Trash in trash can, used towel, used soap, empty food containers, bathroom dirty and someone had been laying in the bed before us, because cocers were messed up and pillows were stewn. When I went back to the front desk, the owner was rude and ended up just canceling our stay. We had to go and find a room someplace else, which wnded up being a blessing.

Cereal was empty, waffle batter was leaking all over the counter. there was bread and 6 mini bagels left. the place was very dirty. with paint spills all over the floor. Windows filthy and grills broken. Tables dirty. Obviously no one manning the re-supplying. A terrible impression for people.

The night desk clerk was one of the nicest I have ever encountered! He was so helpful and being we were ladies and children staying he put us close to the office in the front and well in the light. I was so appreciative. The breakfast and the ladies working with breakfast were so nice and so helpful and had a great breakfast. If I had any complaint, it would be the floors felt maybe not as clean as they should be but may have just been me and the lamp had very visible rust on it. The beds were soft, the sheets were clean, had plenty of linens and the staff was excellent'

A very pleasant and cordial lady checked us in. Room was adequate and clean. The property is located on a very busy street and sirens from 1st Responders raise the noise level higher on the Saturday we stayed above what we like. Low toilet in the separate bathroom was our only complaint.

I had no choice but to stay both nights; no idea where else I’d have gone in middle of nowhere Georgia given that they’d already processed my payment at check-in! The only positives were a bed to sleep in and the front desk daytime staff being polite. Stay far away.

I stayed here in 2014 and it was fantastic. Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was outstanding and rooms were awesome. NOW: This place is awful. Stayed 7 days. Had to basically beg for towels. No breakfast at all except plain donuts in wrappers and coffee. Trash cans overflowing. Made beds once. Sheets and towels were stained. Owners and management need to be trained on customer service. Huge disappointment

I stayed here because it was affordable. The beds were comfortable. The room showed a lot of wear and tear. Looked like black mold in bathroom on ceiling above shower. Desk chair all torn, should be replaced. No alarm clock, hairdryer or phone. Shower curtain rod so badly installed that shower curtain just kept falling to the center of the rod. Awoken by loud rap music one night, police presence when I arrived another night. Would not stay again.

The condition and cleanliness of the property was disgusting. There’s no way that I would’ve eaten anything out of that place. I’m shocked that Wyndham has its name on an establishment as this. Quite frankly, I’m really surprised Expedia even has them on your site. Another disappointing factor is that I went on Expedia to try and find another hotel in the area and saw that you had the same hotel. I was staying at for half the price on the same night that I paid for on your site. That was quite disappointing as well.

Learned property is used for transient workers in the area. Lost money but we won't stay someplace we feel dirty just being there.

It’s a good price and we stay there because it’s dog friendly but on three occasions the tv didn’t work. A few outlets are out and it’s definitely poor to mediocre on cleaning. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay with a dog for a night, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t stay longer.

Check in lady was extremely friendly and accommodating the only good thing about the stay. Room had fresh blood on bed multiple spots I assume someone rented the room for an hour before I came. Towels had pubic hair. I asked for more towels never received them. The accommodation I got was moved to another room stains broken door more dirty towels no blood in that one. The name should be changed this place does not reflect the quality of the brand and name. Please do not stay here if you are looking for quality.

Booked a room for three people with two double beds and upon arrival at 4pm I was told by the front desk that they overbooked the rooms and only had a room with one king bed. I told them I booked and needed two beds. All the other hotels in the area were full so my wife son and I had no choice but to share a bed. I'm 6'1\" 255 and my son is 5'9\" 170lbs so it was less then ideal. This should never happen in my opinion. Also had some small roaches in the room. Saw two that were alive and one that was dead which was kind of a turn off.

Centrally located in Thomasville. Comfortable bed, nice size fridge, good breakfast selection in a clean dining area. Walls are paper thin. We had a different racket for each night—from a super loud TV, screaming children and thuds to the slobbering noises of a loud previously-arguing couple, we heard it all. We received room service 2 days out of 5, even though we requested it daily, and were told we’d need to return our used towels to the desk if we wanted fresh ones. We only saw one roach in our room, but, hey, it’s the south, right?

Internet was non existing. What they call breakfast was a joke, coffee cold, 3 muffins, 2 bagels, no orange juice or drinkable milk. Sign at front counter telling guest all the stuff they could do to get charged extra money, not customer focused at all. Called and ask if early check-in was possible by 1 or 2 hours, $25 charge, never experienced this before, anywhere. Owners are obviously money hungry.
