The room was fine, but the service was disappointing. The bathroom hair dryer was broken, and the front desk said they couldn’t check it until 10 AM and had no replacement, even though I was leaving earlier. Later, I found another hair dryer hidden in the closet, which suggests the issue was known but not communicated. Overall, I did not receive any help.

The location was great being right off the interstate and still close to Seattle. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The lobby was clean and a nice homey atmosphere. My only complaint was I had to wait 20 minutes for any employee to show up at the front desk to check in. We arrived on a holiday and the front desk gentleman claimed there was no staff working but him. He was nice and helpful but that was poor planning by the hotel management. The gentleman claimed he had to go room by room to see what was clean and what was dirty because there were no house maids and his computer system didn’t show him which rooms were unoccupied the night before. He claimed that’s where he was for the 20 minutes we waited in the lobby for someone to help us. We called and texted the hotel to no avail. The hotel was a ghost town until the gentleman finally showed up. Holiday or not, we booked a month in advance so they should have known of our arrival and had a room ready for us. The gentleman was helpful once he showed up but we were not pleased with the check in process. The rest of the experience was good and the rooms were nice for the price point.

The room was great. I love the tub, but our room curtains didnt close by tje tub. The cord was broken so they didnt close. Not a huge deal we just put a blanket over it. The toilet ran all night, mildly annoying. BUT, the whole staff was great as we needed a car jump and were stuck in the garage. They helped us after we had to get cables. Then i left medication there, picked it up the next day. The whole staff was so nice with that and the car. They were all very great. Totally would stay here again

We were only greeted with the words, \"ID.\" We came down for breakfast a little before 8:30am and there was no sausage, potatoes, or eggs. Again, a clean hotel and good for one night, however, we received better service at another hotel during our vacation.
