Room lighting was not great, cleaning quality was not good, hallways were very dark, apart hotel but missing basic facilities in the room like clothes hangers, stool for luggage, one set of cleaning products for appliances, etc.

So the reviews here are pretty mixed. Yes it is a late 90s interior and needs a refresh but the room is good it is quite there is a mini kitchen. You can walk to anything in 5 to 10 mins. Location to tain station means not cab or car and the roll to and form is not bad like 4 min

The hotel was ideally located. Close to the train station but easy walking distance to Petit France and the cathedral. We took a tram to the EU parliament and L’orangerie gardens and that was easy too.

A very well appointed Aparthotel about 10 mins walk from the railway station. Same again to get to Little France (Old Town ). Breakfast was very good for 12E. Staff were friendly and very helpful, they recommended a good restaurant about 500 meters away and we were not disappointed. We only used the kitchen facilities to make tea, but it would have been useful for a longer stay. They provided a washing up kit at reception free of charge. The highlight of our stay was a visit to the European Parliament. Very impressive.

We liked staying at Lagrange Hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped so we had breakfast in the Hotel. The only think lacknig was salt and dishsoap. The location was amazing because we could walk to the city center in only 10 minutes and to the trai station in only 5 min. We would recomment staying at Lagrange Hotel.

Short walk to the mall, shopping, and center of town which has an abundance of Christmas Markets this time of year. The room has a small kitchenette which was very nice. This was an amazing stay! The room was bigger than we expected. It was so comfortable and clean and the location is great. Close to the train station and there's even a large shopping center nearby. The Christmas markets are also a walkable distance away

Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. The room itself was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette, bonus after travelling for weeks and having to buy food on the go. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The hotel was well positioned and within easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a supermarket and shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is also located minutes away from the train station, airport a couple of stops on the train. Plenty of buses and tram access on the doorstep. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable, I have a king bed. A shopping mall with a supermarket within 5 mins walk. There is a washer/dryer for use for 8 euro but have to buy your own soap which I think the hotel should provide. Also there is no washing detergent for the dishes which you also have to buy and throw away most of it.

I would not stay here again. The room was disgusting which stains on the floor and bed. The area felt unsafe. We saw drug users and prostitutes roaming the streets. As a city, I wouldn't go back either which is a shame.

Very nice apt-hotel; very clean with comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful. It is conveniently close (8 min) to the train station and 10-15 min walk downtown. Or one can take the # 2 streetcar which runs from downtown to the train station. Our apt overlooked a main street so there was car and streetcar noise at night. That is what ear plugs are for.

We had a “luxury” room but it turned out that the room was very basic, with an open bathroom and under the roof. It felt like we were sleeping in the attic. The room had no coffee machine and a bottle of tap water. And, btw, the hotel was in the middle of major renovation works. All of that meant that we did not enjoy our stay

In October when there they had turned the air conditioning off for this year and the room was very warm and we had trouble sleeping . Not well equipped kitchenette and our room was very noisy. Next day lady receptionist was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and moved us to another room, many thanks.

Loved this place and would recommend it. Good sized spotless studio apartment at a reasonable price with limited cooking facilities close to the centre. Walking distance from the central station and tram stop nearby. Inexpensive continental breakfast at reasonable price. Staff were very helpful.
Beware - nothing is supplied like toiletries, kitchen and laundry detergent etc so a trip to the supermarket is required. Free internet thankfully as TV has few appalling chanels in French only.

This was a great location (really close to the train station, and really close to the center of town -- I walked everywhere very easily). The room was really nice as well, and the people working at the front desk were lovely. However, it was really noisy. I could hear trains going by all night, and cars, and people talking outside -- I kept thinking my windows were open, but they weren't. I think I'd still stay there, but it was definitely an issue.

A great location just 5 minutes from the train station and then only 5 minutes into the city centre of Strasbourg . The studio room we booked was quiet clean and modern with full kitchen facilities . The toilet was even separate from the bath and shower . Was very spacious and excellent value. We will be back to stay again. The breakfast was great and well worth the extra 9 euros each. Friendly professional staff.

I travel to Strasbourg regularly, although mostly for short stays. I always stay in this hotel. It is convenient for the train and tram, close to the center of the city and near excellent shops. The rooms are always clean and spacious. I like the convenience of a small kitchen area, which is perfectly equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Service was great, but this place will nickel and dime you at every corner. Although the room was paid, we were required to put down a €500 deposit (almost triple the price of our stay) on a non-debit, only Visa or MasterCard credit card. The queen bed we reserved was just two smaller beds put together loosely, and if you use anything from the kitchen set, you must pay to have it cleaned. Overall, great people at the front desk, terrible administrative policy.
