The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel was further from the main train station than ai thought. Being from the states I didn’t realize that there were 2 stations in Strasbourg. The room itself was so cute and quaint. The beds were comfortable, that bathroom was nice. The room was small so it was a little challenge with our luggage to open them up but it worked out. It was on the pricier side for being away from the markets and the center.

It was the perfect stop over for our trip from UK to Italy. We were arriving after 11pm but the instructions to get our keys was seamless. Breakfast was great and they accommodate animals. We travelled with two dogs and a cat. Would definitely want to stay longer next time as the location is amazing with plenty to do.

Kind of out of the way, through a security gate (which seemed to be broken for most of the time we were there). Basically a separate motel-style room with own front door, decent enough and no problems given the price. Parking can get a bit busy if you leave it too late in the evening to get back.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel s’est très bien passé. L’accueil a été excellent : même si j’étais arrivé en avance, on m’a immédiatement attribué une chambre. Celle-ci était confortable, un peu petite mais tout à fait correcte. Le déjeuner était délicieux, et j’ai aussi pris le dîner et le souper à l’hôtel — service et nourriture excellents. L’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une ligne d’autobus et d’une gare, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. Un séjour que j’ai beaucoup apprécié !

Hébergement situé à l’extérieur de Strasbourg dans un quartier populaire très calme, supermarché et restaurant à moins de 10mn à pied. Les transports en commun se trouve également à moins de 5mn et desservent le cœur historique de la ville. Hébergement propre et bien agencé, pommeau de douche obsolète (tartre) les deux seuls reproches il ne prenne plus les chèques vacances un comble! Et ils ont installé des bornes de recharge mais pas encore raccordées. Petit déjeuner complet dans l’ensemble.

Un hôtel très mal géré, du personnel non formé et incompétent résultat, il me font un prélèvement sur ma carte sans me le dire la veille de mon départ et le jour du départ je paye ma facture et cela passe inaperçu, maintenant l’hôtel fait le mort pour me rembourser le prélèvement sur ma carte de trop.

Hotel dans un parc au calme, bon état général, propre. Heureusement, le week-end était tranquille, car l'insonorisation de la chambre est inéxistante. Un problème avec le portail en panne qui a bien compliqué la vie de beaucoup de personnes. Mais bon, le w-end a été tout de meme tres agréable.

Μιλάμε για ένα μοτέλ στην ουσία έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης και δεδομένου ότι είναι οικονομικό μαζεύει κόσμο που δε σέβεται τους υπόλοιπους ενοίκους. Κατά τη διάρκεια της δικής μας διανυκτέρευσης είχαν μαζευτεί έξω από το δωμάτιο μεθυσμένοι που κάπνιζαν και έκαναν φασαρία στις 2 τα ξημερώματα.

We booked the hotel but never was able to do the Check In, on the confirmation it was mentioned that Check In is possibile till 11 PM and we reached hotel by 10:30 but the reception was already closed and no one responed o their phone number.
