The air conditioning and heat works fine but the room wasnt when we checked in it says that housekeeping services are limited if you're an extended stay but I am not paying for an extended stay rate I pay daily and they told me that housekeeping would have to be upon request in order to receive housekeeping services but when I request it I do not get them. I turned in my comforted to the laundry attendant and it took 2 days to get it back and then I did it was not clean it just it smelled like the dryer it was a little warm like they didn't wash it they just threw in the dryer to fluff it. Nail dogs running loose and free roam on the regular property parking lot and there's dogs and the front office at any given time not on a leash. We didn't pay for the room one day and it was what 11:30 a.m. in the groundskeeper hard lock or room door and check out is at 11:00 and they told us that they would not unlock our room door until we paid and that we are not allowed to get our belongings and or are dog that was locked in the room until we paid them and that if we left the dog there that they would call animal control.

While the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, the motel itself was incredibly noisy. The couple on the other side of my door, who apparently live there full-time, talked much of the night. I should have done my research before booking a room.

They did not have any towels for me to take a shower with the bed. Sheets and everything were dirty. The area where they had me to stay. They have long-term lodging there for families, and that's where I was. There was dog poop all over the place. It was just a very bad area. And a terrible experience. I would not recommend nor go back to this hotel.

We checked in and thebfirst thing we noticed was there were people hanging out all over the property. Two men were sleeping in chairs in the lobby. The lady at the check out was helpful but I didnt loke the fact she was making a copy of my drivers license. We went to the room and the phone didnt work, the TV remote fidt work, the lock was torn off the metal plat the door hand had a drilled out hole where the lock would have been but there qas no way to lock the top of the door either. When I went to the office she apologized and put us in a different room. With a King bed instead of 2 queens. She did warn me the drawer was missing from one of the night stands. This place needs attention. I think I paid more than the condition should warrant. I told her that in the State of GA and possibly a federal law that you cannot have copies of licenses. She told me that the police and property owners are good with this and its OK. I did tell her I wanted the copy of my license back at check out. From the quality and look if everything my identity is not safe at all at this property.

This property does need a few updates and has had some issues with towels being stolen but the staff was all very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for super high class this is not the place for you, but it is very friendly, welcoming, and comfortable.

This hotel is trash. I reserved a room online because the picture looked like a nice hotel. When i arrived people were outside the rooms with loud music smoking blounts, overall very poor atmosphere. We opened the door to find the room not clean at all. The bed was not even made and still had dirty linen piled on top.i do not recommend. Very poor management and customer service. I was not even offered a clean room so i ask to be refunded.

I hate to be the bearer of this news, but this particular red roof inn hotel was outright the dirtiest, unsettling hotel room ive ever stayed at overnight.

1. The bathroom door had holes that were recently covered, but indicate poor maintenance policy and perhaps bad tenants.

2. One of the two queen bed's fitted sheets had what looked like blood stains. This made us consder sleeping in the car. It was 3am due to flight delays, so we grabbed some towels to cover up these parts of the bed to sleep.

3. The service was fine, but the neighbors were noisy. Motorcyles revving their engines in the am while we were trying to sleep.

All in all, unfortunately this hotel room was unsanitary.

My stay was NOT good. The young lady at check in was very blunt and had upbeat tone. After giving us the key to the room she said she hopes the rooms are cleaned. Once we got to the rooms they were NOT clean and there was no clean sheets on the bed the pillows had no pillow cases and the floors were extremely dirty. There were no towels in the room, the phone was un-pluged and the room had a bad smell. The other room was the same but the linen on the beds had big stains on them. I went downstairs and the house keepers Tina and Warren asked what can they help with and I gave them a list of things. They asked if we can come back in about an hour and they will take care of it. We left and came back and they did what was asked. They were very nice. The pictures on line is not factual. CATFISHED! There is no water in the pool and the trash is everywhere. My family was really upset but we made the best of it. I will NEVER stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. There is junkies walking around and we constantly had to keep watch of our vehicle. At 3 am in the morning some kind of alarm went off and we were told that happens sometimes. There were no words on there sign and they should close this place down and start over with the proper staff and management. The young lady that was at the desk when we checked out was nice and apologized but she also felt bad. NEVER AGAIN!

Placed smelled of pot outside and would come in to the room. Shower head broken. Bugs alive and dead in room. Sticky stuff on the chair. Brown gunk stains on the walls. Cord for the phone missing. Girl at desk messing around on her phone and did not bother to look up at me when I walked in lobby. ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!

Terrible – Do Not Stay Here

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in budget motels before, but this was on another level of unacceptable.

To start: there were NO towels. Not a single bath towel, hand towel, or even a floor mat. Just two small bath cloths. I’ve never stayed in a hotel—no matter how cheap—that didn’t at least provide basic towels. Thankfully, we brought our own, but thanks to the next issue, they never dried out.

The room was extremely humid the entire weekend. While the HVAC unit kept things cool, the humidity was so thick it felt like you were sleeping in a swamp. The air smelled musty and damp, and nothing dried out—not our towels, not our clothes, not even our patience.

It only got worse. The bathroom faucet wasn’t even attached to the sink—you had to hold it in place to use it. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires, which seems like a massive safety violation. The towel bar was missing in the bathroom; wasn’t that big of an issue I guess, we had no towels. The floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in several stays—our socks were blackened just from walking across the room.

To top it all off, our room didn’t even have a number. No sign on the wall, no plaque on the door—just a blank space where it looked like a number sign had been ripped off and never replaced.

This was the most horrible place. Homeless people hanging around outside made it that much more uncomfortable. To be told at check in, that if I’m caught smoking in the room there would be a non refundable 200.00 charge and walk into the room and think you’re at a bar was hideous. The room smelled like a stale ashtray. Black n mild wrappers on the floor. Just terrible.

I got to the hotel at 9pm and they didn't have a room for us. They said they over booked it and you didn't get a room number so oh well. Then they said you have to get money back from 3rd party expedia whould have to refund... when i call expedia 3 time with getting hang ups i got we wont do anything because we already sent the money to the hotel red roof .
Great service i wont use expedia again because this shouldn't happen and they should help if it does not tell you to pound sand.

I checked in and was given a room all at the back of the motel where several families were obviously living. I was on the second floor and children were riding bikes back and forth in front of my room. My sheets were unsanitary and nasty and I asked for them to be changed and no one came to change them. I then asked for another room and this room was dirty and not sanitary. I had to buy sheets to sleep on the bed. The remote didn't work and the manager brought me another one with missing buttons. Random men were walking around the property and I definitely didn't feel safe. The people in the room next to me had a large pit bull dog and they were smoking weed outside the room. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn!

When we arrived at 4:45 there was a person with a dispute at the desk. We waited around 20 minutes and the clerk would not check us in. We left, went to a nearby restaurant, and came back an hour later and finally got the room we had reserved. The room had no towels, no soap in the hand soap dispenser, one lamp that was broken, the other lamp had no shade, there were food crumbs on the bathroom floor.
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, TV was good, and we could park right outside the door. We do not recommend staying here. Very poor management. We expected a no frills hotel, but this was not anywhere up to the standards of other Red Roof Inns we have stayed at.

I liked the Housekeeping Staff. Front desk service is the Absolute worst. Had an issue at check in, booked 2 rooms only had one. 1st room had No pillows, bath linen or shower curtain. 2nd room the key card didn't work and i was told I would have to wait 2 days to get it programmed. The tv worked when it wanted, the remote ONLY changed channels, the water didn't drain down the sink, the shower head was broken. This was the worst STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED 👎

My stuff went missing

Booked for multiple days for a work trip, came back after a long day of work to find all my personal belongings missing, even drinks i had stocked in the fridge, everything gone. Went to the front office to ask what was going on, nothing was done about it. I had to go to work the next days wearing the same thing, and re purchase a few necessities since mine where nowhere to be found. Even at check-in the guy at the front desk made me wait for the next staff to check in, because his “shift was over” poor customer service.

The room, sheets, tub was filthy. There were stains on all the blankets, sheets , and towels. Luckily we brought our own towels, pillows, and blankets. They didnt wven come in the room to clean it after our 1st night. There waa no toilet tissue, wash cloths, and one dingy looking towel. Just overall poorly run and maintained.
