The hotel is modern, beautifully clean and in a great location with McDonalds/Lidl/Sushi Restaurant and Shopping opposite. Buses are across the road and it's about 10 mins away from the city centre.

The apartment was really clean. It should have few more pots different sized for cooking and small expresso cups as there is a coffee machine with coffee pots.
But all in all great stay, very comfy, big double bedroom and bathroom - we loved it!

My stay at Citadines Eurométropole Strasbourg was extremely disappointing. The staff, including the manager, were unhelpful and unprofessional. The parking gate rarely worked, the room had no heating, no amenities, and a constant wind noise. We were freezing all night, and housekeeping even entered our room without permission. There was no drinking water available, and the coffee machines at breakfast were often out of service. I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars, 1 star would be generous. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel late around 11.30pm to find a new member of staff on reception who could not get in touch with the Manager. We were advised that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for us! After waiting around 40 mins we were told that they had a room for us for that night and we would have to speak to someone in the morning about the other 2 nights!!? It was very stressful experience. It was resolved in the morning but so unnecessary! Room was clean, spacious and modern, however the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it and the shelf in the shower was placed in a very strange place which caught my shoulder/back every time I used the shower it was a H&S issue. There was no hairdryer in my room I reported this on first morning but this was never replaced. The bar was lovely but closed early and drinks and glasses were still on the table the afternoon after the night before we had them! Overall poor service levels although the property was lovely in style and parking was convenient. I would not stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. One of the best parts is the location: close enough to Strasbourg’s city center to get there quickly, yet far enough to avoid the noise and congestion. It’s the perfect balance if you want easy access to the sights without the stress of staying right in the middle of everything.

Comfortable, calm, and convenient—highly recommended.

Nice hotel but we were disappointed that that the pool costs extra 15 euros per person and no kids allowed after 5 pm, as we specifically looked for a hotel with pool access for kids.

The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not comfortable (mattress warped). The handheld shower does not have a hook at the higher position, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use and does not want to use the overhead shower. The location was okay, near a supermarket and food outlets.

Lovely hotel with good facilities

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg with public transport links closeby. There are bus stops just across the road and you can get into the City centre within 30 mins. Alternatively it is easy to get a taxi which cost us about €12.

There is also a McDonald's, Intermarche and a sushi restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The supermarket also has a petrol station.

The hotel has plenty of free parking in a two level underground car park with a lift.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room which was a studio room, had a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge with freezer compartment. There was also a selection of cutlery and cooking utensils.

The bed was clean and comfortable with power sockets to the side of the headboard.

The bathroom was clean, well maintained and had a good shower.

We had a minor issue when we checked in as the TV had a faulty screen. We chose another room which was fine.

We paid for breakfast which is served from 06:30 to 10:00 and consisted of a continental buffet but also had a selection of cooked breakfast as well.

The only negative was the cost of the swimming and spa. The swimming pool was €15 each for 2 hours.

Overall I would definitely recommend it if visiting Strasbourg.

Property was in top condition and we had a very comfortable stay for 4 days. Though it is slightly away from city centre it was well connected to the city centre which you could reach in 15-20mins. There are local grocery stores like Lidl and Inter Marché which was super convenient.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the location even though it’s a few mins out of the center. We can either walk a few mins to take the train into the center or Uber it. The hosts at the front were super friendly. Shoutout to Mona, thanks again for your kindness. Rooms were clean and spacious. I’d recommend.

Stopover stay only. Staff wonderful. Felt safe. Apartment sparse and feels functional, lacking some basics had we wanted to cook. Car parking a bit ropey if you have a tall vehicle or roof box. Getting to town requires walks / buses / trams or taxi. Gym very lightly equipped. Didn’t try pool (too expensive)

Room was clean, updated, with fridge and induction stovetop. mostly quiet. Downstairs area was modern. Parking was fairly convenient.
Sauna and Pool hours were 0900 - 2100, so if youre in town for dinner, basically unusable.
Street signs identify this property as outside Strasbourg, but still had to pay a city tax upon checking in.

We had a really good time at Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg. The on-site restaurant had an affordable Holiday 3-course menu that everybody should try. The local specialties were particularly delicious. The breakfast was generous as well.
I really enjoyed the bathroom that was very modern! Also, we were able to enjoy the spa amenities and we were delighted.
The only improvements I would suggest are that our fridge wasn't working (we noticed it just before leaving when picking up the food we bought). Also, my Dad slept well in the bedroom but my partner and I slept very badly on the convertible couch, both nights.
Otherwise the staff was very pleasant, the wifi was working well and it was easy to park in the underground parking.
We would come back, thank you!

Le principal avantage est le parking souterrain gratuit. En revanche au check-in comme au checkout notre accueil a été tout juste courtois. De plus, dans l’appartement : correct, lumineux, insonorisé, bien agencé, mais réservoir de gel douche vide (c’est mon mari qui a du le remplacer lui-même), sèche serviette qui ne fonctionne pas, confort du canapé-lit très limité, frigo qui fait un bruit dingue (du coup nuit très bruyante..). Mon mari s’est presque fait virer du petit dej car il s’était installé à une grande table juste avec mon fils, en attendant que j’arrive avec notre deuxième quelques instants plus tard. Le petit déjeuner reste correct malgré tout, rien d’extra mais suffisant. L’accès à la piscine est payant et réduit à 2h. Attention car les « créneaux enfants » sont encore plus réduits. Pour une eau pas très chaude au final. Pas d’attention du personne quand j’ai donné ces qq points à revoir, juste de l’indifférence.

La chambre etait bien rien à redire par contre il n’y a pas de prise à côté du lit il faut aller brancher son téléphone plus loin ça c’est embêtant.
Ce qui nous a vraiment embêté c’est que nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu’il y avait une baignoire et au final il n’y avait aucun bouchon pour pouvoir prendre un bain. Nous avons appelé la réception mais visiblement notre problème ne les intéressaient pas. C’est vraiment pas professionnel.

Je vous fais part de mon profond mécontentement concernant mon séjour dans cet établissement qui ne correspond pas aux standards de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité attendus.
J'ai constaté une absence de ménage à mon arrivée et durant mon séjour.
J'ai relevé la présence d'équipements cassés ou défectueux rendant l'utilisation de l'appartement partiellement impossible et renforçant l'impression générale de négligence et d'insécurité.
A plusieurs reprises j'ai averti la réception et l'équipe de ménage de ce manquement. Pour autant aucune action n'a été menée pour remédier à la situation.

Photo 1 : élastiques d'appareil d'orthodontie sous canapé lit.
Photo 2 : les canapés lits cassés dans les 2 appartements afin de bénéficier d'un meilleur confort les enfants ont dormi à même le sol sur le matelas,
Photo 3 : chasse d'eau cassée,
Photo 4 : poubelle cassée,
Photo 5 : un os à manger pour chien dans la gaine technique très poussiéreuse du WIFI,
Photo 6 : poussières +++ et chips sous le canapé lit,
Photo 7 et 8 : entrebailleur de fenêtre cassé dans le salon et dans la chambre de l'appartement 504,
Photo 9 : miroir qui se décroche du mur appartement 501. Les miroirs au dessus des lavabos ne fonctionnaient pas dans les 2 appartements....

Un mail a été adressé à Mr CANOVA et Me TEMERBEKOVA le 29/12/25 et une relance le 10/01/26 sans réponse de leur part.

Je souhaite obtenir un dédommagement, à la hauteur des désagréments subis.

Nice apartment, but horrible sofa to sleep on in the apartments. It is a good value for the price, but breakfast is limited to 1-2 sorts of cheese, only tomatos and cucumbers, one type of fruit, lots of breads. The staff in the morning was quick and helpful but in the evening service is very slow, although the venue wasn’t busy.
I loved the sauna, the swimming pool is very small and crowded.
I would skip the massage if you like it nice and warm, it was cold in the room during ours and it was shorter than in the menu. But the massage and facial were quite good.

Fica afastado da cidade. Estávamos de carro. A garagem gratuita foi um ponto muito positivo.

Hôtel confortable et bien situé, avec un accès simple. Dommage que l’accès à la piscine soit payant, une information qui n’était pas mentionnée dans la description. L’accueil, bien que professionnel, s’est avéré assez impersonnel et froid. En voyage en famille, on apprécie généralement une attention particulière et une écoute plus chaleureuse, ce qui a manqué lors de notre séjour. L’établissement fonctionne clairement comme une grande structure très fréquentée, principalement par une clientèle internationale.

La habitación era amplia, la cama muy cómoda y estaba muy limpia. La habitación también tenía una cocina bien equipada (con nevera, microondas, fogones y utensilios para cocinar) y un salón con una mesa de comedor. El hotel tiene parking interior gratuito; así que es ideal si vas en coche. El personal fue muy amable durante nuestra estancia.
Sin duda repetiremos.

Mehr Schein als Sein. Das Hotel sieht auf den Bildern toll aus, lockt auch mit dem schönen Pool. Der Pool ist aber im Preis nicht inbegriffen und der Zugang für Kinder nur bis 17 Uhr möglich obwohl er generell bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch - wir hatten noch nie so schlechtes Früstück in einem Hotel. Wer auf matschig kaltes Rührei, Bratwürste und Bohnen steht mag das evtl. anders sehen. Ein gesundes Frühstück sieht anders aus! Die Obstschale war halb leer und außer ein paar Pfirsichen und vergammelten Bananen nichts zu finden. Zusammenhefasst schönes Design des Hotels, alles Andere eine Frechheit! Nie wieder Citadines.

L’appartement est grand et très bien équipé, propre et la salle de bain super, le petit déjeuner est excellent, il y a un parking privé c’est pratique, et une piscine. Le personnel est moyennement serviable par contre ( aucune solution pour le coffre fort en panne) par exemple. C’est un peu excentré mais cela reste une bonne halte

ça fait plusieurs fois que nous allons à Oberhausbergen et je trouve à chaque fois l'accueil peu enthousiaste !
Cela ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner malgré l'accueil peu chaleureux !

Hôtel bien placé près d'un Parking-Relais en périphérie de Strasbourg
Chambre spacieuse avec une belle terrasse
Il n'y avait malheureusement pas d'eau chaude à l'évier de la cuisine, ni de sèche-cheveux mais cela n'a pas perturbé notre séjour qui fut très agréable

L'hôtel est charmant et propose habituellement de bonnes prestations.

Pour autant je ne suis pas du tout satisfait du séjour.
J'ai reservé à l'avance 4 chambres 'Studio' avec grand lit pour mon équipe et moi-même.

Des chambres à lits simples non jumelés ont été distribuées aléatoirement à l'équipe sans possibilité de changer auprès de la réception.
L'accès à l'espace bien-être (dont je rappelle qu'il est payant pour les utilisateurs d'hotels.com) était fermé pour entretien annuel (sans annonce)

Bien que la cuisine du restaurant soit remarquable, les quelques loupés ici et là, notament sur l'accueil, n'ont pas permis d'apprécier le repas.

Séjour agréable, spa à disposions pour 10€ de l’heure, restaurant. Petit déjeuné copieux à 18 €.
Agencement moderne et propre
Parking sous terrain gratuit et sécurisé
Personnel accueillant et professionnel.

Superbe spa, hôtel moderne et récent, très calme, facilité de parking, appartement lumineux et ensoleille, supermarchés à 100 m, personnel attentionné, le seul point négatif: le canapé lit qui n est ni confortable replié, ni confortable en lit

Todo excelente! Muy buen hotel y sus cuartos super limpios, amplios, y para mas de 3 personas mas que excelente. Un poco retirado del centro turistico pero si traes como trasladarte esta perfecto para quedarte! Personal amable!

스트라스부르 콜마르 여행을 위해 이 호텔에서 2박을 묵었습니다. 3인 가족이고 차량이 있어 시내에서 거리가 좀 있어도 문제가 없었습니다.

직원분들은 매우 친절하고 주차장은 넓습니다.
수영장 아주 좋고 아침 식사는 보통입니다.

부엌이 있어 가족 여행객은 좋을 듯합니다.
