Property and staff were very nice. The issue is the noise. The room above us heard water every time they flushed the toilet or showered. The tram cars ran right outside and the building shook on some while lying in bed. No hot water in the shower. Clean, staff friendly, breakfast good but noise was the killer.

An acceptable stay.

The staff was helpful and responsive, but our room had an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drain. Having the windows open helped but didn’t cure it. The staff offered to move us for the second day, but we elected to remain where we were so as not to have to repack.

Very good choice for Strasbourg.

We stayed in hotel for 8 night. Everything was good: service, staff friendliness and help, cleanliness, bed is comfy, we ask for additional pillows and got them, breakfast is very good and plentiful, included pastry, fruits, eggs, juices, coffee-machine. Location is excellent, close to train station, town center and all the attractions in walking distance. No need for any transport.
The only minus is small room size, which probably common thing for Strasbourg.

Nice hotel and a great price on hotels.com as opposed to the posted charges at the location. Friendly English speaking reception. We got a room facing the river which was a nice bonus. Continental breakfast was fine. Standard stuff. Great location, lots of restaurants and shops within walking. Parking in garage around the corner and they have us a discount ticket, so only $18e. Not bad. We’d say again. Nice value. Clean. Comfortable and friendly staff.

The hotel receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is central located and everything is walking distance. We had a car and had to park offsite since there was no parking available. However, we got a discounted rate of 18€ for 24 hours which was fine. The hotel is near all major attractions and it was easy to get around.

hotel service is good. however, they were not answering my calls. they did not send me the form that allows me to get my car into the city boundaries so i had to wait for hours before the police let me in.
they did not allow us to have a late check out although we did a late check in (8pm) so we had to roam the city on foot waiting for our transportation. the breakfast is very poor. and in general the hotel is overpriced.

We had requested parking for our stay and were told at check in it was only available for the first night, so we found alternative lodging for the remainder of our stay. The attitude of the staff was not helpful. We had booked 6 months previous. I would not stay here again.

Well situtated near Strasbourg train station + vieux Strasbourg. Good varied breakfast.

However, the hotel listing mentioned that it had AIR CONDITIONING. When I arrived in the room, I found just a fan.... :-( The room was on the western side with temperatures over 30 degrees C. You could leave the windows open in the evening to cool the room off, but then you heard the tramsways below.....

The location of this hotel was good, 8 minute walk from the main train station and 5 minute walk to Kleber square.

Now onto the bad: the room was tiny and no A/C. You don't walk anywhere inside, you basically climb onto the bed to access the bathroom or the front door. I was placed on the fifth floor in early August where the temperature outside was 97F, it was boiling hot inside without A/C. Only one fan and a window inside to keep me from dying.

Walking distance to everything

Spent four days in Strasbourg. We rented a car at airport in Frankfurt and drove to Strasbourg, but except for a day trip to Colmar, the car stayed in the parking lot($) the whole time.
It's impossible to get around by car in Strasbourg itself, so best to either take train and walk to hotel (very close by) or leave your car in the parking and walk or take tram and bus everywhere. Public transportation is cheap and service is great.

Avoid for all the reasons in the review.

Where to start? Car parking is limited and can apparently be booked in advance. No where on the website did it say this. Que driving around the city centre for an hour to find a car parked with high enough height limits (most are either 1.8m or 1.9m). Next it says all rooms are air conditioned. They are not. We had a tower fan which made it just about bearable. Shower doors wouldn't close properly which leaked water on to the floor in the bathroom, had to mop this up every time as it was like a swimming pool in the bathroom. Room was also very tight for space. Breakfast was ok. Good location for city centre sites.

Nice central hotel in Strasbourg, with parking within a short walk. But parking in Strasbourg, even with the Ibis subsidy is expensive (18 euros) so be warned. Strasbourg is nice and Ibis comfortable and quiet.

One night stay was pretty good

Stayed for one night. Drove in from Colmar late in the evening. There's not really any place you can park just to unload. The parking is at a discounted rate in a public lot that is a couple blocks away. They put us in a room that was in the far corner of the building that looked out over the alley and other buildings. The hotel does not have air conditioning and we happened to be there on a very warm weekend (90 degrees). They had brought in a portable unit for reception but the room was quite warm. Even with all the windows open. Breakfast was included which was nice. Not a huge offering but sufficient. They have to go cups for the coffee but when we tried to bring one to the room they said it wasn't allowed. Although they had water and apples out for the taking all day which was nice. Ask them about the ferry rides and they have a discounted coupon.

It was the perfect location. We parked the car in a local garage and then enjoyed walking around town. Our room had a nice view of the river, and we were close to a good selection of restaurants and all the Christmas markets! The staff were very helpful. The bathroom was a little small, but it was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I am used to European hotel rooms being tiny but usually they are spotlessly clean. The carpet was dirty, the walls all battered around the door as there was so little room to squeeze in with a suitcase, and I had to wipe off dusty closet shelves before storing my clothes. On the plus side the bathroom was relatively roomy with good shower; (though water leaked under shower doors); the bed comfortable and clean; good heater, and although I had a room tucked in the back with no view, that made it nice and quiet. Very convenient for trams, walking distance from main station. The \"free WiFi\" in the room was very unreliable.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist klein, ideal für Leute die nur zum Schlafen ein Zimmer benötigen. Die Betten sind groß und sehr Bequem. Die Tram fährt direkt vor dem Hotel entlang, solang das Fenster geschlossen ist, hat man eine ruhige Nacht. Auch hört man bei geöffnetem Fenster raus zur Straße den Verkehr leider sehr gut.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und übersichtlich.

Super Positiv muss man den Rezeptionisten erwähnen. Da es keine freien Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gab, hat er sich die mühe gemacht uns zu erklären wo wir Parken können und uns eine Karte für die Tiefgarage gegeben damit wir am ende weniger Bezahlen müssen.

Vooraf goed bestuderen waar je de auto gaat parkeren. Bereikbaarheid hotel met auto is lastig. Let op dit geldt voor de meeste hotels in dit stadsdeel. Dus gewoon openbaar parkeren in garage en een paar honderd meten lopen met koffer. Parkeren bij Hotel weten we niet hoe dit gaat. Jammer dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Zou voor deze tijd in kader van stroom overschot ook nog eens goed zijn voor het stroom netwerk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. Erg netjes allemaal.

Localização excelente. Próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. Vc faz tudo a pé. Café da manhã bom com vista para a rua, tornando-o mais agradável. Quarto de bom tamanho. Mesmo próximo ao centro tinha boa vedação e não era barulhento. Pra quem chegar de carro, é possível parar uns minutos na frente do hotel e o carro precisa ser estacionado num parking público próximo com convênio com hotel. Caro: € 18,50 a diária. Fica numa garagem subterrânea.

Muito bem localizado, com um café da manhã simples porém suficiente, quarto de tamanho bom levando-se em consideração que é padrão Ibis.
Cama boa. Hotel caro, mas em Estrasburgo nessa região, tudo é acima da média, então ok. Estacionamento pago, 200metros do hotel, 20 euros por dia. Chuveiro e banheiro ruins, molhava tudo por fora. Voltaria a me hospedar levando em consideração todo o contexto.

2 chambres réservées au même prix sur Hotel.com, l'une d'elle était correcte et correspondait aux attentes mais la deuxième était située sous les toits , minuscule, avec une odeur d'égout et surtout une douche ridiculement petite (surtout par rapport a celle de l'autrre chambre). Anormal de payer le même tarif pour deux prestations qui n'ont rien a voir. A savoir aussi que le parking conseillé par l'hotel se trouve a 5mn a pied et est très cher ...

Das Ibis Styles Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen. Zu Fuss erreicht man alle Bereiche der Stadt in wenigen Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr cool Ausgestattet. Das Morgenessen ist auch sehr reichlich inkl. frisch gepressten Orangensaft.

Cet hôtel ressemble plus à un IBIS BUDGET qu'à un IBIS STYLE! En effet le rapport qualité prix est déplorable. La chambre était très petite, il n'y avait même pas un bureau, la salle de bain était aussi petite avec une douche en plastique... Bref, pour le prix payé c'était vraiment pas terrible! En plus le parking est payant

L’equipe est super sympathique, l’emplacement est très bien également . Par contre nous étions dans la chambre 203 et nous avons été réveillé le matin par le bruits des tuyauteries des chambres voisines , c’était fort désagréable.
