Hotel Beaucoup is a delightful little place downtown. Rooms are comfortable. The amenities were unexpected with 24hr service. Everything was welcoming and warm. If I ever find myself in Strasbourg again, I will stay here again.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff. This is a hidden gem in Strasbourg and the hotel is about 7 mins away from city. We went to Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets and the market itself was only 7 mins away from hotel. Staff were friendly and tentative.

The hotel is in a spectacular location. You can’t ask for easier access to the Christmas Market. The parking garage next to the hotel is a huge benefit. The area is extremely walkable with great vibes. The hotel is very comfortable but could use a refresh. All staff members are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved this hotel. Great location, amenities, nice outdoor area to have a glass of wine. Shares building with a fine wine shop and an epicerie. Exceptional staff who were very helpful when our return train tickets were canceled last minute. This hotel made our trip very special - will definitely return!

Perfect location to explore Strasbourg. The hotel is quirky but is looking a little tired in some areas. It was over 30 Celsius when we were there and the air conditioning was struggling to keep up as we were in an attic room on the 4th floor.

Parking was public multi storey and with discount €18 a day. Lots of steps from car park and within hotel (wheelchair user). Needed to use room service first night but QR code wouldn't work so couldn't see menu - reception advised only reheated meals available (no restuarant) but was able to order takeaway. Wine was €12 a glass (noting couldn't go out for anything cheaper!). Room was lovely, air con as standard. No iron. No smart TV.

The hotel was very centrally located and everything around Strasbourg city centre was easily within walking distance.
The hotel doesn’t have parking but the public car park was just across the road and was safe and secure.
Overall the hotel was in a great location, clean, tidy and comfortable.

Great Location and friendly staff! The hotel does not have handicap accommodations. It is a boutique-type hotel with a structure that, in a lot of aspects, creates an unsafe situation. A member of our group fell on a half-step at the elevator landing on the first floor and broke her foot. The step should not have been there. It defeats the purpose of using an elevator to get your luggage to the room if you have to lift it again to get to the hallway leading to the rooms. No warning signs. The rooms with the whirlpool bath do not have a shower, just the high tub, which creates a challenge for most people to get in and out safely. You can skip breakfast and go across the street and buy fresh fruit and pastries. All communication for prior check-in or asking for feedback is emailed in French only. If feedback is solicited, it should be in one of the most common languages.

We stayed in a suite here for two nights. We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage. Our room was ready an hour before check in and our bags were already brought up. It is a small hotel and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you have Mobility issues I would not recommend as even with the elevator you need to do some stairs and steps up. The hotel is dated but cute and comfortable and in a very convenient location, though not on a noisy or too busy a street. I would stay here again in Strasbourg.

Nice enough, clean room, cute courtyard and friendly staff. However room was like a green house at 26.7 degrees. Air con not working. Man came up to “fix” it but nothing happened. We were given a fan and opened windows but still warm.
Other people in other rooms said the same that it was so hot.
Lights didn’t work by bed, socket didn’t work one side of bed and the jets in bath didn’t work.

Hotel Beaucour is the perfect location if you are driving to Strasbourg. It is just outside of the city center so parking garages are easier to find. It’s truly only a 5-10 min walk to get to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful and the decor was cute and welcoming.

This was a very unique property, and right upon check in, we knew we were staying somewhere special. From the entrance, which was decorated nicely throughout the courtyard leading to the reception area, to the room tastefully decorated with what we could only say is quintessentially French. We had the room with black lace and pink walls, comforter, etc.. It was tastefully decorated with pictures and sculptures on the walls. Really made us feel like we walked into another era.

To say this place is magical, is not an overstatement. We went at Christmas and they went all out on decorating. We enjoyed settling in the lobby in front of the fire with cheese and wine. In warmer weather, the terrace would be amazing. The only downside is that we struggled with internet connectivity. But in a place like this we didn’t need to be on our phones.

Consider this FIRST!! Beautiful place.

From the beautiful outside to the beautiful courtyard, the smell of roses and the very friendly welcoming staff, this was by far a blessing when reserving. Unique rooms with a German feel, very comfortable beds and pillows. We did have the smallest room but it worked for the two of us.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The cathedral could be seen from my hotel window. Several Michelin-starred restaurants within an easy walk.

The staff was very kind and helpful; breakfast was quite ample; and the room was cozy but of good size, and not air-conditioned.

It’s obviously a very old building, but it’s in great condition. I’d stay here again, outside of summer.

Very cute hotel. We stayed in one of the two-story lofts and it was lovely with a wonderful view of the cathedral. Warning that there are quite a few unavoidable stairs if you stay in the lofts so try to avoid bringing heavy suitcases. My kids found the sofa bed uncomfortable, but no more uncomfortable than any sofa bed. The location is great, it was nice to have a jet tub after a long day of walking, and the hotel’s honour bar was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

Positive: Great location. The hotel itself is old but well maintained. It does represent the culture of the area. Although not hotel onsite, covered parking right across from the property.
Neutral: Given old nature of the building this is hotel can be a bit of hazle transporting luggage or for handicap individuals. The sofa bed was not ready upon arrival however was prepared for us later.

Lovely old hotel in heart of Old Strasbourg

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town of Strasbourg. It could not be a better location! Very beautiful old hotel, well-maintained. My main issue was that we are in our 60’s and 70’s and we were given a room on the fourth floor with all the low beams. My husband is 6’4” and had to walk bent over the entire time we were there so he didn’t bump his head. Our room had a lovely sitting area on the first floor and the bedroom was up a steep staircase in a loft. We had to come down the stairs at night to use the restroom, which was a bit of an ordeal. I suggest they move the sitting area up and bring the bedroom downstairs and it would be way better and more comfortable, especially for older people. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. AC was wonder to have, because it was hot the days we were there. Breakfast was very good. Service was great! They carried our bags up to our room for us, because although there is an elevator it only goes up to the third floor, and the old place is like a maze to find your way though. If you are up for an adventure, this place is great. It really is quite lovely.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. I arrived late at night after a long day of travel. The courtyard was the most beautiful surprise, decorated for Easter and lit with fairy lights. I stayed in room 112 which is a double with whirlpool bath. The room was very clean, spacious and had a good selection of drinks in the minibar. Despite overlooking the courtyard, the room was quiet and peaceful. The location of this hotel is hard to beat. It’s a stones throw from the shops, Palais Rohan, the Cathedral and the Batorama dock. If you are in a car, there is parking in a multi-storey right opposite. The thing I like the most about this hotel, though, is the attention to detail. There are free hot drinks in reception, the breakfast has plenty of options, the staff are very friendly and the decor is beautiful (traditional yet modern). The only tiny thing that could improve is a couple of cosmetic issues (crack in hallway mirror and some chipped paintwork) but it would definitely not put me off. It would be my pleasure to stay here again.

Cute hotel close to Christmas markets!! We had the loft style room which was great, however the pull-out sofa bed was not comfortable, very lumpy and probably needs updating. The room itself can easy sleep 4 people. The hotel room was charming and the best was the bathroom. Very large jetted tub, perfect for a day of shopping and toilet was separate from the shower. Parking was across the street from the hotel.

The Hotel Beaucour is very charming and well put together, comfortable, clean and close to the old city and all its sights and sites. Our room was spacious and attractive. The washroom was particularly large and well planned. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and we particularly liked the grounds, the comfy lounge and the parrot. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever get back to Strasbourg.

Staff was awesome, friendly (thank you Sibbel for restaurant recommendations), and very accommodating to arriving early. They kept bags until the room was ready so that we could continue on our way with a tour. I loved the added touch that \"Teal\" brought to the hotel :). If I'm ever in Strasbourg again, I will definitely stay again. It was in the perfect location to the church, Christmas markets, and a nice grocery store across the street. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

It was in a great location near a bunch of restaurants and was right across the street from the parking garage. It was also a short walk to the cathedral and the downtown area. This hotel is beautifully centrally located, but that means noise at night. Typical of most French accommodation - very little English from staff. Breakfast was nice, but not extraordinary.
Rooms were in need of an upgrade - bathroom was particularly unclean and taps and other amenities need urgent upgrade.
Positive side and nice touch were little packets of artisanal soap, body / hand cream which were very sweet.

Awesome little room, cute setup, building feels very dated but still awesome! Shower was awkward as it didn't fully close so water would splash on the floor.
