Property is nice, inside the narrow streets wish you can only walk to the property. The window have a great view to the caldera. Response from hosts is prompt, and attentive.
Next door by window is a mini farm with chicken, rusters, dogs.. wish can be quiet or not, secound night dog cry all night but is not part of the property.
Expedia advertises parking.. not sure why. you can find public parking in the surrounding st.. you need to walk to property.

Nice stay, compact suite with open plan shower. Lovely views from the terrace but unfortunately we didn’t use the hot tub as the weather was too cold during our stay. Good location with plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance. We used the public bus to travel around the island which was easy from the village square.

The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. They treated me and my wife great and made our anniversary special.

The rooms were beautiful and unique in their own ways. The amazing morning/ Night view and the perfect privacy you get in the property.

If you’re looking for that ultimate privacy away in a luxury suit, then this property is the prefect stay. This was such an amazing trip. My wife loved it and was amazed I was able to find the property.

Stay was very relaxing and was able to park with rental car around a 5 minute walk away from the property.
Only problem would be hot tub wasn’t so hot and so didn’t really enjoy it as much

Superbe!!! We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a magical place! Our room was fantastic, we loved it! Spacious, luminous, well decorated.
Bed ultra comfortable. Very very clean (thank you to the guy who was taking care of the rooms, he was very nice and professional).
Our private hot tube with a stunning sea view was incredible, we spent a lot of time relaxing in it enjoying the sunset.
Special mention to the kittens we found around: they are really adorable, we love animals and we felt good vibes having these sweeties close to us… cats are part of the soul of this wonderful island! We will certainly come back to this beautiful little hotel, the best choice in Santorini!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phaos. It was hard to tell from the pictures & but each room includes some sort of private outdoor hot tub or pool with incredible views. The interior was very modern. Situated in a cute village with some lovely restaurant options. Only small things to be aware of is that the shower is open and the water spills out A LOT (we stayed in cave room). Also- like many of the hotels in pathos, the hotel is accessible by walking only you have to park and walk through these labyrinth paths. It can be a bit challenging to find the first time and beware if you have heavy bags. Overall would recommend especially for a romantic stay but pack light! :)

The property itself is unique, the cave type room with the hot tub was nice and very different.
The bathroom did carry a strong unpleasant smell and the room did have some condensation problems.
Don’t expect to be made a fuss of by management, they really don’t care too much.
They didn’t show up until we were leaving after 2 night stay.
Overall , a mixed feeling about this place, some positives and some negatives

Our Junior Suite was very small and had no space for suitcases or to unpack. It would have been fine for 1-2 nights but we stayed 7 days and had no space. The bathroom was also very small. Staff was excellent and it was very clean. Surroundings behind the hotel we very dirty.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The only surprise to the trip here was the inconvenience on locating your suite and you have to carry your luggage up mountain stairs. Plus, the lack of communication from anyone on what room you staying in. Once you settled in, you will enjoy the beauty of the place and that makes it all better.

But, be prepared to walk up and down stairs for everything.

Santorini can be overrun with people exploring the island. Phaos hotel is just far enough away from the main cities that you don’t have to deal with the craziness of Sanotorini but close enough to enjoy the beauty of the island and close enough to visit all the areas you need. With the hotel being on the side of the tallest mountain in Pyrgos you will be struck by the beauty of the land surrounding you. It’s a bit of a hike to the hotel but I’d say it’s worth it. Do recommend renting an ATV for traveling around the island.
