Tout dans cet hôtel se détache de beaucoup d’autres établissements. L’écoute d’abord. Puis la bienveillance et de nombreux petits détails qui nous font sentir bien et accueillis. De l’accueil, à la salle à manger, à la chambre, au service du personnel attitré aux chambres. Franchement, un lieu privilégié qui mérite un détour.

I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For example there was no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Other than those small issues the room and my stay were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities at the hotel. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but worth getting because there are no real options nearby. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area.

Great hotel but breakfast could be improved

The room was good and spacious. Parking very convenient and good location easy to access and walking distance from the city center. The spa is a wonderful plus. I just wish the breakfast was better like other hotels in the area that offer more cheeses and charcuterie. I rather have the Nespresso at breakfast than in my room.

Good value, but do not expect a real 4* hotel

We booked a room for one night so we could spend the night near the airport before an early flight the next day. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, right by the water, with free parking nearby. Upon arrival, the check-in desk is quite hard to find (you need to go to the bar). Staff was really nice. We stayed in a room on the second floor which didn’t look as large and recently remodeled as the pictures on hotels.com suggest - we were surprised this is even rated 4-stars. 3-stars would be more appropriate, in my opinion. The bathroom was of decent size with a large shower. The bed was comfortable (not too firm, not too soft, just right).
All in all, a little disappointed with the room, but the price we paid (less than $100/night) and the friendliness of the staff made up for it. A good hotel for our needs.

I am sure they will answer my considerations wifi an apology. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

When a hotel says on Expedia they have free wi-fi, it is supposed to work.

but it didn't, and I am from Brazil, my job starts is 5 hours earlier them Strasbourg France, and the wifi of the hotel Diana didn't work.

I had to use my own line - 4g - and I spend more than one hundred euros .

the hotel price is one hundred euros for the cheapest room, the one I have chosen in Expedia.

I started to work on the internet at 4 am Paris time, 11 pm in brazils time. one day before

at 11 am - Paris time - I went to the main desk to check out, paid the amount I had to pay, but I complained about the wifi.

the person on the main desk just said- why you did not asked to change the room.????

I said I had spent one hundred dollars in internet, and the person just said I AM SORRY.

How can a person, after 500 km drive from Kitzbühel on the check in date, at 4 am of the next day, with his wife and luggage, ask the main desk to chance the room.

THIS IS UNACCETABLE

THE MOST IMPORTANT AMENNITIES I FILTER ON EXPEDIA IS PARKING AND WIFI AND THIS HOTEL TELS IN APP EXPEDIA IT HAS WIFI WORKING IN ALL ROOMS.

The day of the check out, I speak with another costumer on the parking lot, and he said to me that he also had to use his own 4g to do his work.

The location of the hotel was very good for us. It was 10 minutes walk from the town center with good restaurants. The cycle path is just outside the hotel in which we can cycle along the Alsace wine cycle path all the way to Colmar and beyond. I like the Sauna too but with COVID, it feels a bit odd. I wish we have booked a room with a balcony otherwise will return.

The swimming pool, the sauna and the fitness room were nice and we used them. The breakfast was good and very fresh products, and the outside terrace was very nice.

Excellent location being a short walk into the small but lovely town centre. Did not est in the hotel restaurant but it seemed fairly busy and prices were reasonable

Falling Short of the Mark

If you have a location problem, then you need to compensate somehow, for instance with great service, or terrific infra. This hotel did none of those things, which I suppose they can get away with when there are expos going on. The first impression in the service business is of course always crucial, especially with hotels. Unfortunately my first experience here was with an indifferent, vaguely arrogant man at reception. This, in combination with the location, which was in the expo area and the ongoing renovations, was not a good start. Other staff later made up for this, but not enough to change my initial feeling, especially when they have a pricing system that charges you for surface parking outside and little, annoying gauges on many other things. At least the shower was hot and the bed comfortable, although the room was small and had no balcony, which I consider a real minus.you’re

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Everything was just perfect. Even arriving late we still could have dinner at the restaurant there and our table was reserved as we have a half-board option.
The spa area is great, the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room. The outside area of the hotel is big and green, there is a nice quite place to relax.Just amazing, I would recommend it.

We were breaking up a drive from Belgium to Geneva, and this hotel was perfect because it had secure parking and was close to town as well as the train station, so we could explore both Molsheim and Strasbourg. The grounds are lovely, and if it were a bit warmer I'm sure all of the patios would be well used.

Not to be missed if you are in the area

This was my first time at this hotel. Thank you for having it on your listing, it was well worth it!

It is located in a small village in the Alsace region, around 15mn drive to the International airport. The area surrounding the hotel is pleasant and quiet. The hotel offers all amenities necessary, bar, restaurant. I was quite surprised by the steam room- sauna and a small swimming pool ( all inclusive into the price of the room). There is also a fitness room for whoever has forgot to do their workout activity before leaving the UK.
Despite the restaurant been quite full, sufficient staff were available and the food was served in an acceptable time. The price for the meal is around 30Euros person without drinks. Be prepared to pay over 50 euros/person if you wish to include a glass or two of wine.

Staff at the reception are welcoming and will respond to any questions you may have on the hotels or surroundings.

If you are looking for night life in the area, continue your route. This is a perfect hotel for whomever require peace and quiet. The cost for the room during my travel was around 60 euros which is more than acceptable for a hotel of this range.

Diana Hotel Restaurant and Spa -a luxury retreat

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in June 2011. We had chosen it because of its proximity to the station where we could take a train into Strasbourg, and for the spa. The station was in easy walking distance, as was the quaint town centre. Our room was spotless with all the stylish refinements you would expect and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was set in beautiful gardens and the spa boasts a lovely pool and tropical sauna which we made good use of. It would have been a lovely place to stay for longer, a relaxing retreat with real style. Sadly we made no use of the restaurant as it closes on Sunday night and nor did we take the breakfast, which seemed a little pricey so we cannot comment.

Das Frühstück war okay Wurst und Käse so lala aber der Rest war gut. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber. Wir haben an einem Abend im Restaurant gegessen zu empfehlen und wir haben eine perfekte Verbindung nach Straßburg gehabt. 18 Minuten zwei Personen ein Hund 27 €. Wir waren im Ganzen happy.

Les matelas sont trop fermes, donc les réveils sont un peu trop douloureux.

J'ai réservé un week-end Spa pour mon anniversaire dans une chambre confort. Mais surprise, quand j'allume la douche il y avait de l'eau qui inondait le plafond. Quand je le signale, on me fait comprendre qu'il n'y avait pas de technicien le week-end. Et on ne me propose même pas de changer de chambre. Après le ménage le samedi, je retrouve de l'eau dans le gel douche. Quand je le signale, l'interlocutrice me dit qu'ils n'ont pas de gel douche. J'ai du insister pour m'entendre dire qu'ils n'ont que du shampoo et apres-shampoo. La poubelle n'a pas été vidée, les tasses n'ont pas été nettoyée et les bouteilles vides pour l'eau sont restées dans la chambre. Et comme si c'était pas assez, pendant le restaurant du samedi soir, mon époux et moi ont été placés près du chauffage, un endroit très mal éclairé malgré une réservation dans laquelle on mentionne l'occasion. Les verres de vin commandés avec le repas ont été oubliés. Je repars déçue de ce séjour dans cet hôtel où pourtant je suis une cliente habituée.

Espace spa (piscine, sauna…) à disposition et gratuit.
Les peintures des chambres mériteraient un petit coup de rafraîchissement.
Gros point négatif ! Le restaurant. Réservation obligatoire et serveur vite dépassé qui propose de manger dans les restaurants de la ville plutôt que de trouver une solution pour vous trouver une place. Cela est fort regrettable lorsque l’on est client et que l’on souhaite manger sur place.

J’ai demandé une annulation qui a été refusée le soir même. J’ai donc dû arriver à 1 h du matin. La chambre était propre mais nous étions déçue car sur les photos ça paraissait plus moderne. L’espace détente extérieur est calme. Et le personnel était sympathique. Par contre problème d’isolation dans cette chambre quand le voisin tirait la chasse d’eau un bruit étrange se faisait entendre dans notre chambre.

Immer eine tolle Erfahrung ins Diana‘s Hotel. Das Check in verlief schnell und reibungslos die Erklärung über die Leistungen waren klar.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett bequem. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Balkon. Das Bad hat genug Platz, hervorheben ist die Trennung zwischen Bad und WC.
Der Wellnessbereich ist bis 23:00 offen, was einen riesen Vorteil ist bei späte Ankunft.
Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und flexibel, hier ein klarer Lob.
Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Personnel très agréable autant à la réception qu au service du petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre et bien renovee. Piscine bien chaude. Possibilité d eau plate ou pétillante avec bouteilles rechargeables. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité (seul bémol perso parce que j apprécie particulièrement le pain : plus de variété et du pain aux céréales par exemple car les propositions étaient toutes “peu cuites” et blanches) sinon très bien le reste. La terrasse doit être appréciable avec les beaux jours et le service parfait.

Séjour d'affaires dans cet établissement qui reste une référence ici. Un seul bémol sur la propreté de la douche (bonde) et un dégât des eaux qui n'a pas été renové sur la cloison entre les toilettes et la douche( peinture qui se décolle et humidité)
Ça reste un excellent hôtel, le restaurant est de qualité et le service et l'accueil toujours au rendez-vous.

La chambre est grande, jolie et confortable. Climatisation efficace, bon wifi, frigo bien frais, peignoirs et chausson fournis. Le spa est très complet et tout est à bonne température. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y retourner !

Cliente de l'établissement depuis plus de 10 ans, j'apprécie toujours autant d'y séjourner.
L'accueil, le service, la gentillesse de tout le personnel ont toujours été remarquables.
Les chambres sont de tout confort.
Le restaurant propose toujours des mets de qualité. Quant à l'espace bien-être, ce dernier est ouvert de 8h30 à 23h ce qui fort appréciable après une journée de travail.
Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement !
Je profite de l'occasion pour remercier encore le personnel pour l'excellent accueil lors de mon séjour du 14 mai 2024.

Really nice hotel, easy to park, very quiet and relaxing spa. Easy access to the wine valley and to discover the area. We will stay there again.

Il s’agit peut-être de mon cinquième séjour ou même plus et je n’ai jamais été déçu par l’hôtel en soi et son emplacement à deux pas du charmant centre-ville de Molsheim.

Séjour au SUD de STRASBOURG

J'ai été sur classé. Les chambres 109 et 110 sont parfaites. Il y a même un coin cuisine. A proximité de l'espace PISICNE, SPA et salle de sport.
Parfait pour un long séjour.
