Overall we had an great experience. Location was a bit distant from the city center but the hotel was situated right next to a tram stop. The city center was about 25 min ride one way. The hotel had very decent accommodations although the we wished that the separate toilet room could have at least a sink so we could wash our hands after doing our “business”. There were no close restaurants apart from the one within the hotel and maybe one cafe and one convenience store across the street so options are a little limited but then again we were mostly at the city center so we didn’t really get to explore the area. Definitely would rebook a stay there should i revisit Strasbourg again!

I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant served gourmet food without having to leave the property. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner.
The hotel location was perfect for catching the tram into Strasbourg and walking into the residential area to enjoy a local pub.

Room was super hot and right across the police station. Not much to do in the rare. The only reason we could figure that there was even a hotel in the area was the police station/jail. We did not even stay here but checked out immediately and went near old town.

I booked this hotel quickly after my original hotel cancelled due to COVID. We arrived after normal check-in hours but received detailed instructions on how to get in, no issues there. Room was large and clean, although a little basic. No air-conditioning but they did have a fan in the room - it was very warm though! Original hotel had AC but I guess I was too hurried to notice this one didn’t. Was fine for a quick one-night sleep though.

La personne de l'accueil peu sympathique ne nous croit pas tandis que l'autre prend la peine de venir avec nous pour vérifier. Photo à l'appui et Google ... effectivement, une punaise de lit et des traces noires sur le drap. Cependant, nous avons été mis dans une autre chambre ou cela semblait bon.

Great location with access to paid parking under the hotel. Steps away from a tram stop, which takes you all the way to the centre of old Strasbourg. Friendly reception staff and good continental & cooked breakfast options (for veggies & non). Cafes & small play park across the road. The hotel was really nice, being a good distance from downtown Strasbourg, but so accessible with the metro having a stop just outside the door. We traveled into Strasbourg one day and drove out to all the smaller Christmas markets across Alsace south of Strasbourg and the hotel location was great for that too.

Quick stopover in Strasbourg during our European driving holiday. Near perfect 3 star hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary sauna and other facilities. Only small negative point is that they debited my credit card for an additional 6 Euros - will found out why when we are back home. I recommend this hotel.

I was in Illkirch on business and this hotel was an ideal place to stay, reasonably priced and well located for Illkirch and Strasbourg airport. It is in Illkirch town centres high is small and quiet, but the hotel restaurant is fine, although the restaurant next door is better.

The hotel was recently refurbished with a new extension, so the rooms are new and well equipped.

Reception is not 24 hours so if you are arriving late (after 11pm, call ahead and they will make arrangements for your arrival).

I have stayed in this hotel with my family including kids (10, 15 yrs). The room was big enough to stay (as it is duplex) and the furniture and facility inside the room was fine. The bed was comfort and toilet/shower was also good. Actually, I expected the room has the kitchen and indded there was but it was locked and discovered I need to pay 70Euro for cleaning and on top 10 Euro per day extra if I want to use. they said it was for more than 1 week which I never been informed before. I prepared some food to cook in vein. 5 Euro per day parking at the hotel but you can easily find parking spot just in froint of the hotel. (Night is for free and the day you need to put the disc and update every hour)

Great hotel to stay; business and personal purpose

Only issue: on Tuesday evening, we had approx.10 tables outside. I had to wait more than 30mn to get my main course as I didn't order a starter (kitchen too slow or not enough staff to serve). The food was top quality especially the choucroute. I didn't really fancy the \"cordon bleu\" on Tuesday as the meat inside the crust was not well cooked and too much chewy.

We stayed here as it said it was out of the town, and it was. We did ask at reception how to get into the centre, she told us the number 66 bus, but what she didn't tell us was that we then had to catch the tram as well. Once we had worked it out we were ok.

The hotel itself was excellent, very clean, we were in the new extension and the room was fantastic.

The room was clean and comfortable, but small for three people. Easy and short drive to Sstrasbourg. No air conditioning! We were there in May and it was hot. Wouldn't stay without AC in mid summer. Staff was great. Nice lounge area downstairs with outdoor area. Good for drinks. Breakfast and dinner are expensive. Convenient free parking. Internet was a pain. Kept cutting out so had to sign on every few minutes.

Good for the quiet life

The hotel is nice, it's in a nice, very quiet, town. It's about a 10-15 min walk from the tram to take you into strasbourg. No kettle in the room (but this is france), but you get some water. Slight niggle in that they kept shutting the bar early. However, for some reason my euro adapter wouldn't work and the manager lent me another, which was very nice. Breakfast was as you expect from this star hotel.

Ha sido bueno estar en este hotel, en el baño el toilet siguió corriendo después, y fue imposible entender cómo ir dentro del edificio sin el mapa claro para los huéspedes. Nos han confundido con la policía de parking, nos han dicho que se cobran si aparcamos fuera del parking del hotel pero cuando hicimos el check out han cobrado un coste de parking (pero al final no hemos pagado)

Klassisches Touristenhotel der unteren Klasse. Umgebung, okay ÖPNV Anbindung direkt vor der Tür und auch sonst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Kleine Zimmer mit spärlicher und teilweise veralteter Ausstattung. Für maximal zwei Nächte okay. Das Frühstück war auch sehr spärlich, würde das Hotel nicht noch mal nehmen.

Negativ war jedoch die laute Umgebung. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufzug und oberhalb der Barterasse und das Altglascontainern vom Hotel. Hier wird leider vom Personal weit nach 23:00 Uhr keine Rücksicht auf Gäste genommen.

Il y a un arrêt du tram A au coin de la rue de l’hôtel (30 secondes de marche). Très pratique pour visiter Strasbourg. On y est en 20-30 minutes, dépendant de notre destination. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique, bonne option de restauration. On y sert la cuisine classique de la France. Les chambres sont propres, bon matelas. Seul bémol, le wifi est lent.

Bien situé et service au top

Une adresse à retenir. En plus d'être littéralement situé en face du quai de Tramway, l'hôtel est excellent. Rien à redire sur l'accueil. Notre chambre était superbe avec une très bonne literie. Côté salle de bain, il y avait même une douche à l'italienne et des toilettes séparées.

Pour terminer, le petit déjeuner était du même niveau que le reste. Bien que nous soyons arrivés 30 minutes avant la fin du service, tout avais été reassortis afin que nous puissions choisir parmis l'ensemble des aliments proposés. Tout ce que nous avons mangé était très bon.

Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.
