綺麗さは十分ですが、前の宿泊者？の靴下が落ちてました笑 あとシングルルームはとにかく部屋が狭くてびっくり。もし今回スーツケースを持っていたら広げられなくて困ったと思います。シャワールーム部分は床が高くなっておらず心配でしたが、水はけは良く問題なかったです。

This hotel is really more like a hostel. A tiny little room, with thin beds and stiff sheets. So small that we couldn’t fit our two suitcases in our two person room without blocking the door. It was poorly maintained. The bathroom was not well kept, and I felt like I should be using shower shoes. The room was not ready until an hour and a half after check in time, but when we got to the room it wasn’t exactly sparkling clean so I’m not sure what took them so long.
Pros: the front desk staff very kindly gave us a drink on the house while we waited for our room to be ready. The location was easy to walk to from the train station, even with big suitcases.

Le Grillon is a great hotel, just 5 min from the train station and at a walkable distance from all the tourist attractions. Room was very clean and modern. We got a room that was very spacious with a double bed and a single bed. The included breakfast was also very good, with fresh scramble eggs, croissant and bread, cheese and freshly grounded coffee. The only negative is that the Internet is slow. Overall though, Le Grillon is a good place to stay while visiting Strasbourg.

This was a quick stop on a road trip. The room was nice the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the walls are paper thin. All we heard all night was noise from the street and other guests. I would not stay here again. The staff was super friendly! The parking was at a parking garage about a 10 minute walk. It’s not easy to get in and out of.

I booked this property for friends of mine, a family who were running from the atrocities of the war of Ukraine. Even though my friends checked in in the middle of the night and the restaurant was closed, the attending person (I'm sorry that I don't know their name) fed my friends with whatever he had in the kitchen. Next morning as my friends continued on their trip, he gave them provisions which my friends said \"would last a whole week\". It was a regular act of a decent person, but also a heroic act that restores act in human kind. Please support this wonderful property by staying with them, and don't forget to say thank you!

Perfect location near (but not at) the train station, close to everything by crossing the nearby bridge. The room was small but modern and clean. No air conditioning so I had to keep the window open. The first night was the Festival of Music all over France and there were musicians on the street until all hours, making it a little hard to sleep. The second night was quiet even with the windows open and even on the second floor. I would stay here again and ask for an interior room on a higher floor.

We stayed one night after searching this hote with good reviews online. The hotel was clean and centrally located. However, at 3 in the morning we awoke to loud screaming and slamming of doors. There were people knocking on room doors down the hallway and screaming for over 2 hours. We called the front desk to report it, but no one answered. So we suffered and were tired the next day. Sucks bc other than that our stay in strasburg was great. Won’t stay there again due to the rough drunk crowds near the train station.

The stay was quite, room was adequate and the location was good, but the wifi was very hard to get. We couldn't get onto it and the receptionist couldn't figure it out also until we were leaving. For the price, it was good and would stay there again.

Can't understand why it's undergoing a second renovation - within 3 years. But still very conveniently placed and spotlessly clean. Weakest aspect was at reception. Tho' I had paid on arrival, the chap at the desk (tho' more often at the bar) had, the next day, 'forgotten' that I had done so. Breakfast (albeit an extra) was more than just 'continental'. It remains good value.

Since we're pretty on-the-go travelers, we didn't spend much time in the room, but it was a bit inconvenient that our room wasn't ready until late in the afternoon. They allowed early check in, which was nice, but it was bare with no linens, towels, or anything until hours later. We stopped in hoping to get a cool shower before starting our evening of touring around town, but we still had no towels, so we had to go get them from the front desk. Thankfully, the front desk staff was usually very helpful and friendly, so they didn't mind that I came down to grab towels, etc.. Also very quiet at night, and conveniently located about 5 minutes (walking) away from the center of town. Once the room was set up it was quite comfortable. All in all, if you just want a budget hotel while you experience the town, this is a great place. If you're looking for the best of the best, go elsewhere. I am entertaining the possibility of coming back if i end up in Strasbourg again.

I really can not rate hotel. There had been a fire in the restaurant next door shortly before we arrived. Le Grillon arranged for us to be in hotel across the street. We arrived quite late but they were there for us.

O quarto tinha boas instalações e a localização do hotel é perfeita. A equipe foi extremamente simpática.
