Staffs were nice, friendly and informative. The hotel is old, more like motel, need up date and keep the outside area clean.
The bed and linen sheets are cleaned but the carpet was not so it’s smell musty.

This is a small hotel located outside of the city in a nice outdoor shopping area that look alike the outlet venues in the US. The room are smalls and provide for basic amenities. It is a good economical choice if you have a car as it is about 20 minutes by car from Strasbourg city center. Beds are not very comfortable but acceptable for a 2 nights stay.

Not upto the standards of other B&B hotels weve stayed in. Rooms are small and dark. The hardworking cleaning staff are on to a lost cause.The hotel desperately needs a refurbishment. The only positive i can give is that the WIFI is okay and a retail park is not far away.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in room 59. the room looked very good, however the next morning both our kids were eaten up by bed bugs. From head to toe covered in spots from the bugs.

Good quality B&B with plenty of parking spaces, conveniently located near Strasbourg and shopping area. The rooms are clean with good bedding and fluffy towels. Only the air con wasn’t cold enough in the hot weather. Friendly staff who let us check in on our arrival at 8:30am. The only negative point that made our stay less enjoyable was a group of noisy and disrespectful guests who behaved as if they were the only guests in the hotel - but this is not something the hotel can prevent.

had a handicaped room, heat was so high was frightening, not easy reaching under the table on top of said radiator and turn off the heat. had to help my friend with same problem. a group of people from the east were loud and drunk and shouted till bout midnight or something. the floor was dusty. shower curtain was too close to the shower head....i slept really well though.staff was really friendly, breakfast was alright

Agréablement surpris a l'arrivée, l'accueil est sympa, l'hôtel est bien placé, en arrivant dans la chambre, c est propre, bien équipé, salle de bain correct et fonctionnelle, une tv de belle taille, bref c est cool.
Seul gros problème pour moi, la literie qui n est vraiment pas top, une planche de bois comme sommier et un matelas pas très épais, au réveil, je ressents quelques douleurs.

La chambre est propre mais vieillissante,petite baignoire en guise de bac de douche qui résonne dans la chambre et les portes d entrée des chambres dont le groom est mal réglé,avec des voisins non discipliné cela fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu elle se ferme.

On y a pris 2 nuits, La Clim etait en panne et chambre tres chaude car sous les toits, la salle du petit dejeuner est toute petite, une vingtaine de places dans moins de 15 metres carré, et le premier matin on est arrivé un peu tard, il n'y avait presque plus rien, hotel situé en plein milieu d'une zone commerciale

Nous sommes très mécontent, nous avions réserve et payer une chambre de 2 adultes et 2 enfants sur internet 260€, le jour de notre arrivée nous avons du repayer 235,20€ car le responsable d’accueil na pas voulu venir faire son travail soit encaisse une provision et du coup il nous a dit de repayer et que le lendemain nous verions avec son responsable, du coup le lendemain nous avons vu son responsable et nous a fait un remboursement mais a ce jours toujours pas recu sur le compte. Fini pour nous cette hotel.

Dès notre arrivées dans la chambre nous n'avons pas arrêté d'éternuer, il y avait des cheveux sur le plafond de la salle de bain, le chauffage était sous une table donc impossible de chauffer la chambre.

För ändamålet att bara ha en säng att sova i så var det väl OK. Sängen hade rena sängkläder och var hård (som jag gillar). Dock var rummet väldigt litet för två, small säng och knappt plats för att ställa två väskor på golvet. Duschen luktade mögel och var i stort behov av renovering. När vi sökte eluttag för att ladda telefonen hukade jag mig ner under det minimala skrivbordet och där hade det nog inte städats på många år. I tillägg blev vi mycket förvånade att receptionisten tog emot oss MYCKET FÖRKYLD. med rinnande ögon och nästa och möte oss med en stor nysning utan munskydd. I pandemi-tider gjorde detta oss mycket obekväma.

Meget slidt og uhumsk. Selv hotellet var meget slidt. Vores værelse havde tidligere haft noget der mindede om et indbrudsforsøg ved vinduet, hvor hullet så var blevet forvandlet til askebæger. På indersiden var gardinerne plettede af noget der lignede blod. Sengetøjet var dog rent. Døren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes. Der var ingen håndsæbe og Toiletpapir dispenser var i stykker. Der var aircondition, men den virkede ikke.
