Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the railway station.

From the outside it is a little unassuming, but once inside the overall presentation is good, well designed to fit the space.

My room was great and the bed was comfy as hell.

Breakfast options on the sub-ground floor was also good.

Nothing to complain about. If I was ever coming back to Strasbourg, I’d happily re-book.

The Ibis is very close to the train station which is what I needed, and it was extremely quiet. The air conditioning worked great, the breakfast was fine but not sensational, the staff were friendly.

Pleasing property with 24hr coffee and tea available. Hot shower with strong pressure. Front desk was fine , but wireless was non-existent. If you really need wireless, then this is not the hotel for you. Otherwise, it worked well.

No aircon

They completely switch off the aircons in the middle of September saying it's not hot anymore and advised to sleep with an open window (seriously!), which means you have to let all the street noise in. Also, every morning a guy was working around the hotel and was spraying something with a very strong chemical smell. Thanks we don't have any allergies.

Friendly staff and good location

The room is quite large, too large for one person but good size for 2 and even 3 persons. It is exactly a cozy double/triple room. Hotel staff are very friendly to offer good services and speak fluent English. Free coffee offered on the ground floor is a bonus point. The hotel is right opposite to the Strasbourg central station, with lots of restaurants and several supermarkets nearby. The furniture inside the room is functioned very well but also obviously worn out which makes it not so decent. There are sufficiently bright lights in the room, which I like it very much.

Convenient location

Easy access from the train station. Very early check-in possible as the room was available. The area is convenient and busy with a lot of foot traffic from the train station to the city center which is a few minutes away on foot. The room feels small as the layout is not ideal. Breakfast offering is good value.

Very handy for the station and the city centre. Breakfast buffet was fine, though a bit limited compared to some ibis hotels I’ve stayed in. Tea and coffee (and apples) available free round the clock in the lobby - rather than kettles in rooms. But overall very comfy and friendly.

The property overall is very good, but it’s not accessible by car and we were unable to unload/load luggage. In addition, it has no parking nor a close by parking that requires one to walk a distance with luggage. Otherwise, including the breakfast, it's wonderful to stay at this place

The location of the hotel is perfect when arriving from the the central train station. You can walk to the petite France, and walking distance to the restaurants etc.
The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. One negative point is the strong perfume smell in the hotel lobby that was triggering my allergies to scents.
Overall happy with my stay.

Perfect for a short stay

Perfectly located for those who want easy access to trains and public transport, it is a low budget family friendly hotel. I stayed for two nights with my daughter and we both loved it. It felt like home. The rooms are tiny, but we only slept there. The breakfast area is beautiful, the selection is ok, there's fresh orange juice which is rare. There's complimentary coffee and tea all day long in the seating area. The receptionists were all very friendly. We loved our stay.

Conference stay in Strasbourg

I stayed at the IBIS Styles as I was attending a Conference in Strasbourg. The main reason why I booked the hotel was that it was offering a breakfast as part of the overall price, which was good. The location beside the train station is also good because it offers a quick access to the station and the hotel will hold your bag after you check out. Which was great as it allowed me to visit some sights in Strasbourg. The free coffee in the lounge as also a good selling point as it allowed me to relax, read and have as much refreshments as I wanted. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Next time I am in Strasbourg I will be staying here as its also close to Little France and the other great sights. I

Nice cosy hotel, near to the train station

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's a basic hotel, but room is clean and really cosy. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They provide free breakfast as well, it's quite ok if you're not fussy.
Location is great, just 3 min walk to the train station.

Clean hotel close to Christmas Market and across t

10 minutes walk to the Christmas Market area. I found it expensive for the very small room but am sure the price was jacked up due to the events in town. Make sure you do not stay in a room on the road...very noisy and garbage trucks started running at 0500. Shower is very small. When you turn you turn the water controls. Room was very hot...0C outside and I had a hard time adjusting the temp. I opened the window which compounded noise. Very friendly reception. Breakfast was included and was good..they have a fresh orange machine.

great hotel, good service, highly recommend.

Really loves hotel IBIS style in Strasbourg. It is more chic and stylish than regular IBIS hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable. Evan it is just across the main train station, but very quiet at night time. Close to everywhere, good breakfast, 24 hours coffee and tea in the resting area.

Very practical place to stay -- room tiny, slightly odd décor (NY skyscraper mural on the ceiling, so if you catch a glimpse of it you feel dizzy -- not pleasant!); tiny but functioning bathroom. Clean, nice bedlinen, comfy bed, and reasonable breakfast included. All prepaid and included so no need to wait to checkout. Not glamorous or roomy, but clean and correct and well-located, which during a Parliament week, is already pretty good. Would not recommend for families as rooms too tiny. Free WiFi worked fine.

Quirky and convenient in Strasbourg.

My daughter and I visited Strasbourg for 3 days. This hotel with its funky interior was within walking distance of the train station, restaurants and the meeting point of our day trip. Although the room was quite small, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

We spent about 3 nights in this cozy hotel...it is really near the train station and to all the tourist spots....hotel also provided train timetable which is very useful for the tourist...apart from that,staffs are very friendly,helpful and able to speak english well...they could provide us much information regarding strasbourg and colmar..the only drawback is the room is not so spacious....

Got Transferred to Mercure Petite France

We booked ibis Styles Strasbourg Centre Gare but were told that their reservation system had an error and they had to transfer us to the nearby Mercure Strasbourg Centre Petite France Hotel. The Mercure Petite France hotel was fine (1 minute walk from ibis Styles) but there was no elevator to the room that we were given on the 3rd floor. The layout of the room was a bit strange with two doors (one for toilet from the right and one for the sink on the left) both accessing to the shower in the middle of the room. Breakfast was adequate and food was being constantly replenished.

Good location, decent room

I needed a room near the train station. This hotel was appropriate for my purpose. At check-in, there were many people checking in, and looked a bit chaotic and worrying, but I got a room in the back of the building as I requested a 'quiet room'. The bed was comfortable size and firmness and air condition worked when I checked in. Only later when I came back from evening walk at 11pm, this air condition stopped working. The reception staff had left already at 11pm. So I had to sleep without it. with the window open, it was ok, but there was some noise.
Overall the room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, I was happy. The room maybe a little tight for two people, as some commented already.

Breakfast is good, location is good, but the room is really really small. There is only about 30 cm distance between bed and toilet door. The bed is facing the toilet door, which is not very comfortable (at this very narrow distance!).

Only 100 metres from the Railway & 200 m from Rue Grand & 350 m from Petite France. Reception & House staff very friendly & efficient on booking in, check-out staff not so (kept answering the phone while we waited). Cold Breakfast is included in tariff and of a high quality including freshly squeezed orange juice (as you wait). Room has a glazed window eliminating the noise from the busy street below. Window can be opened. Sleep quality is excellent with new beds & extra pillows. Rooms are small with a quiet air cond. Bathroom was very clean, though on the small side. TV with BBC CNN Bloomberg & 50 French channels. No Tea & Coffee in room, though available 24 hrs a day from Guest lounge. Free Wi-Fi. No room safe! Elevator is very small, two person size, sans luggage.

It takes only 1 minute to walk between the train station and the hotel. The room was clean but small. The most serious problem was small insects in the room, which was very annoying. The air conditioner did not work. The buffet breakfast was OK.

Strange Decor; Small Room

Entering the hotel, we seemed to be in an airline check in centre. The woman on the desk encouraged us to enter. I assume we were not the first to think we had somehow gone in the wrong door. Airllines were was of the themes of the fairly busy hotel decor. The room was small. It was very difficult to avoid tripping over luggage (and we were not travelling with any large suitcases). There was a nice shelves and hanging unit at the entrance to the room which helped make the room usable. The twin beds were two single beds shoved into the space for a double bed. The door to the shower room was inches from the side of one of the beds. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful and available until 11am.

We were in Strasbourg for just one night and the hotel was in a prime location near the central train station, which made getting around the city very easy. The staff was friendly, room clean and cozy, and the experience was pleasant. There were a few small repairs in process which is why the condition wasn't rated 100%, but they really didn't impact our stay at all. We enjoyed the selection for the breakfast, along with the nice benefits of free wifi, coffee and tea. We would enjoy staying there again on our next visit.

All Seasons Hotel, Strasbourg.

Biggest surprise was that the hotel was part of the
huge ACCOR group. Everything about the hotel was
outstanding; such as two layers of double glazed
windows kept all sound out; helped by hotel being
in a pedestrianised street, 3 minutes walk from the
station. Free breakfast buffer was excellent in the
range of foods displayed, and the quality; including
being able to squeeze your own orange juice. Staff were both friendly and helpful in their advice about
the city and restaurants. To sum up - wonderful!!!

The hotel's location is very good, being just yards away from Strasbourg station. The rooms are very small. Forget the proverbial cat, you don't have room to swing a new born kitten. Having said that, if you just require a place to sleep and will be spending most of the time going around Strasbourg, this place fits the bill.

Room was clean, but a bit narrow. Only little noise from the pedestrian precinct during the night. Breakfast was good however the breakfast area was a in the cellar and a bit to narrow.
Staff was very friendly and supportive!

Für Preis okay und Frühstück ist gut.

Doppelzimmer ist sehr klein. Eine Store am Fenster hat nicht funktioniert, das war schlecht, weil aussen gleich das hell beleuchtete Reklameschild des Hotels aufgehängt war. Wenn Wind ging haben die Fahnen auch direkt ausserhalb meines Zimmers laut gequietscht.

Hotellet låg väldigt bra till, speciellt om man skall resa vidare med tåg.
Frukosten var finfin, men stort utbud och blandade godsaker.
