This place is conveniently located and equipped with everything for a long-term stay. The room was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The room size was good for two to stay. Very nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff took care of everything we asked!! It is also right in the heart of Sinchon so close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It is also close to several subway stations and busses. We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staffs were attentive and friendly. Location is good near to sunway line 2. Have stayed here several times over the 10 years and the rooms are clean and well organized. But this time, the furniture in the room old and the mold and the shower door didn't close well. I am consider to look for another place for next visit.

Well equipped self-catering apartment, very clean, lots of storage, lots of food outlets and convenience stores close by. Be aware that used toilet paper goes in bin next to WC not flushed. Also, Asian hotels and apartments like to keep heating on high (28 degrees C). Luckily this apartment gives comprehensive instructions on use of heating/water heating system. Underfloor heating can be turned off totally and room has opening windows so able to get temp down to 21 degrees C. We had no trouble with noise from adjoining apartments. Didn't have to wait long for lifts. Would stay again.

Very accomodating, my first room's bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the toilet wouldnt flush properly. They changed my room without any problems. The staff were always helpful whenever i needed anything. The floor to my 2nd room could have been cleaned better as there were sticky spots and small particles that i could feel on the bottom of my feet as i walked around.

This is my third time staying at this apartment hotel. The staff is excellent and very helpful for anything you need. Many restaurants nearby open late due to the proximity of EWHA Womans University only a couple of blocks away.. Hotel provides translation sheets for operating the air conditioning and hot water systems. Bed was comfortable too. Nice having a washer/dryer and full size refrigrrator/freezer in the apartment. Will stay here again.

Set up like an apartment. Access is closer to the EWHA Women's University subway station than the Sinchon subway station. Both stations are on the Green Line (#2). Staff very helpful. Speak excellent English. Wifi is fast. There are pots and pans, plates, silverware, microwave oven and washer/dryer. Only complaint is lack of receptacles to plug things in, especially at the desk. You will need to get a converter from the front desk or bring your own. Did not have the breakfast but went down and looked. Price is right at 8,800 Won (US$8) it seems it is only Korean food and your order a tray, no buffet.

Smelly and shamelessly photo-shopped rooms

1st room smelled really BAD like someone just cooking curry. It was unbearable and 2nd room didn't smell as bad but not clean! These guys really photo-shop their rooms. This is not really a hotel but owner owns some officetel (tiny single flats) who rents them out and hallways reeks of food. Booked family suite but ended up in twin and had to pay $15/day more.

the easiest way to get to the hotel from ICN airport is to take airport bus #6002, ( @10,000 won per person.) get off at Ewa Women University, look to the left and you will see a sign \" HOTEL GOOD TIME\" Ever8 service hotel is right behind that building. Easy to locate.

It was good, but I'd like to tell you about this.
The cooling fan on the ceiling has to be cleaned because dust comes from the wind. When we tried eat breakfast dust fly over food. It made us upset.
At least once a week, it has to be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.

The overall stay was good. Room was spacious with a lot of storage space and the location was near to both Ewha and Sinchon station. The only drawback was we were looking forward to the full facilities gym that was mentioned in both the hotel's website and the reviews we read but when we got there, we were told that the gym had been shut down permanently. We chose this hotel partly because of the gym so we were rather disappointed.

Low quality hotel with high price tag!

The room given to us (1008) was worn with wall paper peeling, floor scratched and with dirty marks, bedsheets with stains and my hubby skin itched and he doesn't have sensitive skin. The bath room toilet flush was weak and water flow from the shower tap is slow and weak. And the basin is a pull down that is in the shower area! On top of that, the main door wasn't working due to low battery! Ive stayed here before and it was so much better. They won't be getting any business from us anytime soon.

terrible service, terrible room quality.

for a no smoking hotel, people smoke in the hallway and the room, even with the fan on, the smoke is so strong. Hotel say nothing they can do about it, since it is in the customer room. It is stupid, since the policy was a no smoking hotel. Front desk helpers are super rude, not just one, but all of the receptionist is. The toilet does not flush well, sometimes you have to even flush twice for the water to go down, even when it is just peeing.

This place is located a seven minutes walk from the metro station. Trip to Seoul train station with the metro takes around 25mins. Airport is easily reachable within 45mins.
Check-in was very straightforward, the room was nice, comfortable and clean. There are supermarkets and restaurants around!

Asked if there's any buses to the airport and was asked to check the booklet myself. Ordered delivery through the help from the hotel staff from a booklet with menus from different shops but after deciding for 10 mins I was told that that shop had already closed down. So why was the menu still in the booklet?

Second time staying in ever8, chose to revisit as the rooms are equipped with big fridge and washing machine and it's at a pretty good location.

While this time the bed sheets were quite dirty, water pressure for shower was quite weak and the flushing didn't go very well.

And very annoying that the front desk called us at the middle of the night saying we were complained to have made noise, while we had already asleep for a long while. better find ways to check before u disturb your guest. Also, one of the male staff was impolite when we checked for tourist information. It seems the quality of stay is going down for this hotel.

Worth the Money

The good: Front desk staff is very attentive and accommodating. Location is convenient to both bus and subway. Breakfast has both Asian and Western offerings. Hotel Coffee shop is pretty good too.

The not so good (Not a deal breaker though): Some sheets had small holes. Occasional stray hairs found on bedding, towels and floor. They were long hairs, I'm bald.

Ever8 is residential building with nice apartments. I believe, they use building for hotel only on the top floors.

Nice value, good location, spacious rooms with a small kitchen, washing machine. By the way, I have read many comments about washing machines being dirty etc. I did not find any dirt or smell. In fact, our room had more than enough amenities, great bathroom and comfortable beds. Place is very simple. You will not find anything special or any extra service. Building has 7/11 type shop, coffee shop and restaurants cross the street. Ehwa university is just 10-15 min away (walking), same for the train station.
I will recomend staying there for 1-2 nights, where you can enjoy cheap shopping and beautiful women's university.

Very safe neighborhood with many students.

It doesn't have safely box in the room. Impossible !!!! I felt insecure about that.
A bed and pillow are pretty uncomfortable, too soft. It made me insomnia since I have been staying in this hotel for 8 nights.
It doesn't provide shower cap and teeths brush.
