The hospitality is amazing. They use WhatsApp for communication and they can help you to book taxi for commuting. They are very helpful to accommodate your needs while being in the hotel. We had a fantastic experience.

Loved this hotel! The view, the service, the food, the room 10/10. Will definitely go back one day!

Simply amazing and breathtaking views
Robert
One possible improvement, the private pools are not heated. When we stayed this resulted in the water being very cold. Looked beautiful but not enjoyable to actually go in.

Lovely stay for our honeymoon, the staff’s attentiveness to and communication with us were both equally convenient and compassionate. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service as a former service/hospitality employee myself. The spa and gym facilities were beautifully maintained and super supportive of our much needed R&R. Parking on site for our rental was readily was available and easily accessible. Please try the wagyu burger and katsu-style chicken sandwich for lunch, trust me. And if you’re into gin - they make an impeccable Hendrick’s lemonade with mastiha for the Balkan flare. However, we experienced 2 minor inconveniences: 1) early check-in does not seem to be a thing here, it took several hours for our room to be turned over and ready (granted we arrived about half an hour prior to normal checkout and it was reportedly a busy logistical day for them, 2) the ants in the room, one night I found a bunch crawling over my shorts on the couch; another night we found a swarm of ants hiding under the coffee machine in the room (however, the staff was super responsive and quick to come and clean out the area for us). These were the only reasons we didn’t give 5 stars across the board. Otherwise, looking forward to coming back to stay in Pyrgos to explore more of the island, efharisto

Great staff all around

The highlight of Santorini was this hotel/spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with absolute royalty. I can’t say I’ve ever had better service anywhere and I’ve traveled quite a bit. Santorini is a beautiful island, and this place is absolutely worth it. Additionally, the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 I’d highly recommend.

The staff was very professional, accommodating, and warm. The food and drinks were excellent. The views at breakfast and in the evenings at sunset were beautiful. I highly recommend choosing to stay at North Santorini.
Candace
Beautiful property in a quiet area of Santorini, only about 20 minutes from the city. Highly recommend!

Absolutely magnificent!
I loved everything about this property, and most importantly the staff.
Georgia and Thomas at the reception were very welcoming and so helpful. All the servers were great as well, especially Amza who was very attentive to our needs every time we were dining.

Just spent 3 days at this wonderful resort and I give it 10/10. The location, food, ambiance and upkeep of the hotel is top tier. I am surprised more people have not raved about this property. If you are looking for a sexy, classy and luxurious place to stay in Santorini, this is it.

I had an amazing time at the North Santorini Spa hotel! Not only is this hotel beautiful but it is very clean. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always made themselves available whenever I needed them. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxury getaway this is the place for you!

Our stay was fantastic from the moment we arrived! The staff are all very professional with great warmth and friendliness. The spa facilities are amazing, our suite was exceptional with fabulous views over North Santorini and our own infinity pool. The food was out of this world! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We hired a car but Pyrgos town is easily walkable and has a few restaurants to choose from. This was one of the best holidays we have ever had.
Awni
Amazing staff especially Georgia. Hotel is very nice and quiet. Perfect for honeymooners. Staff are very helpful and polite. Went out of their to make us feel comfortable. I liked that they are very practical too. You can ask the reception for any service using WhatsApp! Renting an ATV or airport transfer was super easy.

Our stay at the hotel in North Santorini was truly wonderful. The views from our room were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our vacation. The hotel offered great amenities that enhanced our stay, and the breakfast was simply awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The staff were highly attentive and incredibly helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The spectacular cocktails were a highlight, adding a touch of luxury to our evenings. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the best of North Santorini!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Clean, organized, relaxing. The staff were exceptional: 24 hour service and you can text them with ANYTHING you need. During our stay we actually locked ourselves out of the room (oops loll) and the staff handled the situation PERFECTLY. Just an amazing hotel and amazing staff. 10/10

My husband and I stayed 8 days at this hotel. We loved it and are sad to go. The view is in the mountains but you can see the sea and a beautiful view of Pyrgos. There is a few good local restaurants near by. It’s a great area away from all the crowd and noise of Oia. 30 min drive to Oia. 20 mins from super markets and black beach. Room service was very thorough in cleaning each day. They mopped and refreshed everything! Hotel is very clean and mold and dust free. Staff are so nice! We spoke frequently to front desk, breakfast and spa staff who are all very welcoming and very nice. Front desk helped us plan our trip and books tours. We asked lots of questions and they never got annoyed. Breakfast was very yummy! Always hot and fresh and great options! Free parking at location. Beautiful resort and would recommend staying here a few nights while you site see
Curt
The property, rooms, staff and food were excellent. We were not happy with the driver we hired through the hotel for an island tour. He offered no commentary on the sights, history or surroundings and spent a lot of time texting or on phone calls. Pleasant gentleman, but next time I'd hire a bona fide tour company, not what was just 'a driver'. It would also be nice if their pools were a few degrees warmer!

This is a gorgeous property with spectacular panoramic views! The suites are the way to go. However, closet space was scarce. Also room service was horrible I don’t think they’ve mastered the art and convenience of in room dining, so dine sat the restaurants inside.

Incredible hotel!
This hotel was definitely the highlight of our whole trip in Santorini. From the esquisite room, to the incredible view, to the service and the food, there is nothing I can really fault. If you are wondering which hotel to go to for your trip, this is definitely the one. Notably, the Peruvian/Japanese cuisine at the hotels restaurant Akau was amazing. Also, the spa and treatments were perfect, one of the best messages I have ever had. We are so happy that we chose this hotel for our honeyoon.
George
Beautiful resorts with breathtaking views. The service and aesthetic of the resort were top notch.
Susan
The staff was amazing. The hotel has beautiful views and has a very tranquil vibe. We chose our room so we could enjoy our private hot tub but the water was too cold to enjoy. Our stay was in April so we were here at the beginning of the season. I'm sure in summer, the cooler water will be appreciated.
I did not like the breakfast ordering system. You must order the night before even if you are eating in the dining room. They were however, very accommodating when I changed my order the next morning.

This hotel is as beautiful as it looks in photos, even better in person. From The views, to the staff and the room itself, its just beautiful and peaceful . The only problem is going around the off season heated pools can be on the cold side being as though you’re on top of an mountain.
Bryan
What an amazing experience at North Santorini Hotel and Spa! The property and service were top notch and they made us feel like family the entire stay! Definitely coming back here next time! We stayed 8!days and never wanted to leave. Alex who runs the breakfast dining is nine short of the best person on the island. The front desk staff was always helpful and booked anything we wanted in town or in property. Don’t miss a chance to stay here!
Rachel
This place was perfect!

Amazing hotel with such lovely staff. We visited for our honeymoon and the hotel was so luxurious as it claims to be in the title. We had a private heated pool and the service provided by the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They were so kind and caring and made our whole experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. My husband and I loved every single part of our stay. Special shout-out to the brunette receptionist, she was so sweet!

One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in ♥️

Excellent hospitality. They spoiled us while we stayed there. They tried to take care of any to evey thing we needed to make our stay beyond comfortable. we did not want to go back. The staff takes care of you like you are the most special guest of the town. From the 2 girls and the guy at the reception to the spa ladies to the chef and waiters.. they are all the best and top notch at their hospitality. The owner of this hotel is extremely lucky to hv such people working for him♥️
Tom
Unbelievable service and staff in a gorgeous hotel with the best views of santorini 10/10.
Tracey
Amazing and relaxing stay at North Santorini! Super clean, tasty a la carte free breakfasts and gorgeous views. Close to Pyrgos town and a short drive to Fira and Oia. Highly recommend. My only small complaint was the music by the pool..guess I’m getting old, but it was so loud at times :)
Linda
The view is spectacular - real unique hotel experience! Unspoilt Pyrgos is only a 10 minute walk over the hill too.
Andrew
North Santorini - perfect hotel
Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The hotel, the presentation, the staff, rooms and all the amenities. Breakfast is a very high quality and standard with a view over the whole of Santorini island. Breathtaking! We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of October, each day was amazing. Pyrgos is an easy 10 min walk away. Would highly recommend North Santorini
