Was not given the room that I booked. I booked a room with a soaker tub but was given a room with no tub... Shower would get too hot then too cold. Phone didn't work. But worst of all the outside door didnt lock. Didnt realize this until my girlfriend and I came back to our wide open room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm sure for a $158 there is nicer one to spend your money.... 2 stars. And that's being generous...

Staff was unaware that our room door to the outside was not able to lock. We were shocked. Had to move to another room which was a pain. Also there were NO “amenities”. No breakfast, European breakfast, coffee or anything. The last Wyndham property had all of that plus home bake type cookies, ice cream, even a free map and did special things like putting our ice packs in their freezer. Staff was always around to help, there were no staff half the time to even talk or ask about something in Livingston.

Extremely disappointed in our stay -thought Wyndham did a better job and that we could count on the Wyndham name for quality.

We would not stay here again. The property is run down, and needs maintenance. The interior hallways (accessible from room and outside) smell like mold and cigarette smoke. The room was tiny, and the queen bed was low to the ground. The tiles in the room were coming loose in places.

The price, while not excessive compared to nearby hotels, was far too much for what we got. The motel seems like someone is milking it for cash flow rather than keeping up their investment.

The room was full of dust from a dust storm the week prior. You could see outside between the door and wall. The floor was coming up in multiple spots. The lobby was dirty. We were charged a $175.00 damage fee due to coffee being spilled on the bed sheets. When stripping the bed there were weed stickers all over between the sheets and the mattress protector. Please do your due diligence and read the reviews before staying at this hotel. There are 2 restaurants and the Mexican one we ate in was very good with large portions. There is no casino as advertised.
I did get in touch with the corporate office and the gentleman I spoke to about all the issues we had was helpful and understanding..

Plank flooring seams were raising which made it uncomfortable to walk around the room without shoes on. Smoke detector was missing in the room. The pool not usable at the time of our visit. HVAC unit was so old and loud it made it difficult to sleep so we shut it off and the refrigerator motor took over for noise level. Overall I found this not to be up to the normal Wyndham standards. Very much in need remodeling.

The front door to the hotel is left open all night, there is no employee on duty, and even with a sign telling a guest to call for help, no one answers. Overnight and first thing in the morning I experienced non-guests in the hallway and lobby. The first staff member in the morning comes in at 10 a.m.

I had to change rooms twice: first at check-in because my reservation was confused with another guest who had specific room needs, the second time because there wasn't hot water nor did the heater work. The third room, the door leading to the parking lot (my room had two doors) the lock was broken so I had to use my suitcase to keep the door closed. Though there were plenty of rooms to switch to, the front desk rep told me that they were all dirty because housekeeping only comes once a week. This would explain a bathroom fan with lint and dirty dripping from the vent, hair in the tub, and inconsistancy with towels and bedding.

The front desk rep also told me that there isn't a maintenance man on duty, as I was hoping that person could fix the hot water issue and/or the broken door.

There isn't a breakfast, but \"24 hour complimentary coffee and tea.\" Coffee was cold and bitter as it is only made when it runs out from the thermos. Per front desk rep.

The hotel's website, even on hotel.com, said there was a swimming pool. There is a pool but it is closed to the public \"indefinately.\"

I've known Livingston for 26 years. This is the worst hotel in town. Unsafe, unhealthy.

The ad is misleading. A suite typically has a separate room, or separate sleeping/ living spAce
What I got for my \"suite\" a bed, countertop w/sink. Pots and pans, but no stove or even an electric burner. On the bright side, the pans appeared to new . The television in my suite was 30\" maybe. I had to use my spotting scope to watch TV.

When we checked in I was given a room that was already occupied. I went to the front desk and told the clerk he gave me a room that had people’s things in it already and his response was, “that lady never listens.” He gave me another room next to it that had bugs flying on the ceiling and dead bugs on the bed. The door to the room had a gap big enough that I could read my license plate through the crack. We felt unsafe, the room was littered with bug carcasses, and staff was not helpful. I will forever scream from the rooftops DO NOT STAY AT TRAVELODGE in Livingston, Montana.

Locks were very questionable, the shower wouldn’t drain, very cheap linens and found hair on them (wonder if they had even been washed). Pillows were Walmart two dollar special. Never ever again!! Meh. We've Stayed Twice. Won't Again.

We arrived at 2:45 for 3pm checkin after a long day of travel. Lobby was empty. There was a sign to call 1-800 Wyndom national number to check in with a sign stating short staffed. Staff woman eventually came and was flustered, said there was a plumbing main break and that we cannot check in until 3pm. She was kinda grumpy and made us feel like we were a bother. Despite the open front area where you could park right in front of your door, we were put in the back and then our room around a dark corner. Water puttered brown for a little while from the plumbing problem but then was clear. We didn't drink it, luckily had a few gallons in the car. Bed was comfy. Night was quiet. Tasty Mexican restaurant shared a parking lot so we walked over for takeout which was convenient. We probably won't be back.

I rented a room in Livingston because I was visiting Yellowstone. We got in late because we were at the park all day. The door was very hard to open, then the deadlock would not fit so we couldn't deadlock the door. There was no controller for the TV and none available. The A/C digits were hard to read and I could not adjust it properly The bathtub/shower was not working correctly. Very hard to get the right temp during shower and the water was still coming out of the spigot filling up the tub while showering. I would not recommend to anyone. When I spoke with manager next morning, instead of offering a discounted stay, she just thanked me for letting them know.

This hotel needs a series update. It’s old and lacking repair. Our main door to the parking lot was very loose and would be easily broken into. The room was okay for cleanliness. There was no maid service for our entire 4 night stay. The air conditioner was very noisy but cooled okay. This place is okay for a short stay when you’re looking to save money. It’s conveniently located and fairly quiet but parking is very limited. We always had to park away from our room during the stay. I will opt for a different place next time.

The guy working the front was extremely nice and was fast service.
However when I walked into the room was greeted with a musty old smell. The air conditioner didn’t work great, was dirty in the room. Beds were clean. But the overall whole room needs a good scrub down.
When showering you never knew what was going to come out of the water- my kids had to be prepared to move out of the way extremely fast because you were either scalded or froze- no happy in between that just stayed there and could stand in the shower.
Older style that can use an upgrade for sure.

On Expedia the rooms were priced like luxury nice clean hotel unfortunately the staffing is understaffed the front desk guy literally was doing everything from check in cleaning rooms taking trash out fixing a lock the room next to us had break the doors didn’t deal at all had a window shaker AC that made so much noise and didn’t blow cold air didn’t even blow cool air there was hair in the shower like nasty hair on the floor and walls disgusting room smelt funny and the best part the room literally had 3 doors 2 enter doors and a door to room next door that didn’t lock had to wedge a chair under handle to ensure we had some kind of security they advertise like they are a gem and part of Yellowstone I highly suggest you do not take your family especially young kids there

I was told at check in that there was a “minor” plumbing issue. The bath faucet was on full force flooding into the bathtub and no possible way of showering. The protective cover on the mattress was torn there appeared to be dog hair on the sheets stains in the tub bathroom door stuck made loud noise once you pulled it open . The door to the outside of building looked as if it had been kicked in the frame was broken and you can see the outside through the gap in the door. The poor kid running the desk was nice but rushed through everything and the on site manager / owner I'm assuming was the most unfriendly woman were have ever met.

When I went to check in, the receptionist asked when I booked the room. I told him last week and ask why?. He asked if I picked the room we got during booking. I said yes and asked why?. He said the room we picked was “troublesome”. I asked how so?. He said the door doesn’t work. I asked if they had any other rooms. He said they were fully booked. I told him I’d just go somewhere else. He said he can put us in room 22 since the guest who got that room hadn’t arrived yet. Sketch. The pool was okay. There was a giant dried booger stuck to the curtains. Our feet turned black from walking barefoot on the floor of our room. The sheets had hair all over (thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows). The ice machine didn’t work. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. We only stayed one night, and we were there MAYBE 12 hours, so it sufficed but I won’t ever go back.

Shower leaked the whole time we stayed and when I asked the front desk about it they said they would put me in a different room but never called me back. When I got back I noticed the door to our room was left open. The front desk was understaffed and often left unattended when needing help. Only two towels were provided per room and no extra towels were available. No coffee makers were in the rooms and coffee in the front office was often empty.

They should post a warning online. If your cell provider is AT&T, you will not have service while you are here. The hotel is quite noisy, lots of slamming doors. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, there was a note that instructed to call a number if no one was there, but since we have AT&T we were unable to make the call. Someone showed up and informed us that he was \"off the clock\" but he checked us in since no one else was around. We told that we him could not call the number, he said \"my phone works\". I get that he was annoyed that he was off the clock, but he should have called someone to help us if he didn't want to. The room itself was fine.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The property is older and has been updated but is in need of repairs. The lock on the door leading directly outside is broken and has not been taken care of, and the flooring is coming up in spots and should be replaced. There is a slight incline leading into the bathroom that could cause someone older or unsteady to trip and fall. I liked the fact that the bathtub is low for easy access, that is a huge plus for older people.

This was absolutely the worst property we have ever been to.
My husband is a Vietnam Vet and Disabled
We travel with 2 small dogs.
We requested a room with parking at the door and accommodation for our 2 dogs.
The room we NEVER EVEN WENT INSIDE…did not have a door with access to the parking area it was thru a hallway.
Our request was completely ignored and they did not even know we had the dogs with us.
B4 I knew they had NO ROOM NOR DESIRE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.excuse after excuse
At least 4 rooms with NO DOORS and the only other room that would have worked had a clogged sink.
I heard all the excuses
I had already paid for the room online
They took a 50.00 “refundable deposit” which they kept.
They are refusing any refund.
I’d really like an explanation as to why they kept a deposit on a product/room I didn’t use.
Talk about SCAMMERs.
The clerks that were working were incompetent and completely immature to the point of giggling and looking google eyed.
I spoke with the “manager” and she was no better.

I called to let them know I would be arriving late at night and when I arrived the front desk clerk continually complained about how she had to work an hour past her scheduled shift. Then, when I went to open the door to my room, someone else was already in that room. It took 45 minutes for the front desk clerk to move my reservation to a new room, which happened to be right next door to the original room. The room was a little sketchy, it looked like someone had kicked in the door at some point and they patched it back together. The floor felt like it had sand on it, so I put my socks on, and they were very dirty by the time I left. The bed sheets and other linens looked and smelt clean. I was only in this room for 6 hours and that was long enough, I won't go back.
