Overall great experience. Spacious rooms with plenty of amenities and an attentive staff. I only have one complaint - this hotel seems to be suffering from a rather severe fruit fly infestation. Get that under control and you deserve every one of those 3 stars.

Overnight stop, lovely welcome, superior room very spacious and clean. May get hot in the Summer. Clean bathroom with complimentary goods. Best to have a room away from the lift, which makes a bit of noise. Recommended as a good place to stay. Central location.

We just spent 2 nights at the Lutetia in strasbourg and the hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The lobby is cozy and intimate. We did not have the breakfast but it looked varied and appetizing. It is located in a quiet residential area with good access to public transportation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
An added bonus for kashrut observant guests : you can order kosher breakfast ahead of time . But we did not know about it so we took advantage of the many kosher restaurants located a very short walking distance of the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back on our next trip to strasbourg

An honest review for an honest hotel.
I booked my hotel about two hours before arrival and staff had my requests printed by my arrival. The service was exceptional and the hotel was comfortable. The German architecture if you’re staying in the 7th floor is something to get use to but fun to experience given your windows are skylights. Overall modern decor, I would stay again for the quality vs price.

Great little hotel - well worth the money
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to speak English with me as I can’t speak much French beyond Bonjour. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing - the three things I look for in any hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Strasbourg.

A lovely hotel. Warm, friendly staff, great location just across the river from the old town, an easy 15 minutes walk. The hotel is on the same street as the Egyptian House, and the streets on the way to Parc L'Orangerie are full of Jugendstil/Art Nouveau gems. Breakfast was superb and on 2 evenings I decided to have a light meal in the bar which was reasonable. Room was clean, bed comfy and well heated.

Very well kept, clean and quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Not in the old city centre but still in walking distance. Room with an individual style which chain hotels in the same class do not have. Recommended!

Last minute reservation made and arrived very late in the evening - but we were warmly welcomed ane got a free upgrade to superior room with a magnificent view on strasbourg's cathedral from the balcony. The breakfast was also great. Everything was confortable. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a junior suite, which was good sized and comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet residential neighborhood, an easy 15 minute walk to the center of Strasbourg. Good king size bed and nicely appointed bathroom.

Small friendly hotel in quiet location but ideal for visiting Strasbourg's old centre. Facilities clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and excellent continental breakfast. My only complaint is that the (free) wi-if was unreliable.

We had a room on the first floor which was clean and had a comfortable bed. There were two drawbacks the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. So bad it was giving me a headache and the hallway to the room also smelled of fresh cigarette smoke daily. It was my understanding we were in a non smoking room, so not sure why. We also could not get WiFi in our room. If we wanted to get Wifi we had to go to the lobby which got a little ridiculous after three days. Although we really didn't want to hang out in the room due to the cigarette smell. It was a cute hotel with nice staff but when you are sensitive to cigarettes it's not a great place to stay from our experience. Maybe ask not to stay on the first floor if you book here.

A good choice for Strasbourg
Close to the attractions, in a quiet side street off Ave Vosges the hotel offers great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated, the ensuite bathroom was on the small side but adequate for our needs although the shower was smaller than we would have preferred.
The staff were extremely helpful and their english was better than my french thankfully. In all a very good choice as a base for exploring Strasbourg.

It is a nice hotel. I spent one night with my boyfriend. The room was clean. The only thing is that the was no shower curtain or protection, so the bathroom was a mess after you shower.

Watch out for rooms with no windows!
Expedia economy rate room is on the seventh floor (elevator goes to six) and the rooms have no windows only skylights. I think we were in the old servants quarters! Other than that it was fine.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The street was quiet - we had a beautiful view! Parking was difficult - there is street parking but easier if you just don't have a car.

Hotel staff on reception were helpful on arrival and gave me a city map. Room was on the 7th floor so under the roof with Velux windows but very clean and tidy. OK for one person and a reasonable price. Hotel is about 12 minutes walk from the Cathedral or otherwise you can get a tram or bus.
Breakfast was self-service with are a reasonable choice of pastries, bread, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, fruit juice. Dining room was clean and modern.

Hidden Gem in Strasbourg
What a great surprise! I had booked this hotel purely because it was close to where I was working. The pictures and the google street view left me thinking it'd be average at best, how wrong I was. It's very clean, and well maintained, with cheerful staff. The location is quiet but Strasbourg is small enough that its a short walk or tram ride to the best parts. I noticed the hotel sign had 2 stars and so did the key fob but this hotel is certainly between 3 and 4.... closer to four... breakfast buffet good too.

L'hotel e' molto distante dalla stazione centrale ma non molto lontano dal centro, la camera benche' pulita presentava la moquette tutta macchiata, quindi il primo impatto non gradevole; Nella prenotazione confermata la camera comprendeva il minibar, che abbiamo trovato vuoto e non funzionante , l ' abbiamo fatto presente ma senza nessun risultato,così anche L' acqua minerale gratuita (in bottiglia) solamente il primo giorno (andrebbe precisato). Es ist einfach zu erreichen vom Bahnhof mit Buslinie 10, das Zentrum und Petite France kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen und Richtung Europä. Institutionen gibt es eine Tramhaltestelle eine Querstrasse weiter. Bei unserem nächsten Straßburg Aufenthalt, würde ich jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte, mi sono trovata molto bene. Stanza appena rinnovata, non grande (era una stanza singola) ma ottimamente progettata e arredata e davvero confortevole. Wifi funzionante e accessori per caffè e tè. Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione strategica, molto vicina al centro storico e ben collegata al quartiere europeo, poco distante. L'unica pecca era un po' di odore di vernice fresca, evidentemente la stanza era appena stata ridipinta. Suggerirei di mettere a disposizione qualche bustina di caffè e tè in più, io ho trovato solo decaffeinato...
