This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The space felt more comfortable and, in my view, was worth the price.

However, I had planned to extend my stay, but the unit was already booked. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable.

I was well taken care of, as i am in a wheelchair. The lobby clean fresh and beautiful. Front desk welcoming and professional. Solomon the security guard went above and beyond for me whenever he worked. Management of my rooms helped me and gave me kindness and understanding iam truly grateful I booked this place. To the staff , I thank you all for your patience and kindness. I was not well or at my best and you took such good care of me. God bless you all. I know they did what most places wouldnt. Ive been rejected because of my condition. They never let it be an issue. Im crying now. Thank you.

Pros - TV and availability of channels and streaming services. Good WiFi. Only 1 caring staff, Efya. Bathroom clean. Location is advantageous and accessible. Good water pressure.

I did not use cooking facilities but they seem to be in good condition and quality

Cons - Had to self check-in and met no one from team. Security had to support with bags.
Property itself was average. Headboard and bed frame was dirty. Stained furniture. AC blew warm air, never got cold even though it was on 18.
Very unresponsive manager. I personally didn’t have cleaning. Had to pay for a small taxi which serves as their ‘shuttle’ - even though it states it is free on listing. Driver tried to overcharge me than quoted price. Driver was late and I ended up waiting for him at the airport, despite providing several updates throughout my journey and on landing. I needed to cut my booking short by a day and manager refused to compromise and actually ended communications with me.
On the 2nd day, there was lots of ‘non-guests/residents’ walking in and out of building. Did not seem secure anymore.

Overall, would not stay here again with these providers. Perhaps another company.

Courteous staff , excellent amenities , furnitures , bathroom, kitchen utensils. You have standard clean swimming pools , game rooms and movie rooms which we made sure to use and it was lovely.
But I almost gave a 4 star because the WiFi got disconnected on our last day but it was explained by our host politely as a general network failure which they were working on. otherwise it was a lovely 5 day stay and I would choose this apartment again if going to Accra

This place is superb and I mean S-U-P-E-R-B!!!!!!! Everyone at this hotel/apartment from the front desk staff to housekeeping to the security were very professional and helpful. Everything was top notch including the rooms. The hotel/apartment has an onsite grocery store and pharmacy that are both open 24/7. They even have a first class restaurant on site. This place is also centrally located so you are very close to the Accra Mall and the airport. Downtown Accra is not that far away either. If you are planning to visit Accra, please consider staying at this hotel/apartment. You will not be disappointed. Me and my wife will definitely be coming back to this place the next time we visit Accra.

My stay at The Signature Apartment was a mixed experience, with both highlights and drawbacks.
Pros:
The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and essentials.
The complex offers decent amenities, including a small complimentary gym, a bar, a reasonably priced pharmacy, a shop, and a Sky bar, which added to the overall experience.
The swimming pool was a nice touch, providing a chance to relax.
Cons:
The room had an unpleasant egg-like odor, which was off-putting.
Visible wear and tear throughout, including cupboards showing signs of damage.
The iron was faulty, needing replacement twice, and even then, did not work properly.
Water ran out mid-shower, which was frustrating.
The room was smaller than expected, making it feel cramped.
Towels were not changed daily, which impacted cleanliness.
An unfortunate experience at La Lune restaurant, where I suffered food poisoning.
Overall construction quality felt cheap, with wobbly taps, loose door handles, and even the peephole falling out.
Power outlet near the cooker seemed to work only for the kettle, which was inconvenient.
No full-length mirror in the room, which was a noticeable omission.
Final Thoughts:
While the location and amenities were positives, the various maintenance issues, lack of attention to detail, and an unfortunate restaurant experience significantly impacted my stay. If management improves maintenance and quality control, I would consider returning.

The location was excellent! The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom was inoperable our entire stay and it was replaced with a fan. UNacceptable! The staff was very polite and extremely courteous. There should be a contact name and number listed on the booking. It was almost an hour after arrival before we located the agent assigned to our specific apartment. Lastly, check in time is listed as 1pm local time, it was after 2pm before we were allowed to access the apartment.

Great time and good amenities. You have 24 hour store on site and 24 hour pharmacy. Decent security, I just wish they would call you to ask if you are expecting a guess first before letting them through. But overall safety is a 3.5 out of 5 due to them needing access to the elevator with the elevator key 🔑 only the guest recieve. I enjoyed my stay and my property company kozy ghana was very accomadating and readily available. Thanks

This the most disrespectful host I have ever encountered in my whole travelling experience.
I reserved the place and after almost 12 hours travelling, I got to the place with my bags and they didn’t have any room reserved for me. He send me to 2 places and that place was occupied he then told me to wait at the reception and he will find me a place. Even though i booked 2 months in advance when i got to the property the room was not available and the agent/ owner offered a different.
My booking was for 2 days and on the next day the agent came to the room and insisted he move me to anither room. When i refused to leave he waited a while and proceeded to switch off the power in the flat thus leaving us with no lights and Ac etc . I have never experienced such treament before

1.) I arrived at 1:00 pm check-in time, but for some reason there was no awareness that I was coming. I hung around for almost two hours waiting to be checked in.

This place exceeded my expectations and was far beyond western standards. Communication with Selassie was professional and effective before I even landed and to check out. My stay was very good and had zero issues whatsoever. There’s an underground parking with security and enough parking for everyone. Staff were respectful and took pride in what they do. NOT a Hotel. Apartments that rent out empty rooms as hotel rooms. Check in was very tedious, did NOT have the room I reserved. Had to split up our party of 3 on two separate floors and we did not have access to each other unless we went to the lobby 1st. Even tho a free hotel shuttle was advertised, the ‘manager’ says it did not say that. It did. Then the taxi driver we ordered tried to extort us beyond what was agreed upon after he took us to the airport arrival , not departure area😖

The room was nice and clean. But the toilet ran constantly and there was a leak in the ceiling of the shower that dripped all night. Neither of the lights on the nightstands worked… one with out a plug completely and the other with one prong missing from the plug.

Restaurant was nice. In a different building and on the open air rooftop. No indoor seating ….

Wouldn’t stay there again.

No Airport Pickups - Great for Short Stay

This was my second time staying at the Signature; great for short business trips. Not sure why they charge Platinum members for early check-in fees. Also, there is no airport pickup service. Apart from these two minor potential fixes, I’d recommend the place.

I made a booking for my mother to stay at the Signature Apartments Accra in Ghana through the Expedia platform. On arrival at the premises of Signature Apartments Accra, the receptionist claimed that there is an emergency power outage so my mother cannot use the room. They offered an accommodation in a property located away from the Signature Apartments premises.

My mother and I suspected this is a scheme by the service provider to deceptively use the Signature Apartments brand (including multiple pictures of Signature Apartments building displayed on the booking platform) to deceive unsuspecting clients.

When my mother refused their pathetic offer to stay at a different location, the receptionist refused to refund the money paid and left my mother stranded.

We are still waiting for a refund and will do everything to get the money back. Stay away from booking with this service provider.

I spent over a week at the Signature. It's very clean and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Its central location made traveling easier. I love the Enigma Sky Lounge on the 11th floor. The food and music were excellent. One thing that’s needs improvement is the checking in process. I had to wait for a long time to be checked in.

While the building's exterior is indeed impressive; sleek and modern, I was unfortunately underwhelmed by the interior. This people are not professional at you all. I booked one bed executive room with a living room and they I didn’t have the executive room ready so they took me a Studio apartment and I rejected the room because I didn’t booked a studio room, he then asked me if I wanted to go another apartment building called the Gallery, in mind I wasn’t okay going there but because I was tried I accepted the offer.
