This is a great hotel if you're traveling by train. The station is right next to it. I was afraid there would be noise, hustle and bustle, but no, everything around is incredibly clean and quiet, and the entire city is within walking distance. I was amazed by the authentic French breakfast and the staff at the hotel. Thanks to the team, everything was great.

Cannot say enough about our stay here. We stayed just after Christmas for a couple nights and I know it’s crazy but the hotel staff made us feel like we were the only guests staying there. So much care was taken to make us feel special and welcome, from check-in to meals in the hotel to daily greetings with staff throughout the hotel.

It is also whimsically decorated at Christmas with lots of attention to detail.

The rooms were small but comfortable and super well appointed. We wanted for nothing! Love this hotel and will certainly stay again!

The room and breakfast was amazing. The location is great and an easy walk to the Christmas markets if you are in town for that. It is also a 5 minute walk from the train station which is a huge bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel for location and friendly staff

It is very easy to find it from the main train station, and it is within walking distance to Petite France and the Christmas markets. We really enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was just average in our opinion - a lot of cakes, most of which were a bit dry, not worth 20 euro a person. The staff were lovely. So friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was small but met our needs. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Great hand wash and shower gel/shampoo included (Grown Alchemist). The room was very quiet and although busy we didn’t get disturbed by other guests. There were some outside noises heard from trucks/workers but they were minimal. The location was great. Across the road from the station and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Strasbourg. Would happily stay again.

The staff at this hotel are incredible! I was having a bit of a rough day and they went above and beyond to help make things easy for me and help settle myself and my toddler in. The hotel and rooms are very nice as shown in the pictures. It’s a quick walk to adorable shops and Notre-Dame Cathedral. I would definitely stay there again.

The only niggle I had was the vestibule to the room was painted black and it was difficult to see things in my bag when I had it on the case stand. I finished up moving my bag to the sofa within the room so I could see!

This hotel was so lovely! My room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was nice and pleasant and I enjoyed a couple of glasses of local wine. The hotel is such a quick walk from the train station (2 minutes) and then easy to walk to Petit France and other tourist areas. I recommend checking out Restaurant Le Kuhn for dinner!

Two lines A & D start underground with access from station forecourt inside glass area & line C starts @ station @ ground level on opposite side to hotel via centre, so you can't go wrong. 24 hour ticket less than €5 from ticket machine @ tram stop, remember to validate before every journey to avoid penalty fare. Many sites are easy walking distance.

They were able to give us a late check-out for a price, but so accommodating with letting us work in the communal space until we had to go even after our late checkout. Brilliant hotel fantastic staff

Hotel was an obvious choice for a stopover on a cycle trip. Hotel has been beautifully refurbished and is really quirky. Rooms are large and comfortable with good bathrooms. Those at the front get a grest view of the plaza. Hotel puts environmentally consciousness first and foremost. Everything is organic including the soaps which smelt amazing. Breakfast was nothing short of astonishing all organic and home made with endless choice and good coffee. Staff were helpful, enthusiastic and justifiably proud of the hotel. Bike storage was in a secure room. Truly brilliant deserves a 10.

If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a convenient location, just steps from the train station, and within easy walking distance to all the sights.
I must commend two employees for their superior customer service. Both Amélie and Anna went out of their way to make our stay special. Amélie called a restaurant and made reservations for dinner on our first night! And Anna recommended a place to eat a yummy local dish on another night. They didn’t need to do any of that, but they were so helpful to us.
I highly recommend this hotel. Don’t hesitate to book it.

am writing to share some thoughts on our recent stay at your lovely hotel. First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother.

Additionally, the breakfast you offer is delightful, with a great variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the provision of filtered water. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and this was certainly one of them.

However, there is one suggestion I would like to make to further enhance the guest experience. It would be incredibly convenient to have a small fridge in the room. This would allow guests to store condiments and other perishables that they might have bought previously.

The hotel has a good location, conveniently close to the Strasbourg train station, but the old city area is a more charming and interesting place to stay. Our room faced a fire escape, which wasn’t ideal. While the room design looks stylish in photos, in reality, it’s overly dark due to excessive use of dark tones, making it feel gloomy.

The property has a nice courtyard and dining area, and the water bottle refill station is a thoughtful touch. However, there’s only one elevator, and it’s quite slow, which can be frustrating.

An inconvenience occurred just 15 minutes before checkout when we returned to the room and found that our single keycard no longer worked. We had to go back to reception to get it reset, which added unnecessary hassle.

Overall, this property doesn’t meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.
