I'm not a picky person at all but this might actually be the worst hotel ive even stay at. Besides the sheets and towels nothing was clean. The bath tub looked like someone waa murdered in it. The double beds sat on queen or king frames. TV didnt work at all. Microwave worked but was disgusting and from the 90s. I had to actually clean things before using anything. If I didn't already prepay I would have payed more somewhere else.

This hotel I would not recommend no one go there because of the condition of it. The bathroom shower head is corroded, floor is missed up and has a hose under the towels and the mattress of the bed is too old and soft like a sponge. The person at the front desk was nice and respected. This hotel need a major upgrade to get customers to come back otherwise if they don’t upgrade or either remodel the place they will lose it. Expedia needs to take this hotel off their website because it will make Expedia look bad. 🤔🤔🤔

Absolutely awful I got two rooms we checked into the first one which was disgusting but at least good enough to be slept in. When our second party got there and checked into their rooms we discovered their room wasn’t touched at all by room service. Cans everywhere trash still in the can and the bed still completely tossed from the last people. When I spoke with the guy at the front desk he claimed we did it, and when I asked for a refund just so we can find a better hotel he said we had already been there for too long and that we would be charged a cleaning fee for the one destroyed room. Needless to say this place is absolute trash do not go there. The only thing that can save this place is a bulldozer… turn it into a parking lot because whoever is in charge of this place should be in jail. This is a health code violation dressed up as a motel.

The listing was completely bogus. We book conjuring rooms that were advertised. Upon arrival, “we don’t have those “.
The room we got for one night was disgusting. The door looked have been broken
Into at least once with pathetic attempt to “fix”.
The bathroom door was an inch out of square so wouldn’t latch at all. The tub spigot wasn’t even attached avd had a constant drip.

Upon arrival, had a person approach us to but stolen goods so he could afford another night at this “hotel”.

Negative 1,000,000,000,000.

Absolute worst experience ever in booking a hotel online.

I had to have them switch rooms because the 1st one smelled horrible and the floor felt like it was going to cave in. The 2nd room was a little better but definately not where I would have stayed. The pictures online do not match what I received. I will not recommend or ever stay there again.

Shortly after checking in I had to return to the front desk to ask for another room. The queen size bed that I paid for was not even a Queen mattress. The second issue is the lack of cleanliness. Everything is dirty from the inside and outside of the fridge to the bathtub. Some of the towels remain unchanged not to mention the stains in everything and everywhere. Lights and heater were broken. Lastly the atmosphere and vibe is completely unsafe and loud. Constant fights banging and loitering. 0/10 would not recommend.

I arrived at 11pm the area was not safe at all, I had front desk escort me to my room .. the area had two dudes pacing back and forth one even sat on the driving seat of his van, it was extremely suspicious.. the room was not pretty at all . The saying goes you get what you paid for.

My stay was pretty awful. When I arrived to my room late at night, the lights were out but the tv was on. I thought someone was in there but they were not. The room hadn't been cleaned well enough for me. I've attached a photo of the sticky night table. The bathtub looked totally grungy. I attached a photo of that too and the front door didn't feel very secure. There were strange dips in the floor, totally uneven, felt like it was caving in. The worst part is that there were some people in a very loud, profanity laced confrontation right outside of my window for what felt like hours. I don't know if it ever got violent because I finally fell asleep. I never felt safe in the room so I slept in my dress. I'll never stay there again. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was nice and professional.

We requested a smoke free room. When we entered the room it had a strong cigarette smell. When we reported this to the desk and requested a different room, we were informed that there were no other rooms and all they could do was cancel and refund. I was one of the worst rooms I've ever experienced - as soon as I opened the door. There was water damage on the walls and on the flooring. The countertops and the floors were uneven because of the water damage. Then, there were roaches moving around as soon as I turned the lights off! Then, horrifically, in the middle of the night, when a roach crawled on my head while I was sleeping -- it became THE worst room I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Then the staff told me that because I waited until 6:30am to complain and request a refund, I was not entitled to speak to the manager or able to get a refund!

This was the dirtiest, most broken down hotel I've ever stayed at. The \"sofa\" was broken and you couldn't sit, the bathroom walls, floor, shower were stained, broken, paint peeling. There were hookers and drugs being used in the rooms next to us. I have never felt so unsafe. We didn't stay but since we booked through the app we couldn't get a refund. I have never been so disappointed or shocked at the deplorable state of a hotel.

Having said all that, the front desk lady was very friendly.

1st room I checked into smelled like someone was currently smoking cigarettes and marijuana in. Thankfully, I went to the frontdesk and they immediately changed my room. My new room did not have any smoking smells thankfully. However, the tv did not work, as it only had 1 channel and the bathroom tub was filthy.
Later that evening, I heard a couple guys out in the parking lot, the next thing you know I had one of the guys trying to get into my room. His key actually worked for my door and he tried to open it and proceeded 2-3x's to bust thru the lock/latch on the door. When I opened the door and asked what was going on, he stated he thought it was his room and could not understand why it was locked, which is why he was trying to push thru the door.
I asked to check out the very next morning. When I explained to the front desk, they stated they look at camera each morning and did not see anything. I asked them to come to my room to see the busted latch on the door. My wife and daughter were scared out of their minds the rest of the night.
I always stay at Wyndham's. However, I would not encourage anyone to stay at this place. Especially if you have your family with you. I am quite surprised Wyndham would have their name stamped to this place. I never judge a book by its cover but man my instincts were correct on this one as soon as I pulled in.
Picture provided looks nothing like front desk (they kept out they desk is covered by thick glass). That says enuf

The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom door was broken and didn’t shut all the way. The shower had no pressure at all but was nice and hot. We had an issue with the TV and they came right away and fixed it. The surrounding area is sketchy though. I wouldn’t go to the parking lot alone at night.

The entire property was dirty and the trash cans/dumpster was overflowing. We booked our reservation in December 2024 and the property had good reviews. It was overpriced, the \"breakfast\" area was filled with boxes and used as a storage room. There also were questionable ladies standing on the curb and walking around the property. The city of Dover should inspect this property for multiple code violations.

This was one of the absolute worst stays I have ever had. Not only was it filthy but the subsidized people who live there are up all hours of the night screaming at each other. I slept with my firearm next to me all night due to fear that the door would be broken open again. The room had clearly been broken in to before multiple times, there were make shift pieces of wood every around the frame. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for this room. When I called to check out a day early and explained why, the front office offered no remorse, just said thank you and hung up on me. They should be ashamed of themselves for operating a business like this. To be honest i don't know how the state hasn't shut them down.

I’m not typically one to complain, but the room had some issues. The fridge was leaking, which puddled on the floor, shower was dripping, paint peeling all around the sink, tissue box was empty, curtains were falling off, killed 5 flies within the first 30 minutes of being there, and the room smelled very musty. They had a breakfast but when they gave us a bagel with frozen cream cheese, ugh, the we couldn’t wait to move on.
Way overpriced for what we got. We’ve always had great experiences at Quality Inns, but this one was far from Quality.

I reserved a nonsomking room with a double bed and got a smoking room with two doubles which was dirty and brokwn dkwn. There was a slug in the sink and cigarette burn marks on the sheets. My socks were black from.walking on the floor and the lock was not secure. I had no choice but to stay because nearby hotels were sold out and its probably because everyone left this hotel. I paid almost 200 to risk my life and catch a disease. Never agin no matter what. Id just sleep in my car and take my chances

It was a filthy, rundown dump that stank of cigarette and marijuana smoke, and was thus not as advertised. I tried to get a refund because I was not going to stay there, but the bloodsucking management refunded me only half the price because I had flushed the toilet (which did not work) and washed my hands. I guess they need all the money they can get since they had almost no customers. The place should be torn down.

When we arrived it was clear this property was not as advertised online. There were transients hanging out all over the complex. When we arrived to our room, it was hot and no air was circulating. The room had a dingy smell to it.

I am attaching pictures of our bathroom, which included a slug that we woke up to on our final morning. The water was discolored when we used the sink or shower.

You could hear the conversations and actions of the room directly attached to our room with ease as if I was in the room.

Overall, a very terrible experience. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

The PTAC setting for air conditioning was stuck on 61 degrees. The light over the sink in the bathroom area didn't come on.

The front desk staff came over and tried to help but wasn't able to.

Lots of people hanging out in front of our room until 3am being very loud. Lots of trash on the grounds.

Was promised a refund for Saturday night but haven't received it.
