I found the staff extremely helpful going above and beyond what's expected. The rooms are small, but this was exactly what I needed. The location is excellent; public transportation is easily accessible, and the town centre is only a few minutes on foot.
I did not try the provided breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Amazing staff and perfect stay

Increidible stay! Shower and bed and location 3 blocks from city center. Staff was amazing, helps us with a map, travel advise and place to park 2 free directions 2 blocks from the hotel. Super safe zone, clean and smells really good! I love it

the soap of the shower was empty at our arrival and stays the same for all the period. meaning that the staff did not cleaned the shower during all the period. i did not asked for replacement since i use my own soap but it was for checking if they will replace by themself .
the WIFI was not so good and i had difficulties to connect.

The place was fine and clean. The room wasn't that big, but that was ok for the time I stayed there.
The only thing to watch out is the Check-In before 11pm, after that reception is closed.
Hotel is well located, not far from public transports (buses and trams) and it seemed not far from the old city centre.
Quiet residential area, with a park on the opposite side of the main entrance.

Just ok

Wanted to sleep in but at 8:30am, the staff were loudly talking just outside our room for a solid hour and we could not sleep any more. Not sure if they realize that floor has many guests trying to rest.

Disgusted and disappointed

Extremly disappointed. I was given a room in the basement, with absolutely no day light. Moreover, there was a lot of noise from the hall, as the basement was mostly use for the service staff to get cleaning supplies etc., so I \"enjoyed\" a lot of slamming doors. The room itself was dirty (sheets not clean see picture, spider webs in the corners), the bath room light was not working, the shower curtain was missing and there was a huge hole in the wall under the window (see picture). Tried to address this to the front staff, but the staff member was busy in a private Skype conversation and spoke very little English.
Considering that I paid close to 100€ a night I would expect for the room to at least be clean and for the staff to be friendly and able to communicate. I moreover send a written complaint to the hotel, but never received an answer.

A nice friendly hotel overlooking a park, not far from shops or the city centre. Overall pretty good, but let down by the fact that the bathroom had not been cleaned when I arrived.

Best thing about this hotel is its location!

Room leaves a few things they could add. For instance we had to go to front desk to request hair dryer. There is no place next to bed to set anything. How about adding a shelf above the headboard?? Receptionist on registering insisted we pay for breakfast day before. Hotel is next to a park & also well located to cathedral- 15-20 minute walk.

Exactly what I needed

This place had exactly what I needed, and it was clean and safe. Breakfast was great, and nice to have because there are not a lot of local options available in the morning. It's a short walk to the historic part of town. There are also some nice residential parks and neighborhoods close to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, tight quarters

The room and bathroom were very small. Tiny. One reviewer wondered how they even got the bed into the room. I wonder that, too. The breakfast was okay, but they made no accommodations for my husband's gluten-free diet (due to celiac disease). The location is great so we could walk into the heart of Strasbourg as well as to the European Parliament. One desk clerk chastised me for drinking their coffee during the day. He told us that we'd have to pay for coffee if we were out. It was confusing because I was drinking tea using my own tea bag. All I took was some hot water. Once he realized that, he apologized. Still, it gave us a negative impression of this hotel. Since we caught a warm spell, we had the window open at night. Be prepared for the noise of the city if you're there when it's nice weather.

Hotel confortable....mais dommage....il est ecrit parking .....qui est a 4euros de l'heure....pas plus de 4h ....enfin compliqué...( nous ne l'avons vu que sur place ) ça gâche le séjour.
Ça n'était pas prévu dans mon budget de 48h .

Tout l’hôtel et les chambres sont vieilles délabrées et on m’a donné une chambre avec l’encadrement de la porte massacré je ne sais depuis cmb de temps.
Cependant le personnel a essayé de m’arranger.
L’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’une rénovation totale c’est une nécessité.
Je n’y retournerais plus sous ce standing

Unsere Zimmer war ein Dachstock ohne seitliches Fenster, nicht empfählenswert.
@hotels.com hatte beste Preis, 50€, ohne frühstück. Mehr sollte man für Dachzimmer auch nicht bezahlen!
Im Zimmer hatten wir keine Hotel- Hausschen.

une puanteur d'égout dans l'hotel. 4 personnes et un bébé dans une chambre comme dans un bocal. pas de place pour installer le lit pliant bébé. pas de table ni de chaise. avec 3 lits. pas de place pour les bagages. machine à café hors service. mon mari et moi avons payé un autre hotel pour laisser un peu de place au couple avec leur bébé. reservation pour 3 nuits mais nous sommes partis le lendemain. c' est honteux de nous avoir fait dormir dans ce bocal

Mon séjour à été des plus agréables, situé dans un quartier hyper calme à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, l’hôtel donne aussi sur un parc ombragé propice à la détente ou la lecture.
Le parking est gratuit de 19h00 à 9h00 ce qui ajoute un atout non négligeable qualité / prix déjà très abordable.

il personale è stato scortese e per niente disponibile. Abbiamo dovuto pagare all'arrivo la tassa di soggiorno(mai successo in 25 anni) non ci è stata rifatta la camera e al nostro sollecito il giorno dopo ci hanno solo rifatto il letto. Abbiamo domandato una sera alle 20 se ci fosse vicino un supermercato ancora aperto e non si sono minimamente interessati. Lo abbiamo trovato da soli. Al mattino presto è suonato l'allarme antincendio ma nessuno del personale si è fatto trovare nella halll per dare spiegazioni. Per far uscire il denso fumo proveniente dalla zona ristorazione abbiamo dovuto tenere noi la porta aperta. Il motivo dell'allarme era perchè il personale addetto ai tavoli non aveva pulito la macchinetta dei toast e le briciole bruciando hanno fatto procurato fumo e fatto scattare l'allarme. Vergognoso.

Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Zimmers waren katastrophal. Vom Boden stand eine Metallleiste ab. Die Fenster waren undicht und an der Wand waren Schimmelflecken. Das Badezimmer sah auf den ersten Blick gut aus. Jedoch bei genauerem Hinschauen, fielen auch hier erhebliche Mängel auf. Farbe und Fugenmasse auf den Fliesen. Eine Fliese in der Ecke fehlte und die Duschkabine war außen an der Fuge einfach nur ekelig. Auf dem Bettlaken war ein Fleck und die Wandfarbe blätterte ab und wurde teilweise schlecht überstrichen. Dies waren hier noch die kleinsten Übel. Die Dame an der Rezeption, war dann auch noch so desinteressiert, dass jedes Wort einfach zu viel war. Nie wieder gehen wir in dieses Hotel.

Arrivée un vendredi soir accueilli par une jeune fille incroyablement désagréable et qui l’a été tout au long du séjour ( qui répond à mon bonjour en marmonnant sans sortir la tête de son téléphone... Et ce n’est qu’un exemple)
Dans la chambre le mur qui au départ devait être blanc était zébré de rayures noires et traces improbables..
Et cerise sur le gâteau ... Retour avec des boutons partout sur le corp provenant de puces de lits ! Et il n’y a aucuns doutes sur l’origine.

God plassering, men dårlig renhold. Dårlig daglig renhold, eneste måten å se at noen hadde vært på rommet var at bosset var tømt. Sengen ble ikke redd. Falsk brannalarm gikk uten noe beskjed på hvorfor. Tom for såpe hele oppholdet. Dusjdørene er ikke tett, nesten hele badegulvet blir vått når man dusjer.

CATASTROPHIQUE, hôtel sale les draps n'ont pas été changé à notre arrivée, quand on prévient la receptioniste elle nous fait comprendre qu'elle s'en fiche. S'en parler du personnel de chambre qui nous dit que cela est normal de mettre les serviette sales de la veille sur les étendoirs pour les réutilisés. Nous avons décider de changer d'hôtel. A FUIR

J'arrive à Strasbourg à 5h du matin. La réception ouvre à 8h du matin, pas de problème, un questionnaire m'a été envoyé après la réservation et j'ai prévenu que j'allais arriver plus tôt.
J'arrive devant l'hôtel à 6h, j'appelle le numéro indiqué sur la porte et les problèmes commencent.
Je tombe sur le personnel d'Adonis Paris sud, je dis que j'ai une réservation à Adonis Strasbourg et que je souhaite poser mes bagages comme prévu sur le questionnaire. Le monsieur au téléphone me répond qu'il ne peut pas m'ouvrir parce qu'il n'a pas mon nom. Je lui reprécise mon nom pour qu'il vérifie la réservation, mais il me répond avec un ton condescendant qu'il ne peut rien faire pour moi et qu'il faudrait attendre jusqu'à 8h. Il était extrêmement désagréable et ne comprenait pas ce que je disais : je lui ai dit que ma réservation était pour samedi, il me répond qu'on est vendredi (sachant qu'on était samedi matin).
Bref, on reste attendre dans le froid jusqu'à 8h. J'explique à la réceptionniste le problème, elle me répond \"Ah\". J'attends jusqu'à 15h, je fais le check-in, je rentre dans la chambre située en rez-de-chaussée: très mal décorée, pas du tout bien éclairée, on dirait une sorte de dépôt. Je rentre dans la salle de bain, je vérifie l'état et je remarque que la brosse des WC baigne dans sa piscine: elle n'a même pas été vidée... Seule point positif: l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Il est très bien situé.
Je ne recommande absolument pas, rapport qualité-prix bas.
Déçu.

Bonnes prestations générales mais un peu déçu par une chambre \"charme\" ridiculement petite, avec un bureau minuscule et qui ne présente aucun charme. Si vous demandez où vous garer, le personnel d'accueil vous conseille le parking de la gare situé à 2,1 km. Affligeant !
