My third time staying here and I have regretted it each time. This time, I had booked for 5 days but cancelled and left after day 1. They always have chaotic check-in. The building had several managers/agents. They never check you in on time. for the three times I have stayed there over the course of two years, they only get to clean the room after I arrived - I had to wait for 45 minutes after the 2pm check-in time. You get to the reception and they will take 30 mins just to get your particular agent only to be told to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. Their service is poor! Also, there is almost nobody to help you with anything. The people at the reception will tell you they do not manage those apartments and the respective manager is always 'on the way coming'. I will never book these apartments again. But hey, on the bright side - everything works. The apartments are clean and it is in a great location.

This specific location seems to have a younger crowd that has made it less quiet.

Even though my bed was made daily when I got back to the room, no new towels were provided. After calling for fresh towels, I was handed one and told that is the limit.

Besides that, the place was nice.

My stay at the property was not quite as expected. The room did not reflect the level of luxury described, and there were a few safety concerns that need attention. The iron in my room, for example, had a damaged cord that was taped over rather than being replaced, leaving parts of the wire exposed — which was unsafe. The iron also heated up excessively, and without any warning labels, it unfortunately burned my shirt within seconds of use. In addition, the power went out in my room for over an hour before it was restored.

While the apartment complex itself was beautiful and had potential, I was disappointed with the condition and maintenance of my unit. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The space felt cozy and welcoming, and everything was neat and well-kept exactly as described in the listing. The host, Nana Ama, was super kind and made sure I had everything I needed, which made me feel right at home. Great location too, close to everything but still peaceful. I’d happily book again anytime!

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I enjoyed my week long stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication was simple and staff responded quickly. The location was close to the Accra Mall and many restaurants. Uber and Bolt food delivery was easy to order from there. Also, there was a restaurant on the property that had the best jollof rice. Will definitely recommend.

Stayed for 10 nights. Staff was pleasant, however they do not wear uniforms which makes it difficult when someone knocks on your door to know if it’s staff or not. I found the bedsheet with stains and it took several hours for someone to come replace sheets

The apartment door would not lock. The key would not work and the company knew they gave me a defective room. The dryer in the room did not work and in the bathroom shower the ceiling was falling apart. The grounds of the apartment building was very nice. The staff was very nice. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang my towel other than the standard towel rack. The hook was missing.

My airpods were taken from the closet. I could literally track my airpods moving in my Find My app, but could do nothing about it. Our food was taken from the fridge (sandwich and half eaten chocolate). They could not confirm who had access and came into our room- cleaning ladies? Janitors? This is not my first time in Ghana and even in less expensive, local places this never happened. I assumed this place would be safer/nicer due to location and price but I guess not!

I reserved a 2 bed room for the weekend. When we arrived at the airport I called the number and told them of my arrival. It wasn't until the security guard at the property reception called them that they actually came. Issue #1: there was no frying pan in the apartment but they got one for us. Issue #2: there was only one mug in the kitchen but they got us more. Issue #3: On the second night my kids spilled water in the hallway (pressure from bathroom shower took them off guard). We called them at 9:02 pm. They sent someone who came at around 9:15pm. His demeanor was \"this is a housekeeping issue and they have left for the day\". He said he would go and see if he could get a mop but never returned and never called to say he was not coming back. After an hour and a half we finally had to use a towel to clean the water. We have stayed here multiple times over the years but this experience has me thinking this place is on its way down hill. Very disappointed.

The location of this property is hard to beat. Overall, I did not find it to be that good a value, however. The property itself could use some updates and a fresh coat of paint here and there. The cafe food was good, albeit overpriced. The property staff was amazing; friendly, professional, and eagar to please. Unfortunately, they couldnt make up for the loose floor tiles in my unit, a broken refrigerator, worn furnishings, and other miscellaneous bothersome issues that sprang up during my almost two week stay; including the gym entrance (facial recognition) not working properly the duration.

This is my first time at this property and I like it so far. I got room upgrade and received bottles of water that I really needed. it is right by one of my favorite location in Accra \"Accra mall' for dining and shopping. close to the high way for easy transportation. very close to the airport as well. the staff were very nice and answered my question before I arrived. The property was fine and restaurant Sage was excellent. However there was no hair dryer in our room. I asked for one via the contact on What’s app and was told one would be brought to my room, it didn’t ever come. I went to the front desk and asked for one. I was told the gentleman who check us in two nights ago would need to bring it to me and he was not working this day therefore I could not get a hair dryer. Very poor customer service. I would not stay there again

If I could give a review of negative stars, I certainly would do so. I cannot believe that the word 'luxury' is included anywhere in this posting, as it was far from it. To begin:

The unit was terribly dirty and it was apparent that it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time;
The screen door was broken;
The advertisement clearly lists an airport shuttle as an amenity. They only have an airport PICKUP, and required you pay 200 cedis for your return.
the dining chairs were ripped and stained;
the walls were filthy;
the refrigerator was broken, and they'd replaced it with a microfridge which was ALSO broken (only the freezer worked;
the bed was horribly uncomfortable;
the property manager did not inform the front desk that we would be renting, and as such, check-in took an hour.

I would not recommend a single soul rent a unit at this location. This was the biggest disappointment of our trip, and we chose to leave early because of the conditions. Even if it were free, I still wouldn't return to the Ghana \"Luxury\" Apartments. It was trifling, disorganized, and not worthy of a single dollar. Do NOT waste your hundreds of dollars for this place. There are MUCH better places to stay in Ghana. Buyer beware!

After I sent my a copy of my passport as requested and the property emailed me to confirm my reservation, we still spent almost an hour before we could check-in.

First, the front desk still couldn't find my reservation.
Second, the staff member who was assisting was rude and impatient.
Third, I was told that I should have received a text from my host so they could help me check in. I never received that info. So I spent almost 1 hour waiting for the front desk to find \"this person.\"

As a result, I ended up leaving and checking into a different hotel. I didn't stay the duration of the trip. I would like a refund if possible.

The property is well maintained with friendly and supportive staff. Joseph and Ernest were wonderful. The house cleaners too did great job. The location of the property is great. It is in proximity to the Accra Mall and few minutes walk from Melcom Supermarket.
I would like the property to get the plumber to work on the shower drainage and the kitchen sink. The water takes a long time to drain out. They need to be unclogged. The neighbourhood is safe too. I an my wife had a very positive experience of the property.
I will definitely stay in the property again.
I would like appreciate the property and the team for being a wonderful host.

The property is modern and spacious with good mod cons provided. However for a 3 bedroom apartment there was only one television and the WiFi was erratic even within the apartment. There wasn't enough crockery and glassware provided and we had to ask for these to be provided. All in all a good experience but there is significant room for improvement.

Good location, clean facility and good amenities. Great experience. From the airport pick up to airport drop off. No complaints. Communication was very effective immediately after I booked. Upon arrival my host was exceptional- very knowledgeable about the area when I had questions ; and frequently checked in to ensure I had no concerns during my stay. Apartment was nice until they changed my room to another unit that was not clean. Had to request a cleaning due to dirty floors. Also I booked this mostly for the free roundtrip airport shuttle service. However I was informed AFTER booking that guest are required to pay for return ride back to airport. Staff was friendly, Joseph, who helped me to my room and went through protocol was most helpful and very professional. Honestly his excellent customer service absolutely made up for the many shortcomings on this stay. Overall for the price, the stay was okay. The restaurant downstairs, SAGE was INCREDIBLE, must go there if you are in area!!

On the whole everything was ok except that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my agent who should have been there before my arrival to complete my check- in came. I paid in advance so I believe that caused my problem. Maybe in future I will pay on my arrival to avoid unnecessary delays.

The customer service was amazing. The representative picked me up at the airport and ensured I was comfortable inside my hotel room. He returned the next day to make sure I and everything was OK. Exceptional customer service and detailed oriented. Mr. B. Brown was exceptional. The hotel is in walking distance to the Accra Mall. I highly recommend staying at the property and plan to stay again during my next visit to Accra.
