free options were delicious and plentiful too. We wanted a luxurious respite and Sjyfalls exceeded our hopes. It is situated perfectly to walk to Pyrgos town with restaurants and amenities. We loved the short walk to Alchemia for consistently delicious dinners and superb service too. We highly recommend Skyfalls and look forward to another visit.

I contacted the hotel in advance, explained the situation clearly, and requested to cancel or postpone the booking, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility, refund, or even partial credit.
I sent the hotel massage before 8 days from the check in . I tried every thing but no one help me . I told them that i want to give the room for someone else and well come on september and well pay a penelty for this changes but no one try to help

The first day I was staying there they pressured washer the whole hotel very early in the morning until dusk it was very noisy I couldn’t enjoy my time there it was wet everywhere even I was wet the water got inside the room and also one of the guy who I sought at breakfast the next day used his own key to enter in my room used the toilet and left the entrance door open while I wasn’t there and I came I was upset to see that don’t respect a guest who I was paying for that room and not respect for my self who was the guest and also I paid and extra day because they denied to cancel one day when I make a mistake and same instant I called the hotel and denied to cancel one extra day, so keep the money for the extra day who was paid. To this place I will never comback is old the safe was broken is updated the breakfast is limited.

It's not west facing so you don't get the beautiful sunset view of the caldera but, you can see those anywhere in Santorini. Previously stayed at this property in 2019 and it was 10/10 or more . When we welcomed they had a bottle of wine waiting for us and snacks , the room was amazing . Upon arrival this time they did offer an upgrade which was in my option a less desireable room then what we booked but it was a nice gesture . The room was amazing and the view but this time we were there for our wedding and honeymoon and the welcome was not as last time which was a bit disappointing. The room itself was amazing but did have some mold in the bathroom which they did clean after mentioning . Overall amazing place to stay and the staff are Truly the best and care .

Firstly, I’d say this is a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel. As you’ll see from my review, I enjoyed the stay, but there are a number of elements I’d consider make this hotel actually 4 star.

With a lack of shade, this is quite the ask for those awaiting flights!
