The hotel was away from the downtown area, which was fine given that the Christmas market was going on. The room slept three people which bedroom that able to be isolated from the rest of the room for privacy. The Bathroom had a wonder bathtub to soak in.

Area was very scruffy litter wise and mattresses dumped in the street. Parking was a few streets away so not very convenient, although to be fair, you can park outside for a short time to load and unload.

We loved our stay at this property! My sister is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. The room and bathroom were accessible with a roll in shower. We loved the breakfast in the morning. The staff is very helpful and made our stay perfect!

Lovely hotel and the rooms were a good size. Appreciated the air conditioning. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral/central area so that was the one downfall after walking all day. Really no dining dinner options which is ok if you don't mind a push to get back into the old town. We didn't use the parking as we left our car in Kehl Germany.

We stay over during the Christmas market at the Villa D'est. The hotel had a great location close to town. The staff were welcoming. All was perfect, from the room size, bedding, breakfast etc. We will definitely stay there again if in Strasbourg.

All Staff are friendly, room is comfy, Parking lot is in another place, and it's a little bit small, but nothing to complain for, we saw a SUV parked in, so I guess any basic size car can fit in too. There's a small temporary parking space for people just arrived for check in.

Barely four star hotel. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioner was delivering just air not cooling and it was hot. The water on the sink was not going down as it should. There was no fridge in the room. I had been upgraded to a superior room which was nice of them, but can not imagine how was the standard one. Price and the room were no match.

Just an one nighter. We were upgraded to suite at no extra cost which was nice. Despite our best efforts, with the kind assistance of the staff, we were not able to connect with the wifi. Also parking can be a problem in that area. However, given the hotel situation in Strasbourg this hotel is overall a good choice.

The hotel did not honour the room category booked on Expedia. I had booked a 'superior' room but the hotel was fully booked, so they gave me the only available room just next to reception on the groundfloor, a 10sqm room overlooking the sidewalk, no tub (i.e. per the 'superior' description) and no available parking, also a deceptive ad. The receptionist was useless, refused to cancel/refund, wouldn't call Expedia nor his manager, just apologised profusely and offered me a drink (??) to disuade me from complaining. Outrageous!

STRASBOURG FRANCE WEEKEND
We selected a Best Western property on a last minute trip to Strasbourg. We know the brand in the states and it lived up to its reputation in Strasbourg. We were welcomed by a young woman who showed us the handicapped rooms available and secured a parking space by the front door. When I asked about laundry facilities she said the laundry was closed for the day but she would see what she could do. We had been on the road for two weeks and needed clean clothes. The following morning she presented us with two bags of clean clothes. She also suggested three restaurants close by for dinner and made reservations for us.
The following morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast spread. A little pricey at @15 euros each but outstanding quality. We recommend this property highly.

This is a clean, charming and inexpensive hotel in a convenient location. Our room was air-conditioned, and also had windows that opened. Decoration and furnishings were tasteful. The bathroom had both a tub and a walk-in shower. The lobby and lounge were pleasant, and there was an outdoor courtyard and patio. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very quite, although near the road. it takes you around 12 minutes to get to nearest tram station, but I like to walk, so no problem for me. Very helpful and positive staff. Wifi is very good. Rooms are quite small and overlook busy roads or backs of not very attractive blocks of flats. Bathroom had a bath and handheld shower. Ongoing multi-story building work across the road.
There is a breakfast room with a small pleasant breakfast at Euro 20 - not inexpensive! There is no restaurant and if you need something to eat in the evening you are offered 'frozen food that I can heat up for you to eat in your room.' I declined.

This hotel was close enough to downtown and the convention center that it ended up being convenient for us, affordable and very pleasant. It was perfect for us. We did pay for street parking for the night before we checked in and found out that we would have preferred to park in the hotels garage. But no problem, just wanted to let others know.

Easy to park in the side streets next to the hotel (we only paid until 7pm sat night and then it was free all night and Sunday). Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful from arrival through to departure. Rooms are massive and very clean. Breakfast was of a very high quality and again staff were really nice. After we checked in we went for a stroll into the old city which took less than 10 minutes and is basically a straight walk from the hotel. We used this as a stop off on our drive back from Austria, but are likely to return here for a long weekend for the xmas markets.

Overall it was a good experience! Hotel staff speaks English, if you don't speak French. Make sure you pick a room according to your needs, because my room was the smallest one they had, could barely turn around, but it was enough for me. Headboard for the bed was a cloth one and not very clean, other than that very nice clean room.

Visited Strasbourg for a conference. A warm welcome each day when returning. Staff very friendly and informative. Hotel in a quiet part of Strasbourg but not too far from the centre of the town, rivers and canals. A bit of an eyesore of a building across the road but this did not really detract from the pleasant stay.

We spent a comfortable few days at this hotel. The area is a bit run down with the buildings opposite being in a poor condition and on a busy main road junction, but the hotel was beautifully presented and quiet. All the staff were friendly, polite and spoke excellent English. The bed was very large and very comfortable, and there was a small sitting area. Free wifi but the access code had to be renewed every day for each individual phone/laptop. The bathroom was almost painfully white and bright! Unfortunately the shower was only hand held which I find very frustrating! We didn't have the breakfast, preferring to find something in town (cheaper!). Hotel parking is available but needs to be booked in advance, at extra cost. However parking is available on the street outside, for loading and unloading.

It's a good hotel and the staff is very nice. But the location of the hotel is not that good. At night there is not much activity nearby and one has to walk long distances to find something reasonable.

This was a lovely hotel for a reasonable price for Strasbourg! We booked it only a week before with instant replies from their email address. It is a little bit out of Strasbourg centre (20minutes) but you don't really notice it! It also had car parking available at an extra cost but you need to email before hand to reserve your space! The car park was a little spooky as there were no lights! But a great stay otherwise:D

This hotel is well located within easy walking distance of the historic centre and far enough away to be easy to drive to. The rooms are extremely well furnished and looked after. The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful.

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel room was clean and nicely renovated with historic atmosphere. Enjoyed the breakfast. This hotel is close to the station and sightseeing spots but its surrounding is not picturesque. There are two abandoned modern buildings in a huge lot across the street. Personally, it was not a problem to me because I rented a car at the station and wanted to avoid clouds. You park the car in front of the hotel, and still can go back and forth between the center on foot within 10 minutes.

Wonderfully Quaint Hotel in a Great Location
My family really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Our party consisted of 5 adults, and we had 2 connecting rooms. The hotel was quaint and very French. It looked very much like the pictures on your website but was actually better than expected. The bathrooms were really nice; the towels were thick and fluffy and there were towel warmers in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable with nice down comforters. The views from our rooms were delightful. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The location was great. The hotel is in a really nice neighborhood with several convenient restaurants. The walk to the center of town was short, and there was nearby access to the tram. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. We would stay there again.

The rooms are very small here but that is really the only negative. The breakfasts were very good although a but expensive. The location was off the beaten path but very walkable to the downtown area and petit France. The desk person went out of her way to help us with an issue that wasn't a hotel problem. I booked 3 rooms in September 2013. All rooms were of a good size, with good quality fittings. The rooms were quiet, clean and in good order. Staff were very professional and helpful at all times. Parked on the street without issue. We did not eat within the hotel thus unable to comment on food.
