My only negative is the breakfast is too expensive, I wouldn’t eat a buffet breakfast just coffee and croissant or similar so didn’t partake of breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located across the Old town, Petite France and Christmas markets. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby. The hotel ambience was beautiful. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was large, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They offered a wide variety of food options. Service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Strasbourg.

Our room was amazing. They actually upgrated us (we did not even ask) and we got a very nice big room with a nice big window on the courtyard (see the big window on our picture). It was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. The service was great all around the hotel. Everyone we interacted with made you feel they were here to make your time better and they were very eager to help you with all you needed. The breakfast was amazing, only using very tasty local products. There was a lot of choices. The decor of the hotel was really nice. The hotel location was very good as well, close to the cathedral and we felt safe in the area. We had no issues. We had a great stay and will definitely come back on a next trip in Strasbourg.

The entire staff were remarkably supportive and friendly. The hotel is incredibly charming and welcoming. Even though the hotel is not updated it has everything you need including a restaurant and nice bar. They actually had a piano player in the evening one day and it was amazing! I highly recommend this Hôtel which is walking distance to its glorious cathedral!!

Historic building, great location, awfull staff

A truly beautiful building refurnished with taste in the bar and lounges. Our room, the best and most expensive was large and with a nice balcony. Unfortunately the decor was not what expected. All the furniture seemed kind of thrown into the room at random. The bathroom, french style, is dated and very unconfortable. The wc in a true \"closet\" with no sink behind 5 meters away from the rest of the toilette seems not higenic at all by any standard. Confy bed, not king size, no selection of pillows was not up to a 4 stars hotel in Europe. Trust me, I spent over 200 nights a year touring Europe at 4 or 5 hotels. Beskfasf was ok, a little boring for a 4 nights stay. But what is a real shame is the staff. They barely take care of you! The front desk guys are all the time talking or paying with their i.phones, exception made to the very nice man how takes care of your lugagge. Bar staff is awful. During breakfast day after day they kept asking us to show the keys of our room. And it's not such a large hotel not to remember the only two women who stayed 4 nights on a row. The WORST of all was the bold man in charge of the bar in the evening. So so rude! The fridge in the room hardly works so we needed to ask for ice to have a simple Coke Zero kind of cold but he refused to give any, despite having an ice making machine that provides plenty. Had to write to the manager to get some ice. A real waste because the location and the original building are outstanding.

We had a very nice overnight stay while we explored Strasbourg. The hotel is in great condition, the room and bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel..

The balcony overlooking the charming courtyard was awesome. There are plenty of public spaces to gather in and the bar is friendly. I can only imagine how adorable this hotel is in the summer with flowers spilling over the window boxes.

Strasbourg Dream

The perfect whimsical hotel to live out your Strasbourg dream getaway. Loved this hotel and its stylings. The staff were very nice. I will say I booked the prestige level room which has the idyllic view into their gorgeous courtyard. That was everything for us. Without that, I’m not sure if it would have been the same. It’s not located in the very popular Petite France area of old town, but it’s still very walkable to everything inside of 15 minutes.

A Gem of a Hotel

There are two ways to enter the Hotel Cour du Corbeau, through the main entrance on the small side street, or through an alley off of the main road. We made the mistake of walking down the alley, and it was not inviting. Did we just make a terrible hotel mistake??? The answer to the question is No!!!! Hotel Cour du Corbeu is a small gem of a hotel. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. Everything was perfect: Location, Food, Staff, Rooms. I would jump at the chance to visit Strasbourg again and stay at the Cour du Corbeu.

check in was awful. no one to greet or park the car. asked for restaurant recommendations and it was as if we were the first to ask the question. the price was ridiculous for the room: the bathroom is separate from the shower with no sink in it. no hair dryer in the bathroom. sparse cold furniture . google maps doesn’t take you to the front of building. poor location overall. sad about it

Its central location allowed me to zip to many places whether the history museum, the cathedral or even Petit France. Nearby my needs were met at a small grocery store, tram station and comfy restaurant for outside sitting. Everyone was helpful and gave me great suggestions for restaurants for my birthday celebration!

Room cleanliness and amenities were great. The staff was very nice and the breakfast offerings were excellent.
The only concern my wife and i had was the very slippery (unsafe) condition of the bath tub and shower. We both almost slipped and fell on more that one occasion and there are no hand rails for exiting the tub, which made it even more dangerous....this should be addressed, innmy opinion.

The hotel has a wonderful appearance, as many of the original 1500s features are still visible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is easily walkable to the old city and departure point for the river excursion boats. The buffet at first seemed pricey, but was worth it - good service, delicious food. I will stay there again on my next visit to Strasbourg.

Historic property. Just over the bridge from the oldest part of town. Room was spacious. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff great. Getting to the hotel by car could have been challenging but the hotel provided terrific instructions. There is a valet on site which we used. I really believe this was the best hotel choice we could have made in Strasbourg.

Great Hotel that’s impossible to find

Great hotel great location impossible to get to by car. Took several tries just to try to find the street and had to call the hotel to have them walk us down the street to find the location. We then used valet parking because there was no way we could get in or out of where that hotel was again with the car.
But everything else about the place was great

This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. Room and bathroom were roomy and beautifully decorated. The only issue was footfall noise from the room above. Otherwise great service. I’m sorry I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the breakfast or a drink in the beautiful courtyard.

A perfect stay in Strasbourg

This is a beautiful hotel dating to the 16th century. The architecture is amazing and our room was large and in excellent condition and well appointed. It was a premium room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. We were so impressed with the kindness of the personnel and their efficiency. It was enjoyable to have a pre-dinner cocktail in the peaceful courtyard. Everything is in easy walking distance from the hotel. Our only one slight criticism is that the AC was a little weak, but the outside temperatures were in the 90’s. We did not ask if there was a way of “fixing” it because everything else was so perfect that it really didn’t bother us.

This place is absolutely charming. The room was comfortable and more upscale than I was expecting. We were only able to stay one very short night, having to leave to catch a train at 5am, but I very much would have liked to stay longer. This is where I will stay in Strasbourg each time I visit.

Amazing floor plan for families

We stayed in a suite and it was perfect for our family of four! Finding suites that accommodate families is sometimes tough in Europe. This floor plan was amazing and gave everyone room to be comfortable. The hallway between the bedroom and the living room with the pullout sofa was awesome. The staff was exceptional, the property clean, the breakfast was definitely worth it, the location was spot on…I can go on and on! Amazing property for our family holiday.
