Mais des clients en plusieurs familles qui étaient extrêmement bruyant et avec un manque totale de respect pour les autres. Du bruit jusqu'à tard 23h30 et tres tôt le matin 6h.. bref, cela motive ma note car l'hôtel n'était pas plein.

Can’t comment on the breakfast cos we didn’t have it but the hotel was great for a base to explore the Chris markets.

was overrun with drunks, someone was having a party in the lobby there was NO staff, and literally NO water. Not a fountain or anything. The vending machine had like three singular bottles of iced tea and that was it. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful.

For a stop would haven’t been so bad, but for two nights it doesn’t worth it. Room was tidied but not cleaned, or they missed the spider webs. Also, luckily the lights in the bathroom were working as the ones in the room and by the bed stopped after turning them on. Issue was reported to reception but nothing was done. Given that we were leaving the next day, didn’t care too much but quality of service is not so great. Definitely last time B&B experience..

Great place to explore Strasbourg and surroundings. Use the Park and ride to have a very reasonable ride in to the city centre or ither areas.

The hotel was a typical 2-star hotel. There was no kettle in the room and the sheets and spare blanket were not very clean. The blanket had some stains and a funny smell.

We stayed two nights whilst doing a road trip of Europe. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Great price and in a convenient location. Air conditioning or a room fan would have been great because it was so hot. At least the windows opened up very wide which was good. Nice selection for breakfast.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the railway station, with a good train service to the centre of Strasbourg. The hotel operates on a B&B basis and restaurants are a car ride away ( 5 minutes by car ) for an evening meal. Hotel was clean and functional and mainly catered for the overnight guest. We stayed 4 nights.

Le code donnée par la borne ne fonctionne pas. Je dois appeler deux fois la hotline et suis dépannée par un prestataire qui arrive par hasard. Cerise sur le gâteau : la chambre n'est pas faite et est très sale. Le linge usagé est toujours en place et n'a pas été remplacé, la poubelle n'est pas vidée et la chasse d'eau n'est pas tirée. Le prestataire arrive à me reloger dans une autre chambre mais je ne suis pas tranquille, je n'ai pas de code d'accès, c'est lui qui a ouvert avec son passe.

Pour pouvoir accéder à l'hôtel, en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la réception, il fallait un code d'accès par chambre, que vous ne m'aviez pas communiqué, j'ai dû passer plus de 20 minutes à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour joindre une assistance et enfin entrer, je suis très mécontent de votre service

Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes durant notre séjour. À notre arrivée à 13:45, nous avons dû attendre plus de 45 min dehors , car la machine d’enregistrement ne fonctionnait pas même à 14h, il fallait attendre car aucun personnel sur place. Une fois dans la chambre 16 , nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait que deux serviettes alors que nous avions réservé pour deux personnes, et aucune serviette supplémentaire pour le sol n’était disponible.
La fenêtre de la chambre est endommagée et ne se ferme pas correctement, malgré notre signalement. La porte de salle de bain est également abîmée, et l’eau coule partout dans la salle de bain lorsqu’on prend une douche. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées durant le séjour, ni le lit, et nous avons été piqués par des moucherons certainement car la fenêtre ne se ferme pas correctement.
Ce manque de confort et de réactivité est regrettable. Nous espérons une amélioration rapide du service.

O acesso não é tão fácil.
Entrega o que um ibis budge se propõe. A cidade na verdade é vizinha à Estrasburgo (o que já sabíamos na reserva), levando uma média de 40 minutos entre a estação central até lá. Importante dizer que depois das 22h não tem mais tram para aquela região, sendo o acesso somente por ônibus. Na primeira noite foi mais difícil o retorno depois do passeio, já que o google maps nos mandou por uma linha errada e o ônibus parou em um ponto 19 min antes do hotel, sendo o percurso por uma estrada escura. Por não conhecer a região optamos em pagar um uber. No segundo dia o google maps mandou a linha correta e paramos em um ponto praticamente em frente ao hotel, que por não ter um portão próximo ao ponto torna necessário andar uns 7 minutos em volta do próprio hotel para acessar o portão principal.

Das B&B wird immer schlimmer! Wir waren jahrelang Stammgäste im Roi Soleil, das war immer top, aber jetzt ist es sehr schlecht geworden und dafür zu teuer!
Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt neben dem Raum des Reinigungspersonals. Diese unterhielten sich morgen lautstark und polterten herum. Gefühlt war es das schlechteste Zimmer! Gefegt, Staub gewischt oder gesaugt wurde anscheinend nicht einmal in 3 Tagen, die Duschtür hat nicht mit der Duschwanne abgeschlossen, somit lief das Wasser dort raus.
Leider war die Rezeption nie besetzt, so dass man nicht um ein anderes Zimmer bitten konnte, einchecken musste man am Automat (um ca. 16:00 h).
Nur am Abreisetag war noch eine Dame mit dem Aufräumen des Frühstücks beschäftigt, der ich unser Leid geklagt habe. Sie war sehr nett und hat auch deutsch gesprochen. Ansonsten absolute Enttäuschung das Hotel.
Pluspunkt ist nur der kostenlose Parkplatz!
