I recently enjoyed an incredible 10-day stay at Mareblue Beach Resort in Corfu, my third visit to this wonderful destination, so I felt right at home with its familiar charm. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff and fantastic amenities.
The front desk team was phenomenal—Maria X, Christianos, Andrea, and the entire crew were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their welcoming attitude made every interaction a pleasure and truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. At the pool bar, Luigi and Nikos were absolute stars, consistently friendly and full of energy, making every visit refreshing and fun.
The food was a highlight, with all four meals a day offering a delightful variety of options. From fresh local dishes to international favorites, the quality and diversity kept every meal exciting and satisfying. The resort’s attention to detail in the dining experience was impressive.
Mareblue Beach Resort continues to exceed expectations, and this stay only deepened my love for the place. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, hoping to return soon to this gem in Corfu!

A 3 star hotel

The rating is aligned with the amount of stars this hotel actually is. It is not a 4 star, it is a 3 star. Once you know that, then you know what to expect.
Let's start with the high point. The food was very good, variety was nice, although that did not translate to fruits, which was an extremely poor offering, especially beyond breakfast. Another upside is the soda and water fountains so most of the time you do not need to queue at the bar. A low point is coffee, and if you want decent coffee, you have to pay for it, something which is a common thread, paying extra for everything, and in cash.
On to the hotel premises. Rooms are smallish and oldish. They do the trick but just about, especially if there are 4 of you in one. The common areas were ok, lobby was nice and main buffet restaurant was nice too. Pools were ok.
Towels is one thing that makes this hotel look like a 2 star even. First you need to leave a deposit for them, fair enough. Most of the time, this pool and beach hotel runs out of towels, so you cannot get them, you cannot change them, etc. And the towel issue was very similar with the room towels were they would leave 2 for 4 people, or 1, or 3, depended on which direction the wind was blowing from.
And one of the key things why this should not be a 4 star is the service. We encountered a few people that were good, proactive and polite, but am afraid to say these were the exceptions. We encountered a lot of rudeness and bruteness.

We were quite dissapointed with the hotel. Cleanliness of the room was pretty bad.. also they kept leaving less number of towels than people in the room. Staff in the main restaurant was very rude, same as in the ice-cream place next to the pool. One day we had to pay for an activity in the kids club... that wasnt included in the all inclusive. Also many beberages are also not included like alcohol free beer.. or creps, there is a crep stand and you need to pay extra. The cherry on top is that if you want an espresso coffee they charge it 3€ extra each. Overall i would not recommend it

If they change the mattresses then this would be a great stay. Unfortunately the mattress comfort was terribly thin and we had sleepless nights from it. The room amenities were ok, although there was no power on the last night/day of our stay in our room. Practical as close to beaches, though no policy to police the visitors who just hog all the sun beds with their towels and are absent for a long time/food perhaps which forces us to use different pools or not stay on the resort premises at all. All the Staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming throughout.

My partner and I went for our anniversary. Overall we had fun but it is not entirely all inclusive like we had thought. You can only eat and drink certain food that aligns with their policy. We also had to put a cash deposit down for using towels which we have never encountered before at other all inclusive resorts. You had to use cash for everything to pay which is fair, just make sure you take out adequate amounts. Some staff were lovely, particularly a young girl on reception. However some staff were quite rude such as the main dining room staff and main bar staff. Our room was nice but there were a lot of ants that spread to our clothes and items. The a la carte restaurant which we had booked mainly for the views surprisingly made everyone sit in another area which was very disappointing but the food was nice and waiter was lovely. It was very disappointing to see the two pools closed at 7pm which was very early and were extremely cold which was something we were not used to either in hotels we have stayed around the world. Overall you get what you pay for so if you a looking for a cheap and pleasant holiday it is definitely worth it.

My two little girls and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mareblue Beach hotel this Easter. We were very happy with the hotel and its facilities and the local beach is beautiful. My only criticism is that Agios Spyridon is remote. There isn't much to do locally and at Easter the Green bus services aren't running as they would in full season, which means transport to other places is limited to transfers and taxis. It didn't bother me and my young family, but I can imagine it would be off-putting for people who like a more lively atmosphere. Thank you Mareblue for taking such good care of us and including us in your Easter celebrations!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Blue Mare resort!
Beautiful location, the drive to the hotel is stunning too!

2 beaches are so close and I loved the rocky bay to the North East. Snorkelling really good there and calm!

I found a good selection of food every day, lots of healthy options at the resort and didn’t find it repetitive, unless you only want to consume chips every day.

You get to eat at the A La Carte 'Olives' restaurant one night during your stay- the food was amazing and 4 courses I was stuffed! Really good wine selection too, I purchased an amazing Greek Sauvignon blanc, I would highly recommend!

My room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and I had a beautiful ocean view that I’m certain I didn’t pay for, so thank you!

Staff were all really nice, friendly and helpful!

My only suggestions would be to please add a Greek coffee station for breakfast- I’ve been to 16 Greek islands and this is the first time an all inclusive resort hasn’t had one.

Definitely observed lots of people struggling with their luggage around the resort, it is a big hill. You got a little golf buggy to help people out?

I recommend going to Corfu Town for the day! The hotel has a shuttle that goes a few times a week from the hotel for 15 euros. I got the local bus, as I wanted to go a day that the shuttle wasn’t running. Had to walk 20 minutes to get the local bus stop, but that didn't bother me.

I would definitely come back to Mareblue for another stay. Corfu is a beautiful Efcharistó!

What I did like in the property were: very good food in the restaurant, cleanest of the room always well cleaned (a part from Sunday) the cleaners have a day off.

The gym facilities although is very small and it used to be crowded at the end of the day. They probably need to put a second running machine.

The all inclusive business is brilliant as the hotel is away from the city. That all inclusive permits guesses to fully enjoy their holiday in the hotel without worrying about where to eat.

The facilities of excursions are very good, as guesses can enjoy visiting the area without needing to rent a car.

My best person in the Hotel was the waiter KALINDOU he his so nice to people and always happy to serve.

My only complaint is the excessive use of tiny plastic cups in the pool bar - please switch to reusable plastic cups for a more sustainable option.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice and had a beautiful view of the sea. Unfortunately, our bed sheets had stains and the balcony was very close to the one from the next room without a wall in between.
The All Inclusive package included a variety of products. The option to have an a la carte dinner was nice. It would be nice to have an outdoor area for the buffet restaurant. The buffet restaurant was very loud since the tables were close to each other and everyone was seated in one room. Also the drinks at the pool bar were served in plastic cups. A sustainable and nicer option would have been great. A bigger variety of vegetarian options would have been amazing. Overall, the staff was nice and helped with all of our request and questions. Two beaches were close by.

Amazing staff and service, well organised at very busy meal times. My daughter was poorly while we were there and the next day we arrived back to hotel to find a note and a plate of pastries wishing my daughter a speedy recovery! It was an unexpected and lively touch.

Had a massage and facial whilst there and they were great although the massage was 20 minutes shorter than was advertised. Book early during your stay and get a discounted price

It is in the middle of nowhere so if you want to get out, hiring a car is helpful. North Corfu boat hire on the beach out the back of the hotel was fab!

Beautiful spot over looking the Albanian coast line. With the most amazing sunset. Gardens beautiful with old olive trees and greenery.

Food was good considering how many they catered for at peak season.

This was a family holiday to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Our party of 10 included 2 young children. The hotel in the main was nice and the food excellent albeit the drinks offering as part of the all inclusive was disappointing, filtered coffee, limited alcohol drinks offering particularly cocktails. Whilst some of our party were given rooms in a refurbished block, our bedroom wasn’t, It was dated with a very sad bathroom. However when we asked for a change on our 2nd day we were accommodated, The gym was very poor as was the kids play park. The hotel was remote so if you would like to get out and about and see the area I would recommend hiring a car.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space and plenty to do, within the resort for childern and adult. Although the hotel is in middle of nowhere there are many transport/transfer from the hotel at extra fee. Plenty of food but not enough option for to meet different dietary requirements, few issues with ants bit ones reported to reception desk it was sorted.
Staff are amazing and very accommodating.

First I wouldn't use Expedia again. Paid £20 extra per night compared to booking direct with the hotel. The hotel is clean and has good amenities. Food is good. Staff are friendly. There isn't much in the local area. Two small beaches in very close proximity to the hotel. It can get a busy noisy at night due to the entertainment but otherwise ok.

Avoid. Awful. Cheesy. Painfully remote location. Bad music and freakin’ loud. Wi-fi service spotty at best. No porter service and lots of steps. In fairness, food wasn’t bad, but lacking healthier options (no restaurants or nightlife nearby). Definitely NOT a four-star hotel as it claims to be (wonder who they paid to get listed as four stars). Their description says it’s “elegant” - - there’s nothing elegant about this place. Hasn't been updated in a while. Decor a lá Fred Flintstone (Yabadabadoo baby!). Ants, mold, and leaky bathroom flooded our room. Weak water pressure. Kettle in our room was dirty. They put us in a different room, but same basic problems. We had had enough and wanted to leave. They refused to cancel the remaining four nights and still charged us. We checked out anyway, however extricating ourselves from this joint was an ordeal. Taxis unavailable and Uber not allowed there. Two hours sitting out front with Hotel California lyrics in my head…You can check out anytime you want, but you can never leave... We had to call a friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend to rescue us and deliver us to back to civilization in Corfu Town.

This review was made in hopes it warns others to book somewhere else and not waste their money or the hassle we went through. When we arrived we did not have the best vibes of the place. We were told that during our entire stay we get a total of 2 a La cart nights to book. They had weird hours to book these as a customer service person had to do this. We tried to book the one called olive and were advised it was fully booked during our entire stay and we could not. The other Italian one would be on our last night. It’s a bit ridiculous that you aren’t guaranteed to be able to have these dining experiences despite it being included. Also most more desirable things were not part of “the all inclusive”. Example if you wanted anything above a coffee was “extra”/ slushies extra. Those were the minor issues with the 1 star resort. The huge concern is the room condition. We got the “nicer room” and it was sea view. From the moment we walked in we noticed it was dirty. Red smudge stain on the couch. Black mould on sink and shower. One bed didn’t have a fitted sheet but both were covered with long, black human hair (as if not cleaned from the last guest), dirty counter (could smear brown with wiping hands on it when checking), dirty floor, walls, etc. the list goes on. Dirty stained towels, pillow cases. I went to ask to switch rooms and they apologized and agreed. The next room was just as bad! We left. They were difficult with getting a refund despite promising us. It took over 1MO

After booking this stay (for the pictures and price), my wife started looking at reviews. A lot of the reviews were horrible and we were thinking about canceling. We stuck with but were prepared for the worse...
But everything negative we read in the reviews was just NOT TRUE!

The staff is so helpful, friendly and fabulous with kids!
The food offered was really diverse and tasted great. It was an all inclusive buffet. Plenty variety daily and in our 10 day stay there were at least 6 options daily that didn't repeat. Of course the basics like fries, pasta and salads are available daily! The deserts are great and the Tzatziki is the BEST!
We also had a chance to eat at the 2 a la carte restaurants for free 1 night each. The Menu's we chose here were superb and a few steps up from the buffet

The Pool area was great and the sports and animation team are constantly offering something to get active in.
There is a wonderful beach near by with great sand and the water is only knee high for about 50 meters which is perfect for smaller children to play and the Water is CLEAR! There are also a few restaurants close by if you do want to eat out.

The only trouble are the Taxis and Busses to get away fron the Hotel. But that can be solved by getting an inexpensive rental car from Enterprise right there in the main building of the Hotel.

I could say much more but I am running out of characters.
Mainly thank you to the staff of the Mareblue for a great vacation and relaxing atmosphere!

We had a lovely time at the Mareblue.

Location: the hotel itself is quite remote but the views across to Albania are stunning. There are two local bars and a Taverna but beyond that you have the hotel. Kassiopi is a beautiful village that is 4miles away - a cab is circa £13 each way.

Rooms: the rooms are dated but functional. Ours was a family room with two bunk beds in. It was a little tight for our needs but we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in it.

Food: the food was very good at each meal, there was always plenty of variety and the food was always hot as turned over regularly. The restaurant had particular pinch points when it was busy but you were still able to get a table at peak times. From a drinks point of view you only get certain things on all inclusive - the local beer is awful, lacks any kind of taste and is basically fizzy water. Recommend checking out the local bars for better local alternatives. You can also pay for other drinks at the hotel.

Staff:
Everyone working at the hotel works really hard and are really friendly.

Entertainment:
The entertainment is uneven - we had some really brilliant stuff - the Greek night for example was awesome, but some of it was woeful. The animation team aren’t always very visible.

We were there for 12 days - and given the location that was too long and we should have stayed somewhere a bit less remote but the hotel and its facilities were great.

Food was top, always fresh nice. Hugely impressed, given the number of people there.

Very organized during breakfast and lunches, again, impressed.

At evening there is always something to entertain your children and family. My daughter kept saying she wants \"Kaspar magic\" show again and again. haha

Very poor service from staff, started with the receptionist who was very rude and dismissive.
Other staff such as waiting staff and chefs were rude, both overtly (shouting) and covertly (microagressions, grunting).
Some staff were very pleasant, I wish more were like them.

Guests were ogling and staring, very uncomfortable for my wife and me, definite undertones of racism.

We left a day early because of these experiences and when putting in a complaint the admin staff did not believe us and dismissed the behaviours.

We also had ants in the room and one night a lot of flies had invaded our bathroom. Support staff who helped with this issue was very kind.

Entertainment is brilliant in the evenings depending on what they had on.. A mixed stay

A very mixed stay at the Mareblue. The site and location are lovely for a relaxing, quiet break. Within the hotel, the daily meals are absolutely fine and there is a wide enough variety to cater to adults, but there should be more options for younger children as this was very limited (we have no children, but could see parents struggling with the options available). The drinks menu is superb and varied, there is no limit to orders, but the constant overuse of plastic cups is really poor when we should be limiting single use plastic the hotel seems to embrace it! Evening entertainment was different every day and the quizzes were fun to join in with. As the world moves to working from different locations, we booked this break as the hotel offered wifi in all rooms, this turned out to be completely untrue. There was no wifi in our room, we were told a multitude of different stories as to why, which wasn't particularly helpful and the every changing reasons (lies) really did lower our ratings of the stay. We were offered the chance to use other parts of the hotel at times to do work, but this is not ideal and the wifi in these areas was between 2-5mbs at times so no video conferencing capabilities, so be careful if you need to do some work from your vacation or if the weather is bad and you want to stream online content like Netflix etc.

Disappointing and won't be going again. The rooms were not cleaned but only tided once every two days. Only the towels were changed - the bed sheets were not. The duvet had no cover and was stained in various places. My husband and I got the ick sleeping in the bed. The food was repetitive and hardly any traditional greek dishes - which is a shame. The pools were cold (not heated). The staff were all short tempered and simply wanted to get rid of you. It rained on our fourth day and there was no electricity in the rooms for 10 hours except the main building and lights on the footpaths. Everyone panicked and were charging their phones at reception. You have to pay for the wifi which constantly disconnects so not even worth it - terrible! They don't have a designated beach so you have to pay extra for sun loungers and an umbrella. For the price paid, it isn't worth the stay. It is also quite far from the town centre and they only have buses twice a week (which takes 2 hours!). Finally, a ridiculous amount of mosquitos. The hotel does nothing to help - we couldn't sleep for 3 nights and our bodies are bitten everywhere. If you wish to stay here 4 days is enough as the above makes is boring, dirty and simply unsatisfactory. Not the experience you would want in Corfu.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel has sensible measures in place for COVID-19, masks inside and temperature checks. Staff are working hard and place is clean. Mosquitos have been a major problem during our stay and the hotel would benefit from trying to put more measures in place to help combat this, as this can make for an uncomfortable evening. Especially around pool bar/entertainment area in evening. Take repellent with you/citronella.
Area is lovely, quiet with a cocktail bar at the beach 2 minute walk away and a taverna a similar distance, mini market at hotel, car hire, and a place to book trips. Both beaches lovely and recommend the boat hire with North Corfu boat hire, who are right on the beach, you can take the boat out yourself and they give tuition and great way to explore some of the other little beaches close by and visit a taverna. We enjoyed the food, rooms adequate and shower room was great. It would be good to see less plastic used as every drink is disposable plastic cup and maybe more heavy duty reusable would be better. We enjoyed our stay and I would return, pools lovely and did not feel overcrowded. Entertainment typical hotel style, the two Male entertainment team did a good job though and were friendly. Food had plenty of choice and was pretty good. Taxi service for local villages 12 euros to Kassiopi and there is also Acharavi which I think is similar cost. The hotel run shuttle to both these villages for 5euro and 15 to Corfu Town.

Amazing Family Experience at Mareblue Beach Resort

Food Buffet was very impressive vast range and outstanding experienced crew of hospitality staff. Our cleaner was amazingly friendly. Pool and all inclusive fantastic. Overall very impressed. Just need an iron in rooms and some modernization of rooms would make this hotel even better. Wi-fi needs reviewing found it extreamly stressfull to get good reception whilst still trying to communicate for work.

What a beautiful resort; clean, tidy and friendly. It’s the first time I’ve ever stayed in a large resort, fully inclusive, and it was everything I wanted it to be. The food was brilliant, so much choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really would recommend it. The only disappointing thing was that, on arrival, we were offered a 15 minute free massage and two free dinners in their additional restaurants. However, when we went to book them they couldn’t fit us in for any of it which was disappointing. This resort is in a stunning location, next to two beaches and looking out to sea. I’d definitely return.

Lovely hotel although a little remote. However you could get the shuttle buses from the hotel to nearby villages and places to visit at a very good price. Food was the best from an AI - wine could be improved on but cocktails were fine. Great shows put on most evenings

Beautiful setting and a great place to take the family, if you just want to be in one place. The hotel is quite isolated and you do need a car if you want to do some exploring.

The food was amazing, they really do cater for every taste! Dinning room is very busy and noisy.

Generally OK. However the hotel needs to update and manage a no smoking policy.
My room stank of smoke and we even asked for pillows to be exchanged.
If the hotel is to allow smoking in rooms the block needs to be allocated as smoking or not and guests asked for their wishes. (A single room is insufficient as the balconies are connected. I had neighbours who smoked preventing me from enjoying the balcony.)
In addition smoking by the pools or in other public areas should be stopped

Beautiful views over the sea .....

The hotel is in a lovely position. Near the beach and a small hamlet but with all convenience of an hotel.

Down side is that it's very large and can therefore be impersonal.
The dining hall is like a school canteen - and in the evening extremely bright which means there is no ambience at all!

Dining hall seems badly laid out ,so by the time you've got your meal and a drink and a table, the food is cold.

Too remote with a horrible mosquito problem!

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and the views over the Albanian mountains are breathtaking. The pool facilities, pool bar and animation programme are very good and the animation team friendly and full of energy. However the hotel staff are not very approachable and their customer care skills could do with improvement. The food was quite varied, lots of choice for everyone and overall quite good. The hotel is very remote though and there's not a lot to do in the evenings and nowhere to go for a post-dinner walk so you are stuck in the hotel with very average entertainment. This would have been just about bearable had it not been for the mosquito problem - they are everywhere! The hotel does not take measures to contain the problem so you are at risk of being bitten continuously - had I known there was an epidemic, I would not have booked!!! The beaches near the hotel are well worth visiting and I would highly recommend hiring a vehicle and exploring the island further a field as the coastline is beautiful. Overall a pretty average hotel in a beautiful setting.

Lovely hotel and such friendly staff

Great all inclusive hotel based very close to the beach. The staff were all so friendly, especially the waiters and waitresses in the buffet restaurant where the food was excellent. The swimming pools and bars were great and there were activities put on by the entertainment staff every day for young and old. There are a couple of small supermarkets/shops and a couple of bars/restaurants nearby but not an actual town so if you wanted to go out for the day you had to take a bus or taxi or hire a car but we found that the hotel and beach had everything we wanted for the week (especially as your food and drink is included in the price of the hotel).

Super holiday!

Great hotel, very close to the beach. Food was good plenty of variety, they even did a lamb BBQ on Easter Sunday which was nice. Entertainment team were great for the kids, disco every night with different characters. The rooms are very basic but got everything you need tbh. Tv. Bath. Shower. Little balcony. Air con. Would recommend

A glorified holiday camp

Very disappointing stay, reception area very pleasant, rooms quite nicely decorated but the small single sofa bed for our 16 year old daughter was rock hard and not long enough. The room size small for three and not enough storage. It would have been ample for a couple but not a family of three. There only seemed to be two of everything, two glasses, two mugs, two chairs! We started off with two towels each but by the middle of the week we ended up with maybe three towels one day all very small, another day one large and three small. Just not enough space over whole site, could do with another pool, another restaurant, there are way too many people crammed into a small area, adults only pool had small children in it fairly frequently, buffet restaurant felt like a canteen. \"Afternoon tea\" is just a toasted ham and cheese sandwich and a piece of dry cake if you are lucky. Not by any means a four star a real shame.

Amazing facilities and location!

We stayed at the hotel in Aug 2016. I did a lot of research before choosing the hotel, but I still always assume that the reality will be less impressive than what you see on the Internet. However, this was an exception to the rule! The place is simply beautiful - both the facilities themselves (especially the pools) and the location where it is set. We were there 5 days & just couldn't get over the view.

We are a family of 5 - kids are 5, 12,16, and they all enjoyed it. Supposedly they have kiddie activities, but I didn't see any (nor did I ask). We were happy just hanging by the family pool (they also have a \"relaxing pool\" for ages 18+), grabbing ice creams or other snacks, going to one of the small private beaches that are a 2 minute walk, and taking some short trips outside the hotel (we rented a car, which you need if you want to travel outside the hotel).

Food was plentiful, and quite decent, as \"all you can eat\" goes. Be prepared for lots of oil though. There are also several restaurants at the hotel where you can buy dinner if you want something nicer.
They also gave a gift of a 15 minute massage for anyone 16+. Obviously their goal was to sell up, but we enjoyed our 15 free minutes.

Only thing that was frustrating (though I knew it in advance) was no free wifi - costs 3 EURO for an hour, 10 per day, or 35 per week! We got a small pre-paid data package from our provider and managed on that, including for use as GPS for trips.

3 Star in standard ; comfortable and clean

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Mareblue Hotel. My honest opinion is this is definitely not a 4 star property, it is 3 star in every respect...decor, facilities, aesthetics etc. Having said this it is clean and welcoming. The entrance is quite prestigious but the furniture in reception really lets it down, which is a shame. The rooms are very basic, no frills and could do with updating. That being said they are clean with a good maid service and the air conditioning , although doesn't feel powerful when first turned on, is actually quite efficient during the night and therefore you get a good, cool nights sleep.
We found the food to be really nice with lots of variety to suit all tastes. Great Greek salad selection and bakery bread etc. The restaurant aesthetics good be improved and we found the clinical lighting to be very stark, especially at night when it's nice to be in dim lighting for a more atmospheric evening meal.
Adult only pool is lovely , much more of an upmarket feel to it with chrome and glass panels surrounding the sun bed area. The family pool is great for kids but feels like a 3 star hotel instead of the advertised 4 star rating on Expedia. There is a pizza restaurant but we didn't visit this as only discovered on our last day that you had to book 24 hours in advance to dine there. We checked in quite late...1a.m but felt that the information about the Pizza restaurant was one aspect of a long list that wasn't explained to us.

Originally when we arrived we thought what had we let ourselves in for; as it seemed we had arrived at a holiday camp. We had expected it to be more of a hotel. From that point our hearts sank. As the holiday progressed the camp revealled itself to be a wonderful place to either relax and unwind or take a full bunch of kinds on holiday. We had a wonderful time. Jason the rep was a great no nonsence and always cheerful.
On the downsides:
The beds are shocking. Really thin and nasty like trying to sleep on a bag of bricks, if you have a bad back dont go there.
Take plenty of mozzie spray, everybody was being masacred and they really itch
The transfers are a little tricky as the documentation isnt very clear. You need to look for Lords Travel which are on the right. There are usually other holiday reps who will help if you get into trouble at the airport.
On the good side:
This has been a great holiday for us it is a truly beautiful island definitely hire a car for a day or 2 and roam around the island its amazing. Take a boat trip round the island its wonderful.

Fabulous relaxing mini break, couldn't fault it!

Just got back from a 5 day break with my husband, we had such a lovely time. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday, the staff were friendly and helpful. The choice of food great, I have dietary requirements so can't eat egg, dairy or gluten and I managed to eat 3 good meals every single day, and didn't feel unwell once! Always different choices of meat/fish potatoes and salad/veg! My hubby who is a bit fussy had 4 courses most days and never found it difficult to find things he liked. We really enjoyed out meal at Olives, the setting is gorgeous and the staff were very accommodating for me, the wine I bought was also lovely and very reasonably priced. The free wine wasn't as tasty as I have at home but it was definitely drinkable, if you wanted to buy a nicer bottle it's cheap enough, the spirits, beer and soft drinks were absolutely fine. The 2 beaches are minutes away and the pyramid bar is lovely with free wifi. The views are gorgeous, pool area clean etc. Now if I had to be really really picky and this is purely trying to find fault I would've liked the music from the plants in the resort a bit louder and would've liked black out curtains in the room as I was waking really really early. But honestly we loved our stay here and for what we paid it was an absolute bargain! Thank you to all the staff who work so hard x

Lovely hotel, great location

Hotel doesn't feel busy, except at meal times, despite being fairly large. There's a lovely over 18s relaxing pool and a separate family pool. A couple of great beaches very close by, which are sheltered even on those windy days. Room a good size and everything in good working order. Wifi was not free, but cafes & even the local mini market near the beach provided it free if you are just dipping in periodically.

Hotel not a perscribed 5 star beware

The disappointing thing with this, the photos are not a reflection of what there. The venue is really nice, fab beach great food lovely setting. we thought this was a five star venue, more like a three star. some of the entertainment was mad and not really for families how a child can watch a man put is face is glass is bonkers and the fire breathing display frightened the living daylights out of some of the kids!!
The room was very small for a family. I thought at times it was like buttlins with sun!

Hotel was smaller than expected but in a way this made it nicer. Lovely gardens and views to the mountains and sea. Food was ok, a la carte was very nice but service was very slow. Animation team were good though the kids club was not that great. My kids were quite bored when they went and the staff seemed a bit uninterested. Lovely pools. I was really worried about mosquitoes as I am usually eaten alive but put a bit of deet on and wasn't bitten once. I asked for a room on the second floor away from the lagoon which was sea facing. Might've helped. The beach is so close and the water shallow so was fantastic for the kids. Really enjoyable holiday.
