I had a very poor experience. When I checked in there was no room available for me despite having paid in full on 30th August 2025. I booked two rooms, one was available, mine was not. The hotel said that Expedia had cancelled it.

It's a great small hotel with easy access to the train station. That being said arriving close to sunset the area just outside the train station was not safe feeling. It's ok right at the hotel and there are many hotels in a line

We appreciated the layout of a the room and ability to stay in one room as a family of 5 (Murphy bed was a hit with our middle kiddo!). The hotel was very convenient to local transportation (across from train station and all trains/street cars to get around town). Our only complaint (if it is one!) is that shower stall was tiny- couldn't turn or move without touching the glass sides!

The hotel was right across from the train station which was super convenient for us. We could also take the tram right across from the hotel at the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (for a charge) was excellent!

There was a mistake on the room allocated, which was too small while I had made a reservation for a party of 5 and no bigger rooms where available. Property pictures were not like the pictures they posted online the front of the hotel was not in any of the pictures just the top of the hotel was only posted. There was homeless people right in front from the hotel with mattresses on floor. I was very dissatisfied. Also they charged me for two days of stay and for two days of breakfast. I stood there only one day. I wanted to leave that same night but waited til the next day. Don’t recommend that place.

The hotel is central and offers a grand view of the main railway station from its balconies. The location is optimal, with a short walk through pedestrian streets to the historic center. Parking in a garage is a few hundred meters to the right of the hotel. As for the property itself, the entry lobby and hallways are dark and gloomy, and the rooms are Spartan but clean and serviceable. The price is right, especially for families.

This is adequate budget accommodation. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. On the other hand, the room was quite small for 4 people, the air-conditioning didn't work, the shower flooded the bathroom floor everytime we used it and the breakfast was a little disappointing. The location is good and it is cheap, so ideal for a short stay if you're not planning on spending kuch time in the room (and don't need A/C!).

The check-in and checkout was fast and friendly. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but 1 min walk away is a very good boulangerie with coffe and great choice of bread and pastry.
