Check out is at 11 AM. We left to get breakfast. Came back at 10 o’clock to find they had already took all the towels and washcloths out of our room. Wow our room still had our belongings inside so I asked them for towels and wash clothes. They said that they didn’t have anymore and I said it well why did y’all take the ones we had in our room out when we have not checked out yet it’s only 10 o’clock. The guy said check out is at 11. I said OK that’s another hour and he said OK ma’am let me go ahead and get your towels and wash. and which they know they were in the wrong, which is why he know it let me go ahead and get you the towels and washcloths, but besides that all of our stuff was still in the room so why would you even go in there? Have they not did that I probably would have given them maybe a two Customer service is very poor

I entered the room and laid on the bed and i was bit bye a bedbug, yes they have bedbugs. They need to change the mattresses and pillows i could not sleep at night.I tried calling the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to the front desk they did accommodate me another room it was to late at night for me to find another hotel. This is not a place for comfortability and family. This hotel need new clean crew and renovations.It is not a breath of fresh air like you would feel walking into a hotel. 0/10 do not recommend.

We had our wonderful fluffy baby with us the room was 60$ 80 with tax plus a 15$ dog fee not bad if you use cash its gonna be your total plus 100$ deposit. We walked in the room all the towels were stained with what im not sure under the bed closest to the shower there was a wet spot on the floor with what looked like mold growing on top. The door closed okay locked fine there was a gap under the door that you could see under. Not worth the 105 $ we spent. If you get a room on either side and its on the back side there is a servere steep incline that you have to go up to get into the back if you have a long car like a nissan maxima i would try it unless you want your back in scraping the ground.

Decent on a budget.

Was there 2 days for Moultrie swap meet. Stayed before and beds were rocks, they had comfortable beds and nice pillows now. Fan on AC unit was loud and needed repair. Called front desk to move, and all other rooms were second floor, and limited mobility kept us in room. Found someone's fake fingernail next to night stand, and no service to room. For price and what we needed it works, no bugs. You get what you pay for, guy at check in was cool and a character. Breakfast was alright. I would stay again. We just needed a place to sleep.

The entrance sign for Econolodge sign says the office is on the side of building but was at the front office. Customer Service the lady at the front desk was helpful. She understood my travel itinerary and helped us check in earlier. I put rating a two star the Male manager, customer service skill was lacking. I felt uncomfortable listening how he spoke to prior customers in a blaming tone instead of helping to resolve their issue.
Room was clean upon entering but further investigation there was spots on the wall and the shower was not clean at all. There was one hand towel and no additional towels. I was not able to call the front desk because the phone was unplugged and the wire was broken so could not be plugged in. Over my experience was subpar.

Guy at front desk not very friendly. Didn’t acknowledge guests as they came in until they were being helped. Stray cats all over parking lot and on stairs. You can tell that some guests are living in the hotel because they were just hanging out and talking loud and had their room doors open after 10 pm. Walls in 402 dirty. Bed linens need upgrade. Dark and worn out. Thank GodI brought clean sheets to sleep on top of comforter. Bathroom was very clean. TV too small. Just needs some money put into it. I was not comfortable sleeping there.

There honestly was NOTHING to like. The staff didn’t listen to me at check-in regarding $ and ended up putting extra nights on my credit card.
The room was filthy. Anything metal, ie;doors, faucets, lamps were rusty. The beds had hairs on them. The A/C and refrigerator were very noisy. You couldn’t/wouldn’t walk on the gross floors, both carpet and tile.There was a mysterious puddle on the floor.The pool was full of stagnant slimy water. We were at the back of the complex. Trucks and cars driving by all night. And dogs barking all night. All in all, I felt they should have paid us to stay there.

Smashed in lamp shades, cigarette burns and stains all over the comforters in a non smoking room. The bathroom had yellow streaks down the walls. Extremely old and unsafe, After driving 6 hours I arrived at the hotel at 7 pm, my reservation was for a king bed room, when I managed to open the door, there were 2 queens beds and there were pieces of the ceiling in one of the beds. I returned to the lobby the agent on duty said the hotel was old, he handed me another room, the door was completely rusty and would not close, I returned to the lobby and handed over the keys and went to another hotel.

I was thoroughly embarrassed to have my employees stay at this hotel. There were blood stained mattresses, mold on the lamp shades, roaches in bathrooms, mattresses so old and beat down that you roll into the hole when trying to lie on the mattress, dog hair in bedding and worn into the mattresses, doors that had to be slammed to keep closed. If you value your health and sanity, do not stay at this hotel. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I did not like how there were roaches in my room all on the bed. I could not sleep for my 105 year old Uncle funeral the next day. I am very upset at all the mold in the room. With my mom that is 74 can not be around that and my 3 year old son. He has brocitis real bad. Never again will I stay at that place. My door was not closed all the way in the new room that they gave us.

People were arguing, blowing horns, shouting all hours of the night. We specifically requested a non-smoking room; but, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to buy a candle to tolerate it. The free breakfast was overpriced.

The refrigerator was leaking, and there was a massive puddle on the floor. We put a towel on it, and I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was dead. So I walked down there, and she said she would send extra towels up but never did. She also told me that there were no more double rooms available, so we were stuck there.

I couldn't tell you when the room was cleaned. The floor was sticky, and the shower was dirty.

When I got to the room multiple cockroaches were on the ac and the bathroom wall and the AC did not work.

The guy at the counter was very nice and he was able to get the ac working.

The bed is the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life.

I’m a regional manager and I sleep in hotels all across the Southeast US, three to four nights a week for the last 20 years.

This is the second worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I paid for 3 nights but absolutely could not stand to be in this hotel another night.

Also the breakfast bar, the OJ was rotten, the apple juice was out so the only other choice was water.

Terrible place to stay.

The overall cleaniness of the room was below average. The room wasn't ready after the check-in time. The \"no- smoking\" room smells as if it had been a smoking room for decades. The linens had cigarette burns in them. But overall, it was ok. The room was just under $100, so you get what you pay for.

The check-in was fast and efficient. The room seemed to have been updated recently, but there were cleanliness issues. The cleanliness issues were related to spider webs in several places of the room. The bed was comfortable and I did not have any issues with sleeping. I understand that this is not a four-star hotel, but I also understand that the cleanliness issues should be addressed. I doubt I will stay there again. I did not address these issues with the front desk because I was alone and was very tired.

OK for a budget hotel

Service was polite and friendly. Breakfast was included, very very basic offerings.
Room was remodeled, and sheets and towels were high quality. Floor is faux hardwood, not carpeted, which felt cleaner, but chilly floors as a result. Sink & shower, and surfaces were all clean.
This is an old building - walls, door were dirty and paint chipped. All needed to be painted. Door was in need of full replacement.

Guess you just got to go with it during the Covid. Only thing I don't understand another hotel Days Inn in Manning S.C. had waffles, muffins, cold cereal.

No reservation on file. Big mixup with Expedia. Never again will I book a hotel with Expedia. Trip ended up costing me more than $1400.00 for lodging. Graduation for grand daughter was the most expensive one due to their lack of notification to the motel. Econ’s lodge had no record of my reservation and we were forced to go elsewhere. From a planned price of $543.20 to what we had to put out in Talahassi, there was very little left to enjoy other social activities.

Wall and ceiling had splash steins, bathroom sink held up by 2×4. Pillows for bed were no bigger than throw pillows. Used pool and staff told me that only person allowed in pool was the person that rented room not the rest.

Room was not what we reserved. Reserved king smoking and got 2 double non smoking. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds due to small double. Was informed on arrival it was a non smoking hotel even though I reserved a smoking room. Tv only had 1 channel and staff could care less about customers. I have family in the area and will sleep in my truck before staying here again.

Disappointing Stay

Very little toilet paper in room when we arrived. When returning one day of our stay there were no towels or toilet paper. The cable kept turning of and on so we could complete a show to the end. The heater was extremely loud and Had to be left on all night because the cold air was coming in through the huge gap under the door. And the carpet was filthy.
