You have to deal with a machine outside of a venue to get in and check in. There are three floors and there are no elevators in the building. So if you can’t handle stairs avoid that place. Rooms are super small. I was not expecting that from a hotel far away from a city center.

Hôtel au top comme habitude, chambre très propre, fonctionnelle et confortable pouvant largement faire face à des hôtels plus haut de gamme. Salle de bains correcte avec tout le nécessaire. Accueil professionnel et chaleureux, espaces communs avec boissons, snacks et petit salon pour se détendre au rez-de-chaussée au top. Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel, je recommande.

Das Zimmer war sehr feucht, was zu einem unangenehmen Raumklima geführt hat. Besonders störend war der Schimmel am Fenster. Zudem war die Toilette nicht sauber, insbesondere die Ecken und der Bereich unter der Dusche. Ich hätte mir eine gründlichere Reinigung gewünscht.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok, und ich hoffe, dass diese Punkte in Zukunft verbessert werden.

O quarto, apesar de pequeno, era bastante confortavel e limpo. Acesso ao estacionamento facil. Nao tomamos café da manhã no hotel. Preferimos tomar no centro historico (recomendo). O único problema é que o ar condicionado nao gelava o quarto (que era bem quente). Mas, como estava frio foi só abrir a janela.

Nada que ver con las imágenes y con lo que ofrecen de verdad es una gran mentira no lo recomiendo, desde que llegas al hotel no hay nadie que te atienda solo te dan una confirmación tu clave y con eso accesas a tu habitación pero si está sucia no hay nadie que te ayude sin necesitas algo.

El hotel no tiene ascensor, pero amablemente nos ofrecieron cambiar a planta baja, aunque no lo hicimos. Es muy justito de espacios, con un colchón muy cómodo, eso sí. El desayuno se queda escaso, no hay fruta, queso, jamón ni yogures, se echaban en falta. Pero para una o dos noches, está bien y bastante cerca de Estrasburgo.
