One of the best hotels we have stayed at - the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We were travelling with a baby and they put so many thoughtful touches in the room it made the stay all the more memorable. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful stay! Considering we were in Europe, the room was extremely spacious! I had requested a crib, they had also provided a towel, bath tub and blow up changing table for my daughter. The concierge desk was extremely accommodating! Walking distance to several Christmas markets! We slept in and missed the breakfast the first day, however they really had a great spread. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful grounds, with attentive staff and delicious food. The room was very comfortable and spacious, as well as clean. We really enjoyed our 3 nights and agree it was probably our favorite stay amongst our 9 hotel stays this trip! Great location too, trucked a little ways away from the business of the city, but just about a 10min walk to anything you want.

We liked almost everything about Hôtel Les Haras: the facilities are gorgeous, the staff very friendly, the accommodation reasonably good, but the air conditioning/heating in the rooms needs improvement. Overall, a great stay and lasting memories guaranteed! We recommend the hotel to any visitor!

Second stay in the hotel for us and it was excellent as last time. Very conveniently located, walkable distance from the Christmas market and the city center, very friendly staff. We used the valet parking to avoid the headache of parking and the staff was always prompt and very nice. The breakfast is exceptional one of the best I have ever seen.

Beautiful property close to city center. Staff was amazing and would do everything to ensure your stay is excellent.
Although it's close to where you need to go, the hotel is located in a quieter area, giving you respite from all the hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautifully designed, very well appointed hotel with a large private garden that would be great to enjoy during fair weather. The room was exceptionally large with the entrance hallway separating the bed area from the roomy bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet part of Strasbourg, but only a few minutes extra walk to public squares and restaurants. The staff were helpful before and during our stay, but were a little cold and business-like in face-to-face interactions

I usually do not have time to write reviews, but wanted to warn other customers about my experience.
Very sad to report that I had a very unpleasant check out. First I was told that I had minibar charges that were not mine. At the end they did not charge me but a gentleman in a sarcastic way came out from the office to ask again implying that I did not want to pay 6 euros. I covered the room cost in advance in expedia but the front desk charged me the entire room cost again. I contacted expedia to deal with them because I did not want any more rude behaviours against me. I have been told that I will get a refund.
In summary, pay attention to the charges of this hotel because there is no attention to detail.
Unusual rude front desk staff in a 4 star hotel.

Overpriced. We were located in the annex across the street. Small rooms, but clean and efficient. This hotel is beautiful but has zero ambiance. Secure and Quiet area, but a walk to the main areas and the train station. It was worth about half what we paid.

A glorious hotel and brasserie

This architectural and historical gem is the perfect location just 3 minutes walk from Petit France but away from the crowds. The staff were so kind and friendly- we had the perfect stay!
The Brasserie also needs a mention - superlative service and a location to die for. A truly memorable two days - thank you

The hotel was great, the location is very close to la petite France. The room are spacious, very comfortable and very well decorated. The hotel is stylish and the spa was really confortable and relaxing.
The only negative point is the lack of parking option at the hotel outside of valet parking. The only parking option is with the valet which is 30euros a night for outside parking and quite pricey on the top of the room rate.

Really nice property. About 1Km from city center but an easy walk. Spacious for France standards and very cool decor. We did not get to try the restaurant but it was packed with locals so it is probably really good.

Even in Covid restricted times the staff went out to their way to make this stay a pleasure. This is a tastefully decorated and renovated property extremely well situated in the University area - albeit a little bit difficult to find by car!! Ideally located for walking to Petit France area - a must to wander around taking in the architecture. Definitely would return

It was a beautiful hotel, with beautiful rooms. Rooms were big and spacious. There wasn’t a lift, which was a Little annoying, but staff were wonderful and carried my bags upstairs. Bathroom was big & very clean.

Located just off the beaten path so was a very good location. Hotel and room were excellent. Modestly sized but very nice decor, particularly the bathroom. The stand-out feature was the courtyard for dining, drinking, and relaxing was the stand-out feature of the hotel.

The friendliness and service was great, from check in to the fantastic restaurant service, to checkout. Location was also incredible-a 5-10 minute walk to the Old Town section without all the bustle. The lodging was also very clean and quiet. Fantastic lodging experience to go with a fantastic town.

By way of \"suggestion\" they might want to add a brighter light in the room, as an addition to the \"romantic\" dimness, and while the bath was very nice, was not conducive to taking our customary \"shower\" vs a \"bath\". These would increase an already very great accommodation.

Outstanding location away from main noisy crowded downtown, bit still 5 min walking distance. Excellent mic of modern and old design. Hotel courtyard is an amazingly spacious and quiet place to have a drink or rest after long walking day. Les Haras restaurant: brasserie is a superb experience. Hurry up and book it early. Typically it is fully booked.

Staff very helpful and acting proactively. The Brasserie des Haras is really top. Excellent wine, very good food at reasonable price € 154.-, 3 people with aperitif, 2 plates menue for two person and a bottle of wine. You have good red wine at 32 euros/bottle.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and very clean rooms. I had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. I was especially thankful for the staff. The price of the room included breakfast but due to having had a very long flight the day before and getting no sleep on the plane, I accidentally slept past breakfast. When I asked the front desk if there was somewhere nearby to grab a bite they instead brought me out coffee and a plate of food. They certainly were not obligated to do that but it was very much appreciated!

A favorite in a great neighborhood

Clean, smart room, well decorated and equipped with a coffee machine and a tea kettle. I regret that the king size bed consists of 2 twin sized mattresses pushed together, which results in an inconvenient split in the middle of the bed. Also, the wifi was rather slow.
