Hotel room is dusty & dirty especially the tiny toilet you cannot even move. We have to clean it by ourselves before we used it and the shower drainage was clogged up. We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights and they didn't clean our room even a single day we stayed there. Only good for an over night stay! I am Not recommending this hostel to anyone.💯

The building is dilapidated, the room had a mouldy smell from the rotten bathroom door frame. The car park has no drop kerb entrance, the fence surrounding the car park had large gaps in it, and there were people milling about in the car park all through the night.

There were three of us. We indicated 2 beds in the reservation, this issue was no longer discussed in the correspondence. When we arrived late at night and paid for the room, saw that there was only one bed. They did not begin to resolve the issue, referring to the fact that the entire hotel is full and they cannot do anything, and with whom we communicated, that person is not there and no longer available. After 15 minutes of proceedings, we got our money back and just left. Lucky we live relatively close.

Great staff - friendly reception

Great stay. The receptionist was lovely. Very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was spot on, but there was what looked liked a burn mark on the plastic sink which look unsightly, and the shower curtain was half off it’s railings but apart from that it was great. Beds were comfy and the room was clean - just needed a bit of maintenance on the above 2 things I’ve mentioned.

The room was crowded y the beds and with 4 or us there was barely room for a suitcase as well. The beds and pillows were a bit musty. But at least the view or train tracks out the window kept the kids busy every 10 minutes or less.

The hotel had construction going on inside of building. The bathroom is very small-it's not even possible to change inside of the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable and I don't think they clean all of the bedding.

The hotel is in a retail park just off the motorway passing Strasbourg. It is clearly in need of a lick of paint, but there are signs that this will happen soon. The service was friendly and competent, the WiFi good, and the bed very comfortable. The other minor downsides were the noise one night of other guests talking in the corridors late at night, and the bathroom, which was old-fashioned and cramped, as if it came of a boat. But overall, very good value for money and I got three good nights sleep.

Basic hotel in industrial Estate

A basic hotel which has seen better days. It had clean beds but everything was quite old and tired. It was expensive for the quality that we received. Showers very basic and not well maintained. A long way out of Strasbourg with no apparent public transport.

This is a budget hotel, that does not have bus service that runs at night. I walked home after my parties. The staff spoke little English, but what was needed was communicated. If you are loking for a luxury it is worth spending a few more euro for a hotel with air conditioning and a reasonable size bathroom.

It was hot the nights I stayed. There is no air-con.

The hotel is motelequese as in most patrons came by car.

This is a pretty rundown hotel. It's cheap, though, so if that's your highest priority, you'll survive it okay. You just might not want to ever go back, like us. Also, be aware of reception hours; we showed up mid-afternoon and no one was there. In fact, a big steel door was rolled down in front of counter. Public areas were dirty and very unsanitary. Luckily, we spent most of our time in Strasbourg, itself, which is fantastic. Avoid this place if you have other lodging options available.

This hotel is extremely good value, the rooms are dated but by what I could tell they were going through a revamp so by the time you stay here it might be a bit more modern. Very good if you have your own transport as it is a bit out of town. Would recommend for a few nights stay if you're on a tight budget.

Awful, terrible, dirty, small, hot, ... Worst bathroom I have ever had the chance to see, and I have travelled a lot. Room hot and stuffy, no air conditioning. Noisy and so much more I can say. I knew it was cheap but this hotel was a disgrace ... pay the extra dollars and go elsewhere. You will not regret it. Stayed only one night and it was one ight to many.

If you have a car, this is the perfect place as it is affordable and clean and not that far from Sttrasbourg or Germany. However, if you dont have a car as I did be forewarned that the buses only run once an hour either way after 7pm with some lines not running then at all. I thought breakfast was expensive for what it was but the staff were friendly and it was a good place for the night.

For the money it was never going to be anything but basic, but it did the job at a very good price. We would stay again.We drove into strasbourg for the evening which was easy, but without your own car this would be hard

Good price- 10 minute drive to Park n Ride

The price of the hotel was perfect for four people on a 2 day trip, we didn't spend much time in the room so we didn't need anything extravagant. The rooms are small and basic, excellent for the rate. The hotel is a short drive to the nearest Park-n-Ride which will take you into downtown Strasbourg. You can park your car and everyone in the car gets a round trip ticket (the ticket includes parking and the round trip for everyone in the car), which only took 10 minutes. There isn't much to do around the hotel, since it is outside of Strasbourg. The breakfast is simple, you get yogurt, cream cheese, croissants, bread, juice and coffee. But it is fine to get you started for the day, then you can stop in the Patisserie when you are in Strasbourg.

We only stayed for 1 night as a stopover whilst touring around Europe. The rooms are basic but clean. I wouldn't recommend it for a weeks holiday but for 1 night . There is a railway very close by so if you are a light sleeper it wouldn't be for you.

For a cheap room that was a quick 'pit stop' for us, our needs were fulfilled. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was a bit of a squeeze for all of us. It was the bathroom 3-in-one cubicle that really let down an otherwise good stay for the money. Excellent parking facilities, free wireless interet and flat screen TV. Nearby KFC, McD's and retails parks very useful!

La propreté de la chambre n’était pas top. La fenêtre ne fermait pas du tout (heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas froid et que le chauffage n’était pas allumé). La douche est bien trop petite : le rideau de douche collé à la peau quand on se lave.
Heureusement, le personnel est très accueillant et souriant.

Expérience mitigée à la réception

J’ai séjourné récemment dans cet hôtel avec des amis, et malheureusement l’accueil de l’après-midi a laissé une très mauvaise impression. Le réceptionniste avait une attitude hautaine, presque comme si nous étions chez lui plutôt que dans un établissement accueillant des clients. La chambre n’était pas prête à 17h00, bien après l’heure de check-in officielle, et nous avons dû attendre à sa convenance pour obtenir une autre chambre — sans aucune considération ni amabilité.

Ce comportement contraste fortement avec celui du jeune homme qui assurait la réception le matin : professionnel, poli, et clair dans ses explications, notamment sur l’heure de check-in à 14h00, alors que nous étions arrivés à midi.

À notre retour dans l’après-midi, c’était comme si l’ambiance avait changé du tout au tout. On se serait cru dans une propriété privée où l’hôte pensait nous héberger gracieusement et attendait de nous une soumission à ses ordres. Ce n’est pas l’idée que l’on se fait de l’hôtellerie ni du service client.

Dommage que ce manque de professionnalisme ait terni notre séjour.

Franchement on a réservé à un prix excessif sur Expedia alors que sur place c'était au moins 50 € moins cher ensuite l'état de la chambre était à désirer.
Le personnel était quand même sérieux et professionnel.
Mais payer aussi cher à tarif marché de Noël de Strasbourg en étant aussi loin du marché de Strasbourg et être surtaxé au niveau des prix alors que c'était juste une transition direction d'Allemagne c'est difficile à accepter.

Écart prix payé en ligne sur Expedia et prix sur place.
J'attends encore des explications merc.

Uncomfortable during the summer. The Staff was really amazing, but the quality of the accommodation is not upto the mark.

The rooms have no furniture and the bathroom is like an airplane cabin. Reasonable for the sky, unreasonable here on the ground.

Because of the location in the industrial area, There was a truck parked outside my room which kept its engine on (possibly to have ac in the cabin) , filling the poorly ventilated hotel room in 32°c heat with fumes. When I complained, the nice receptionist asked the truck to be shut down. Soon after, they started playing music, this continued way past midnight. Shutting the window was also no option. Maybe an unfair comparison, but in Germany this would be a police matter that gets resolved in 5 minutes. But here, the whole night was ruined.

L'accueil s'est bien passé. Les personnes a la réception sont agréables mais l'état des chambres.... OMG !
Nous avions réservé deux chambres qui n'ont pas été côte à côte, ni au même étage.
L'hôtel est bruyant (portes qui claquent,...), les 3 lits superposés, dont un à même le sol ne sont pas confortables. Le robinet fuyait, il y avait de la condensation sur la fenêtre, le radiateur qui bouge avec les fils électriques apparants, le petit déj' est TRÈS limité... Pour presque 150€ les 2 chambres pour une nuit (6 personnes), ça fait cher.

Nous avons réservé une chambre triple (un couple plus notre enfant de 8 ans) sur le site Hotels.com. Arrivant sur place, la réception m'a fait savoir qu'il n' y avait pas de réservation à notre nom, que c'était à special request. Nous nous sommes déplacés de loin, dans une chaleur horrible pour finalement être refoulé. La réception nous a proposé une chambre à 6 lits (d'enfants) avec des tables d'écoliers au milieu (une classe de CP). Horrible ce que vous proposez aux touristes qui se déplacent de loin. pas sérieux.

Für den Preis ganz Okay, bei enormer Hitze aber keinesfalls zu empfehlen, da nicht klimatisiert. Das Fenster ließ sich nur kippen, von der Straße und der Autobahn drang Lärm ins Zimmer, auch von anderen Gästen oder Jugendlichen. Winzig kleine Dusch/Toiletten-Verschalung mit undichtem Wasserhahn. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Une honte

Quelle honte. Pas de savon ni de serviette dans la chambre. Je répète PAS DE SAVON. on est en pleine pandémie Covid et on a même pas un savon dans la chambre. Mais on est où ??? J'ai du prendre une douche sans savon et m'essayer avec mon t shirt. Évidemment rien de tout ça n'était précisé avant la réservation (ni après d'ailleurs). Et evidemment tous les distributeurs dans le hall sont HS. En revanche mention pour la personne de l'accueil très accueillante. Pour le reste je demande un remboursement.

Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres on entend le train

Petit déjeuner moyen pas de jeu de fruit machine en panne pas de distributeur boisson machine en panne heureusement le personnel a l accueil très dévoué

The room was small, very basic. I dropped something that rolled under the bed and horrors, it was so dirty. Our reservation stated that bath towels were provided. The reception wanted to charge us until I showed her the reservation details which surprised her. They gave my husband a big towel and since I’m smaller than him, I got a small towel.
The only redeeming factor was the bed. The mattress was firm, not sagging.
WARNING: unless you are size XS, the bathroom is definitely NOT for you. It is minuscule!

Zweite mal dort, erst wird immer schlimmer. Keine Handtücher, auch auf Nachfrage. Keine Anreise nach 23 Uhr, auch auf Nachfrage. Dann hat man halt Pech gehabt, wenn man in einen Stau kommt. Rege Eisenbahnlinie nebenan, dass man denkt, die Züge fahren durch das Bett. Mieser Geruch in den Zimmern. Campingdusche und Waschbecken unter dem man kaum die Hände bekommt.

Qualité/prix equilibré.

Accueil trés professionel et gentil..l'hotel est renové et bien pour le prix.. chambre spacieux et prope..parking bien et pas mal de restauration au tour. Tout le monde dit que la duche est trés petite..je suis pas d'acord,il sufit just de laisser le rideau ouvert,c'est preparé pour cet efect. 👍
