Plus de table de chevet car on peut rien poser à côté de nous quand on dort on doit mettre par terre.🙁

Plus de clarté sur les tarifs car sur le site le parking payant est mal indiqué il faut allez dans les options donc quand on réserve sur le site on n’est pas au courant que le parking est payant .

Il y avait une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, pas de serviette de toilette (j'en ai demandé le soir même avant de sortir et à mon retour après 23h il n'y en avait toujours pas, et plus personne à la réception. Je les ai reçues le lendemain matin après les avoir redemandées. Il y avait également des cheveux dans le lavabo.

J'ai l'impression d'avoir été volé...
230 euros pour 2 nuits dans cet hôtel !!!! (tarifs exorbitants liés au marché de Noël de Strasbourg).
Chambres mal isolées (on entend l'extérieur).
Petit déjeuner ultra minimal et très vite vide (plus de croissants le deuxième jour).
Etroit, très étroit... nickel pour les distanciations sociales liées au COVID...
Bref... une horreur...

There is nothing \"Premiere Class\" about this most basic hotel - smaller rooms than an IBIS economy (snd we thought they were small!)

We are a Csnadian family of 3 (parents aged 50 and our 18 year old son) . It met our need to sleep one night (if you can sleep through the highway noise) We skipped the shower because it felt like a small trailer bathroom but we werr desperate for a place when our road trip did not go as planned, and we were able to book this that afternoon for the least cost we coukd fond last minute The staff and orher french people we met there were very nice and friendly (it seems to be mostly construction workers from out of town lodging there )

First room given had not been made since last people left! Second room some joker had turned the radiator to full so was too hot to enter. Last room perfect. Receptionist got angry when I refused the second room. She told me to take the room and leave the door open until it cooled down. But I didn’t have time to do that.

Avoid this hotel

They only have staff for check in and check out a few hours in morning and a few hours in afternoon. The computer they have to check in when no one is around does not work. The room smelled terribly. It was a combination of mildew and Lysol. I paid in advance to stay there 2 nights but I could only handle one. It was worth it to pay another hotel for the 2nd night. Would never stay there again. .I travel quite a bit and I would have to say this was one of the worst hotels I ever had.

We wanted somewhere with free parking so this hotel was fine. Compact room but you get what you pay for. Didn't see any of the staff as we did the automated check in and left quite early the next day. Room was clean and had the private bathroom we required so we had no complaints.

Arrived late at the hotel discovered that they had a kiosc to check in no problem I am used to the. We had to pay acording to the reservation another€ 0.45 tried 6 cards no succes. Payment refused. They had a phone no on the window but I don't speak french so no clue of what the lady robot on the phone was saying. A guest came down to help tried another 6 card of his own no succes. I was left with my baby and hussband with no room at 10 o'clock after we drove 600km. Our luck was that a french couple came in and understood english and I have explained to them what happened and they have called for me and managed to get someone thru to sort the problem out. Thanks to that french couple we managed to get into our room wich was not bad but the bathroom was just a small plastic box like in a van type of bathroom.

Perfectly acceptable in all aspects really - good price for the room, which had a bed and a bathroom :-) Bed was comfy enough; everything was clean; shower room was small but functional; proficient staff for check in and check out; breakfast was basic but perfectly edible.

We stopped at this hotel on our way across Europe. Although the room wasn't enormous, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The third bed (we booked a triple) was a bunk above the main double.

The hotel has secure parking and is close to Strasbourg's ring road, so it's easy to get to if you're passing through. There's a small garden at the back with picnic benches and breakfast is available for an extra 6 euros.

Car park full of vans when we arrived - some taking up more than one space. We had to park in a nearby car park for a shopping centre. When we left in the morning it was clear others had done the same. No one on reception when we checked out so we had to wait for a cleaner to be able to leave our key card.

My room was a little small but it was OK as I was on my own. My bed was smaller than a regular single bed so I fell out when I rolled over in the morning to get up. The Breakfast was very simple with a few basic items. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was adequate for a night's sleep.

This is close to the centre of Strasbourg, 5- 10 min drive. It is motel style with room door opening to parking lot. Full of trades men focussed on their work and quiet. The cramped rooms and good, but also cramped, dining room is not suitable for families. Location OK.

We have stayed at only one other Premier Classe hotel (in Thionville) & that was definitely better. However, staff were helpful, room was clean, & beds were comfortable. Wi- fi was free but slow, rooms not too soundproof & no air-conditioning making it a little stuffy on a warm night. Take away restaurant two minutes walk away. We used this as base to see the cathedral, before heading to the Black Forest in Germany. All in all, for the price, I think it's pretty good value, especially since it's no extra to have 3 people in a room.

Mad doorman could kill Us

First of all, there was locked entrance to the reception an sign there is possibility of automatic check in, but it doesn't work as the machine couldn't find Our paid reservation. When We tried to find somebody around knocking on the doors, a mad man Who cared after the hotel furiously got out from a room and We were sure He is going to kill Us(family with a 11 year old girl) shouting as a lunatic.We were scared to death. Please avoid this place and the mad staff if You don't like to risk Your life.

The electronic check in was a little confusing. The front desk is closed when you would typically check in (afternoon); I did not remember to write down my pass code from my email and I couldn't use the free wifi to read email because I didn't have a room number, I didn't have a room number because I didn't have a pass code. Rooms are small but adequate if all you need is a bed, a bath and wifi.

Reception was not open after 9 pm apparently because we had to check-in by using the machine at the entrance of the motel. Thankfully a lady allowed me to use her phone to call the motels helpline. Some guy arrived with our room card within a few minutes. Lots of noise outside our 2nd floor room because people were rudely chatting at 7 am. It was nice that they allowed pets.

Premiere Classe in Strasbourg: cheap, 1 night only

This place had friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Dante tram stop. It was very difficult to find, even with two different Google map directions. We had to ask someone for help. (Note, it's past the fast food restaurant Quick). The room smelled of stale smoke and when I returned home, the smell was still in my clothes. It was very small and not convenient. The only plus was it was very cheap. I am a college student and am used to staying in hostels, but even this hotel didn't meet my very low expectations.

This is a motel. I guess you get what you paid for. Not much to do in the surround neighborhood. Upon check in, the receptionist didn't want to answer any questions. We asked about internet and about parking, he gave us a few answers and kept telling us that it's all in the room. There is free internet in the rooms and free parking. Our room was located on the first floor and there was a man outside our window trying to look in. After my boyfriend yelled out the window what he is looking for, the man stood outside our door for a few minutes while we were standing there. This whole situation got me concerned for my safety, so I asked to switch rooms. I told the same receptionist what happened and he did not allow me to switch rooms as they are fully booked. As I asked more questions about the security of this motel, he began to laugh. I don't appreciate their staff laughing when I'm asking questions regarding my safety. I would recommend spending a few more dollars to stay elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel. The room was very bare. Didn't have soap or shampoo. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain kept touching me as I'm showering and the shower was so small that we kept spraying water at the door and water leaked all over the floor near the bed.

no frills but clean and with everything you need

Rooms are simple but have all the basics: good sized, comfortable bed, decent bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water at any time (but no hair dryer). And most importantly, it was very clean throughout. Also warm, The only thing I missed was a bit more natural light. But interior lighting is good and makes up for it. This is a total no-frills hotel but good value for money. Friendly, accommodating staff. Breakfast was simple but ok.

The hotel was very clean. The room is small - when it said three beds I was not expecting two single beds side by side with a single bunk over top of the two. This is a hotel for sleeping not for hanging out. There is no air conditioning and there is not a hair dryer in the room but we managed to do fine. The walk from the tram is 10 minutes but you walk everywhere in Strasbourg. We felt quite safe any time of day and there was a large shopping center quite near. The only problem was there was not a fridge in the room.

Arrivés le matin pour garer notre voiture, sans pouvoir accéder à notre chambre dispo à partir de 14 h (jusque là, tout est normal et pratique de laisser la voiture malgré un parking payant), accueil correct mais pas possible d'accéder aux toilettes ...!!! Il existe bien des toilettes à droite en entrant mais l'accès n'y est pas possible, même en demandant poliment à l'accueil. Comment fait on avec un besoin urgent? ...au fond du parking?

L’accueil à l’hôtel est bon et globalement acceptable.
En revanche, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur. J’ai payé 160 € pour deux nuits et je m’attendais à mieux.

Le bidet dans les toilettes était sale au fond, avec de la crasse visible, ce qui n’est ni esthétique ni agréable.

Il manque également des rangements pour déposer nos affaires. De mon côté, j’ai dû poser mes affaires sur les chaises ou la table. Il n’y a qu’un petit porte-manteau avec trois cintres pour deux personnes, ce qui est insuffisant.

Malgré ces points, l’ensemble reste correct.

Literie affreuse(attention si vous souffrez du dos, martelât très mou) Mauvaise insonorisation, petit déjeuné correct mais pas transcendant. Le point positif : Bien placé pour une soirée au zénith, permettant de se rendre à la salle à pieds(parking payant 4 euros/jour.)restaurations et magasins à proximité. Pour commencer par le positif, le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et très agréable. Par contre, nous avons été un peu déçu des prestations, notamment la salle de bain qui n'est pas montrée en photo sur le site et on comprend pourquoi... Côté ménage, c'était très moyen dans la salle de bain et que dire de l'odeur de cigarette très forte alors que ça devait être une chambre non fumeur. Nous avons dû acheter un vaporisateur de parfum pour pouvoir dormir ! Pour le reste, les chambres sont mal isolées, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors. Bref pas vraiment une bonne nuit...

Manque de prestations et inconfortable literie.

Literie très moyenne , matelas qui fait un creux au milieu très un confortable en couple. La tv , il manque plusieurs chaînes tnt France . Signaler a l'accueil le lendemain matin mais bon c'est un service manquant compris dans la réservation. C'est un hotel première classe pas un formule 1!!!!! . Je reverrai plus tard si c'est solutionner sinon je n'y reviendrai plus.

Tout est positif dans l'ensemble sauf qu'il faut quand même aller chercher à l'accueil les serviettes de bain et les rouleaux papier toilette alors qu'elle devrait être en place lors de la remise du Pass j'ai constaté également que votre hôtel fait payer le parking ce qui est très rare dans votre catégorie et tu peux de ce fait éloigner la clientèle

Chambre petite pas d’isolation thermique et pas de clim à fuir par temps chaud. Personnel pas très accueillant , buffet peu conséquent et au compte goutte.
