Hotel is in terrible condition. Beds are clean bu bathroom amenities are minimal. Hooks falling off wall. Shelves falling apart. No hairdryer- had to get it at check in desk. One person at front desk seemingly responsible for everything. \"Free Breakfast \" was awful- cold cereal- Ran out of coffee.( Macdonald's is next door). Expedia should not be listing this hotel. It's a rip off.

Room very clean. Had to call for service AT front desk due to 'staff shortages'. Only 1 staff person in hotel per 12 hour shift. Breakfast was only waffles, fruit loops and corn flakes and orange juice. Nothing else. If all you want is a cheap room, no frills, this qualifies.

Parking wasn't the issue. There was plenty of parking, however there was no one behind the desk no matter how often we checked, and the so-called breakfast was nothing more than a waffle machine and a pitcher of juice. And even at that, the waffle machine ran out of batter on the third waffle, and staff was nowhere to be found to refill it, and as far as breakfast go, I have never seen a more paltry display of nothing masquerading as any kind of a breakfast. There was no fruit, no yogurt, only two types of cereal neither of which was palatable, no muffins, no breakfast sandwiches or meat of any kind, it was absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning to this motel if it's the last place in town.

Overall cleanliness was acceptable. The bed was comfortable. The issue of most concern was the bathroom. The shower head was mostly clogged and the pipe that connected it to the wall had a large hole in it. When you went to move the shower head the entire pipe moved not just a shower head.

It was older which we knew coming in, rooms are super nice and redone for being an older motel. Everything seemed to be clean, beds were super comfortable. My only complaints are: there is no one ever at the front, you have to call if you need anything, we arrived a little over 30 minutes before our check-in time and we were told we couldn’t check in unless we paid a $24 check in fee. We have stayed in a lot of motels over the last few years and I have NEVER had one tell me I had to pay an early check in fee. There was someone behind us wanting to check in too and he asked what was happening. When I told him he was very frustrated as well because he too was coming to check in. I understand if there aren’t rooms ready yet, but to charge a check in fee because they didn’t want to come check us in a little early seemed insane. Also the only thing out to eat for breakfast was waffles and 2 kinds of cereal. As someone who has food allergies, it was a little frustrating there wasn’t some kind of fruit or something. Everything in the kitchen area was very clean and kept up though.

The place is a dump. Entry side door could not be opened from the outside. Had to use the main entrance to carry in luggage. Two different electrical sockets didn't work in my room. The breakfast was an hour late and only cold cereal. The waffle maker wasn't hot enough to cook a waffle.

The person at the front desk had to do way to much. He needs more help. The sign at the front desk is a clear sign that he has way to much to do. You are treating him like a slave. Might have to report Super 8 to the Labor Board. You are burning him out. The room smelled absolutely disgusting. Was supposed to have a room that sleeped sleeps four people. Had to purchase a second room. Was not told where breakfast was located. The worse motel we have ever stayed. We will not stay in a another Super 8 motel again.

Preregistration to terrible registration.

Super 8 by Wyndham offered preregistration on line to save check in time. When I arrived at 2:20 PM there was no-one at the desk but there was a sign that said Due to a staff shortage, I could call a number listed. I was in the process of doing that when a disheveled woman showed up and said it I wanted to register early, I needed to pay her $25.00. I told her that I had already preregistered. She said that their hotel never got that information. I asked if they didn't get that online information, why was I asked to fill it out. She just shrugged her shoulders. Since it was already 2:30 PM, I went back to the parking lot to wait. At 3:00, I entered the property and asked a man who by then was acting as a receptionist why they didn't have my preregistration and he said they never get that. So I again was required to fill out my personal information and had to go out to the parking lot to obtain the license plate number on my rental car. When I finished signing in, he gave me a key and said my room would be ready in the next 5 to 10 minutes. I peeked around the corner and through the open door of the room and saw the same disheveled woman quickly sweeping dirt into a dust pan. I asked her why they didn't just give me a room that had already been cleaned. She was angry and said, \"It's ready!\" When I went in, I saw an upgraded room. I'm guessing they wanted to placate me. Personnel was either absent or indifferent from then on. Uncomfortable to say the least.

Girls weekend away, the hotel forgot we were staying two nights and locked us out of our room the second night. The hair dryer did not work in our room upon asking for a new one the hotel was understaffed and couldn’t find anyone to help with the issue. After returning home my account was charged an addition night, then charged again for a towel and a bathmat. This hotel was 2 stars at best. The parking lot has questionable people hanging around and across from gambling and liquor store. I called the hotel three times to fix this issue and continued to get the run around. The extra night eventually fell off my account but the charge for the towel and bath mat remained. Basically my word against housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at 6 Wyndham properties this trip with 5 more ahead. All of the staff has been very welcoming, BUT! The little tyrant checking guest in here has no business being in a hospitality position. I'm 76 years old with over 50 years experience in customer service and can with all certainty say this young man is a detriment to your franchise.

Extremely Disappointing Stay
After a long day visiting Yellowstone, I just wanted a comfortable bed—but this Super 8 completely failed. The mattress is very light and slides on the bed frame, and the edges are clearly deformed (as shown in the picture), making it unsafe and uncomfortable to sleep on. I don’t understand how Wyndham allows such mattresses in its hotels. On top of that, the towels were filthy, appearing grayish instead of clean. The room and bathroom floor were also dirty. Overall, the hygiene and condition of the room were unacceptable.

The hotel was very dated. Had to reprogram keys, which is usually because they have been reused too many times. The front desk was unmanned every time I walked by or into the hotel. There was a note with a phone number to call. The linen was old and threadbare. The privacy lock on my room door was broken. The room looked like it was set up for two beds, but there was only one bed in the room and a large, open space where the other bed would be. The furniture and the curtain were all old. This hotel is not like the Super 8s that have been updated since Wyndham has flagged these hotels. I've found they are hit or miss, so read the reviews carefully if you don't want to have a negative experience.

The motel charged an extra four dollars for the use of a credit card over the rate quoted by Expedia The room was in need of a lot of work. The shower head was dirty with build up minerals. The walls had perfataping cracking and dirt and mold appearing in the corners behind the toilet. The front desk had a sign stating they do not accept cash or checks. The breakfast consisted of one waffle iron and two types of cold cereal and no coffee in the breakfast area. This Super 8 is a disaster and should be removed from Expedia’s list. Hopefully Super 8 corporate requires this motel to step up and fix the issues or shuts it down.

When we mentioned that the ceiling fan was coming out the ceiling the employee advised they were sending maintenance out to look at it and no one showed up.

No one was present when we checked in at 12:15 a.m. I had called ahead several hours and spoke to a gentleman who said he'd be there. I told him we'd be in around middnight, and arrived 15 minutes past. I was able to reach someone else by phone, and our keys were in the drawer under the coffee pot in the lobby. The next evening, I requested quarters for laundry, located in the hall by the non-working ice machine. He told me I couldn't use the laundry because he was using it, and added that even if he wasn't, he couldn't let me anyway because it was too close to 10 p.m.
When I mentioned no one was there at check in, he rudely stated that he had waited an exta hour for us, and left when we didn't arrive by midnight.
Clerk at the convenience store next door informed me that she lived at the Super 8 a year ago for 3 months, and the ice machine never worked, so it has clearly been out of order a very long time. Management seems to not take pride in taking care of this propertyt or stafffing it with employees trained in basic customer service skills. I would not stay here again.

Front desk gentleman was quite rude when I requested change for laundry.

Let’s say there was no service, the breakfast was cereal and coffee. The second morning there wasn’t even coffee. Workers didn’t show up. Desk attendant was nowhere and sign on desk gave a phone number to call. Front doors were unlocked and didn’t close properly. The shower was not able to be adjusted as head was like frozen in place. No easy chair to sit in.

Room was clean, but smelled musty. Fan switch in bathroom didn't work. No instructions for how to use TV. When the dorm size refrigerator would cycle off, it shut the TV off. The AC unit was nice and cold, but VERY loud making it hard to sleep. There was 1 chair in the room - an uncomfortable office chair. A desk was the only table. There was a large empty space with room for a table and 2 chairs at least. I don't like sitting on the bed to eat. The walls are thin - we could hear the TV in the room next to us. Someone was slamming doors in our hall. The people above us were heavy footed so because the floors were not carpeted, we could hear EVERY step. Also, it sounded like they were jumping off the bed. \"Breakfast\" was only pancake/waffle batter or sugary cereal. I'm diabetic, so I didn't get to eat breakfast. We paid 10.00 less for another Windham hotel the night before, but it was 10 times better than here. I will not ever stay here again.

The check in attendant wasn't at the desk because they are short on staff it said. Had to call him. He came and was crabby. Our room has a mini fridge that is so full of frost on the freezer that you can't open the door hardly. It is also dirty with something. The remote battery is dead and the air conditioner needs a filter change. No ice bucket. I'm not impressed at all and it is very spendy.

They have this set up where you can check in online, and then supposedly all you need to do is pick up your key at the front desk...provided a credit card an ID ahead of time...yeah, don't bother because they will ask you for all the same items at the front desk when you get there to \"just grab your key\". Even the employees had no idea why it was like that...oversll the stay was fine.
