Overall good property with some recent renovation. Unfortunately, the room we were given, though in the renovated section, was smelling bad due to the drainage. The staff first agreed to change our room but once we got down with our bags seem to have a change of mind. They instead put a device to deodourise the room; and promised to fix the bathroom door to allow it to be closed properly. The bathroom door was never fixed. I did find the duvet covers dirty.The room was smaller than expected for 4 of us.

It was a quick and easy walk from the train station, but it was more in a business/construction zone. It was still a convenient walk to all the beautiful action. The rooms were filled with amenities and the staff is amazing. Also, the pool/spa takes one hour appointments to rent, but it is open late which is wonderful.

We stay for 3 nights during the Christmas markets. The hotel was very convenient and walking distance to the main markets. Some lovely cafes nearby as well for breakfast each day. The hotel staff were very friendly and our room was clean, quiet and we had plenty of space for suitcases and shopping. Didn’t have time to enjoy the spa but that also looked lovely

Wonderful!

Breakfast was amazing, the hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff couldn’t do more do more for you.

It took us approx 10-15 minutes to walk to Place de Klebe which was perfectly acceptable and a nice way to see the outer parts of the city.

Very nice and quiet hotel not very far from the city center having several public trasports just some minutes away to reach the main train station and the city center. Excelent spa with an indoor pool but it costs 9€ per person/hour.

Great hotel for a great stay!

An amazing stay on all fronts. Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent facilities including gym and spa. The garden was a great place to relax with a drink in the evening. Only slight blot was that we had a big cobweb in our room above the desk area which was not cleaned away during our five night stay. So, only 4 stars given for cleanliness. But otherwise, Excellent! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately though the staff behind the front desks were kind and polite I cannot fault them - we had a rude waiter and bad experience
The food very expensive and not great quality, the steaks were not cooked how we asked, they forgot the steak knives with the steak and the steaks were very tough. The waiter seemed offended I didn’t eat my steak because it was rare and he continued to ignore or be passive aggressive the rest of time.
I think this hotel would be a lot better if they focused on hospitality and good food rather than trying to be trendy or expensive, for 3 nights and 2 rooms it cost me about £1000 thinking the pool would be free with the booking only to get there and it’s 9 euro per hour per person which I thought was ridiculous. The breakfast was quite frankly disgusting there were flies all over the pineapple and watermelon tray, the orange juice machine not working, the water tasted of chlorine and the bacon looked and tasted like it had been sat out all night and just reheated.
for the price I paid I’m disappointed, the beds were comfy and receptionist polite but sadly doesn’t makeup for the experience.

The hotel was very modern and clean and the room.was VERY spacious. The bathroom was lovely and the water hot. The bed was big and comfy and the room was quiet. The staff were helpful and the breakfast good. On the down side my husband had to pay to use the swimming pool and spa however both saunas ( which was what he wanted to use ) were not in use. I was a little disappointed that sport was not available on the bedroom tv. Wimbledon is a huge worldwide event and I could only view it in the bar area where viewing was not always easy

Friendly welcome and professional Front-desk. Room was 98% clean ( some hair on the floor) Bed very comfortable, linen was Soft and smelt Fresh and clean. Bathroom had everything one would expect for a Hotel with this Rating. Breakfast was OK, I guess the Hotel was full and the Area got very congested! Culinary choices were diverse and up to standard. We enjoyed an Hour in the Spa! It would help interested Clients if you would state that the Spa coats extra and per Hour! If Traveling by vehicle this Hotel is very accessible from the Highway! Walking distance to all the Top Places to Visit!

In the middle of August when it’s more than 30c outside, we were able to adjust only by -3 or +3 celsius, but even with -3 Celsius didn’t do anything. Our room was so hot and muggy and we were sweating all night. Very uncomfortable. I’m sure it’s a wonderful hotel during cool months, but in summer, it’s very uncomfortable.

I had to wait 5 hours to checkin although i asked i will wait if it will be ready in 1-1.5 hours.

Parking is limited and someone else parked in front of my car and the platform to move the car was not working. If the owner of the car did not leave his phone on display i would have waited hours to get it moved.

We liked how modern and unique the design is. The rooms are also very cute and practical. Only thing that was a little disappointing was that you had to pay to use the pool and schedule a time to do so. We understand that makes sense for the spa area, but not the pool.

Very good hotel

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Only three small points: 1)Eggs at breakfast (scrambled first day and mini omelettes the next) were tired and should be monitored perhaps a bit more. 2) a long black hair in the shower - always offputting 3) no bathrobe in the room. I was told at reception that bathrobes are only for guests who use the spa but two of my colleagues in the same hotel both had bathrobes in their rooms. Other than that, GREAT!

Great hotel. We got upgraded from the superior to the deluxe room. The bed was really comfortable! The breakfast was amazing. The gym is small but there’s the essential. The pool is available upon booking and at 9€/person, the rest of the spa is closed due to the Covid-19.

I‘ve stayed here before and been generally happy. Sadly this time the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly there were two single beds instead of a double. This time my room rate did not include spa access or breakfast so this is worth looking out for. My room was rather small. The hotel is pleasant though not in a very interesting part of town.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The room was clean and cozy. The restaurant was good too, I ate there my first night and the steak was delicious. The hotel itself was a short walk away from the city center which made exploring easy. I would recommend this hotel and if I am ever back in Strasbourg I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel for a visit to the Christmas Marke

We booked 4 rooms for a visit to the Christmas Markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very convenient to the city center, only a few blocks away.

Located under 10 minutes from the station and the old town. Might have been easier being closer to old town as overall walked miles doing the tourist bit. Pleasant decor. Not enough storage space. Bathroom lovely but shower over a deep bath with a fixed shower screen made access quite difficult. Would be impossible for anyone with balance and even minor mobility issues. Lovely staff.

It's a nice hotel in a good location. Good breakfast but a bit expensive. The hotel has a pool and sauna (hamam) which they charge you for separately, however they don't allow kids under 12 there which is unfortunate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Overall this was a great stay. It's a lovely hotel and we loved the colour schemes and decor. Feels modern but also relaxing. Only challenge was that despite booking parking space, we needed to check in first )and try and find temporary parking spot). Beyond that was a great experience. Slept well and location not far from the centre of town.

Christmas in Strasbourg

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a very good time. The hotel is in very good condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the main train station, and with 2 adults and 2 kids, we fit comfortably in a room. It is a bit of a walk to the Petite France section.
