Great hotel on the edge of the city. We used it as a base to visit the Alsace area. Rulantica is 45 minutes away. Colmar / pretty villages about 1 hour - 45 minutes away. Really easy to get into Strasbourg centre on the bus which stops about 2 minutes from the hotel - 15 minute bus ride to gare centrale.
Hotel itself very easy. Nice gym to use & friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Restaurant on site was delicious. EV charging very slow but gave us enough of a boost to move on to our next stop. We took a walk round the lake after dinner which was nice. Overall a very pleasant pit stop.

Never again!

Stayed here 3 nights, never again. Curtain torn, long blond hair in one of my towel, VERY noisy (doors slammed, people talking, bathroom use, terrible road noise). I had my ear plugs but I could FEEL the noise through the uncomfortable bed while trying to sleep! Fitness center is a joke…. breakfast is horrible for a French hotel…. Disgusting cold eggs every mornings is the worst example. Moreover the management is ghosting… don’t expect to have any feedback from them on any query! Many other better options in the area! 2 star hotel max, not 4 stars!

The interior was modern and well kept. The room was just enough space for our one night. A quiet walking path around a pond was right next door. There are a few different restaurants within walking distance, opening at 6 or 7. The price was very good. It’s out of town, with an easy frequent bus right out front.

Not sound proof, but accessible with free parking.

Parking is free and right in front of the hotel, if you come in the morning to early afternoon. Room was for 4 and was not comfortable unfortunately. The bathroom was shwoing acid stains in the bath tub. Tge toilet was creaking whenever you sat down. They did have a mini fridge, however the temp wasnt great. The room was definitely not sound proofed as you could hear people from nearly every direction!

The room was small even by European standards
They had a huge American size Queen bed that was too big for the room. We had less than a foot on each side of the bed to move around or open a suitcase. Drove us nuts
If they had a reasonable size bed for the room it would be so much nicer. Also, breakfast was terrible. They were out of eggs and bread. We asked for our money back. It is a new hotel, and very clean. The staff was friendly but need to get their act together to get a good rating from me.. Will not go back again

For a 4 stars hotel wasn't what I expected.
The room bathroom didn't have a proper/standar door. It had a hanging panel as a door that didn't close well. The bathroom panel/door is next to head bed. You can see and hear everything what is happening in the bathroom.

Everything was great. Comfortable room, and friendly staff. The only thing was that when we were ready to go to sleep we noticed mold on the corner ceiling. It was around midnight and the kids were already tucked in, so we knew moving to another room was not going to be an option. We were worried this would affect my kids sleep. Hen we brought it up to the front desk they just said it was humidity, but black mold doesn't happen overnight.

Nice hotel in a reasonable location. Very average rooms and nothing exceptional. Standard Rooms are quite small and congested though nice view of the lake. Breakfast is below average and there is always shortage of one or the other items and they do not bother to replenish. Only 1 waited for the whole dining room and very sluggish service.

I only spent a night in this hotel and I was very satisfied. The staff in particular was friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, nice and clean. The trash can was broken and a few small things were not totally perfect, but for the price it was a pretty good value. The hotel is accessible by bus from the main train station.

Nice for a single person

Fine hotel and up to date. The big issue is the lack of privacy when you are in the bathroom. There is a sliding opaque glass door that serves to cover a closet when in one position and the bathroom when slid. There are 3 inch gaps all around the sliding door so anything 'done' in their is completely heard by the other occupant of the room especially when that occupant is in bed. The bathroom is 2 feet from the bathroom. The room is only suitable or a SINGLE occupant unless you want to hear all the bathroom noises of you roommate

L'hôtel est super bien placé au calme vu lac avec transport en commun à proximité pour se déplacer. Le hall d'entrée est accueillant ainsi que la chambre elle est très chaleureuse bien décoré parcontre SVP attention à l'entretien de la douche et du wc!! Brosse WC dans un état !! 😱😱Bonne à jeter.. Ce sont des petits détails mais qui m'ont dérangé. C'est dommage car à part ça vous avez un magnifique hôtel avec un super restaurant que nous avons testés et qu'il mérite à être connu. Donc si vous plaît rectifier ses petits désagréments et tout sera parfait. .

Die Nacht im Hotel war sehr erholsam. Das Zimmer zur Seeseite war sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage arbeitete zufriedenstellend. Das Zimmerlayout mit Eingang zum Bad direkt neben dem Bett war ungewöhnlich und nicht sehr praktisch, aber ok. Die Betten waren gut, ebenso das Frühstück und die Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür, das Zimmer war daher etwas hellhörig, aber nicht störend. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
