Very happy with our stay

Wasn’t planning on late check in but we did as hotel called us and they said they would email the details to enter and self check in, it was very easy to do.
The room was great everything needed we had and very clean.
In and around the hotel places to walk, eat and drink, quiet and not far from the station 15 minute walk.

Two nights in the general area.

Two nights spent to see the locale area & the room was ideal with two comfortable beds which ensured good nights' sleep. The room was latge enough & with minus 7 Celsius it was easy to have the required comfort. We will certainly use Zenitude in future though most are in the perpheral parts of France.

OK, but some room for easy improvement

Spacious room quite well equipped.
Communication around checkin times should be reviewed as some info says 8PM and some info 7PM. The correct appared to be 7PM.
Drying some water spill from the floor left a quite dirty towel, so I guess cleaning could be better in some areas. But all in all an ok+ impression.

Ideal apartment for family to visit Alsace towns

The room was clean, large enough for a family with 2kids. Location is a bit far from center of Strasbourg, but a large supermarket is in 5min by car. Instead, it is ideal location if you visit some small towns in Alsace by car.
Only the thing is, the boiler tank in a room is not so large. We did not realize it at the first night, and my wife got just cold water.

aparthotel super !!! nous avons passés 3 jours super!!! une dame très gentil a l'accueil
Les appartements sont très bien, tout ce qu'il faut a part le lit pour 2 personnes (qui était 2 petits lits séparés, rapprochés) pas confortable et le lit superposé un peu trop près du plafond(il ne faut pas des enfants très grands) mais sinon rien a dire.

L’appartement est très grand et propre, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. Nous avons pris l’option du garage et au vue de la chaleur la voiture était bien plus fraîche que si elle était restée à l’extérieur.
Petit hic à cause de la canicule : le frigo ne possède pas de compartiment freezer ce qui aurait été pratique pour congeler un peu d’eau et il n’y a pas de clim, malgré le fait que le village soit très calme, la nuit certains ne font pas dans la discrétion lorsqu’ils circulent

We chose this accommodation as a stopover on our way back to the Netherlands. We arrived late and received clear instructions to collect our room key from the key safe. The next morning, we were able to check in at the reception without any problems.

Breakfast was very good, with fresh products of high quality. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and an excellent shower. The beds were comfortable, and the location is set in a lovely, charming village.

We took a short walk through the village before continuing our journey. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stopover!

Nous étions 4 deux adultes deux ado et notre chien et avons passé juste une nuit pour être proche d’Europapark nous avons donc loué une chambre aparthotel avec kitchenette qui est plutôt bien équipée niveau ustensile frigo micro-ondes juste ce qu’il faut taille de la chambre plutôt correct pour une nuit ou deux pas plus salle de bain avec baignoire …seule bémol pour la salle de bain c’est un ballon d’eau chaude car mon fils a pris un bain et derrière lui nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude et en regardant dans le placard à l’entrée nous nous sommes aperçu de sa donc attention si vous prenez un bain et que vous êtes 3/4 …place de parking dispo devant l’hôtel et gratuite après vous pouvais garez votre voiture en sous sol mais c payant pour le reste rien a signaler …a si la gentillesse de la jeune fille a l’accueil qui nous a très bien accueilli et était très gentille voilà et si vous avez un animal c’est 5 euros en plus de la chambre voilà j’espère que mon avis vous sera utile 😊😊😊😊

Girişimiz 19 dan sonra olduğu için girişte zorlandık. Fotoğraflarda gözüken büyük kapıya gittik şifre çalışmadı etrafı gezerken diğer kapıyı gördüm yoksa yeni bir otel bakacaktım. Giriş ve tek asansör olması dışında otel güzeldi.

Für alle 4 Doppelzimmer wurde pro Person zusätzlich ein Frühstück berechnet. Die Buchung erfolgte nach unserem Verständnis incl. Frühstück.
Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein für alle Gäste. Es kam zu langen Wartezeiten für einen Platz.
Das Personal war offensichtlich überfordert.
Alles sehr ärgerlich für einen so kurzen Trip.
Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und können es auch nicht empfehlen.

Les points positifs sont la localisation, la literie et le petit déjeuner d'un bon rapport qualité/prix
Mais malgré cela, la propreté laissait à désirer avec des odeurs d'urine importantes dans la salle de bain, une isolation phonique inexistante qui donne envie d'en savoir plus sur le nom de la residence car ce n'est pas cela qui amène de la zenitude.

The Hotel is still in a 1h reach of the Europapark - so quite OK to book. Easy check-in after 20h possible but you must inform the reception BEFORE arrival about your late arrival!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette résidence qui permet d'accéder facilement aux petits villages de la route des vins ! Le lit était vraiment très confortable et l'appartement spacieux. C'est un très bon moyen de visiter la région sans avoir à exploser le budget grâce à l'espace cuisine.

Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen: Die Damen an der Rezeption waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit, mein \"superior studio mit Balkon\" toll möbliert mit Echtholzmöbeln und einem riesigen Balkon. Die kleine Küche bietet alles zur Selbstversorgung und ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Anlage ist, obwohl relativ groß, wirklich sehr ruhig. Lediglich im kleinen Park direkt am Hotel trafen sich abends die Jugendlichen, da wurde es dann mal kurz etwas lauter. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts für und es nahm auch nie überhand.

Séjour confortable. Mais la salle de bain laisse à desirer. Traces d infiltration au plafond de la douche. Les joints entre les murs et le sol sont sales (pigmentations noires). La lunette des toilettes n'etait pas propre. L'aspect général de la salle de bain, dont les couleurs et le minimum d'aménagement, fait penser à une salle de bain d'hôpital avec le minimum de rangement. L'aspect de la douche ne donnait pas envie de l'utiliser. Forte odeur d'humidité au niveai de la douche qui laisse à penser une possible moisissure du rideau de douche.
Le reste des pièces étaient propres, confortable et bien aménagés. L'accueil était très chaleureux.
