Really highly recommended.
In all honesty, our stay was first class - from arrival until checkout everyone was extremely helpful. The room was great but the restaurant and food & service was simply excellent. We will definitely return and next time will take advantage of the spa facilities.

Beware - everything closed on Mondays!
I only stayed the one night, a business trip, and discovered that the restaurant and bar were closed on Mondays! Not only this but everything else within walking distance was also closed....Ces't la vie....pleasant enough but...

This hotel appears to be run as an afterthought to the restaurant. The focus and the identity ride with the restaurant. Staff availability? Try the restaurant. Staff attention? Lacking. Desk/check out availability? Try the restaurant instead. We asked for a reference to a laundromat to clean our clothes. At first, the concierge did not want look up options for us and then we had to insist that something more than a name be offered. We ended up at a car wash (!) with a washing machine attached! Parking for hotel guests takes second place to parking for the restaurant - we had to park about three blocks away on a residential street. Overall, the value for staying overnight is lacking.

Outstanding Hotel in a Greta Location
Great overnight stay on the way to Italy. The hotel staff were very helpful and sent us to a fabulous local restaurant serving Alsacienne Cuisine. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location. Had a good nights rest for our onward journey. I recommend this hotel and will visit again when I next drive to Italy.

Small family run hotel.
Clean, functional room with balcony. Friendly staff, excellent home cooked food in the restaurant, great service. Although part of a chain (Logis de France) the hotel appeared to be family run and after several nights staying in large, international chains it felt refreshingly 'French'. It is located in a small, quiet village, a little off the beaten track but not difficult to find with Sat Nav and not far from the motorway. Excellent value for money.

Delightful hidden treasure
This hotel was simply phenomenal. It has all of the modern comforts you could ever require, whilst having the external image of a gorgeous, traditional Alsatian building. Everything in the Alsace area is a drive-able distance from here, so I would thoroughly recommend using it as a base rather than staying in Strasbourg or Colmar etc.

Déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a quelques années, qui m’avait laissé un bon souvenir.
Après ce séjour je pense que l’hôtel pourrait être très bien mais quelques points basiques à mon sens sont à revoir dans la chambre ; les joints de la douche sont noirs et le bas du mur est jauni, il y a des toiles d’araignée dans les angles, les lampes de chevet murales pendouillent (il suffirait de les démonter pour resserrer un écrou derrière le support)… autant de choses réalisables sans l’intervention d’un professionnel ; revoir la ventilation et le chauffage de la sdb (seule une toute petite partie du radiateur chauffe), dommage car la chambre était tout à fait agréable sinon.
Pareil au niveau du SPA, sympa dans l’ensemble, mais la peinture qui s’effrite au plafond à l’entrée de la douche, chaise à l’entrée plutôt délabrée (mieux vaudrait la retirer plutôt que vouloir en laisser une à mon sens)

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine que je pensais bien plus grande.
Malheureusement en 5 brassées, on arrive au bout de la longueur...
Du coup je n'ai pas pu réellement nager, surtout a l'arrivée de deux autres clients car nous avons vite étés à l'étroit.

Nous avons passés un bon week-end à l'hôtel. Nous avons été bien accueilli et nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel. Ils nous ont aidé dans la démarche de trouver des coins à visiter de la région. Le restaurant fait bien à manger car nous avons dégusté les plats alsaciens. Merci pour cet accueil. Petit hôtel avec un personnel plutôt familial. accueil très chaleureux, la chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée. On a pu manger au restaurant et pour le prix c'était très bon d'ailleurs même les locaux viennent y manger. Agréable séjour, on n'a pas pu tester le spa faute de temps.

INADMISSIBLE d'apprendre qu'une réception avec orchestre avait lieu le soir où nous arrivions. De ce fait on nous a dit que l'on nous avait mis dans un coin de l'hôtel où il n'y aurait pas de bruit, mais certainement pas dans une chambre telle la photo de présentation. De plus à cette extrémité, la WIFI ramait et pas de débit, connexion INSTABLE. Impossible d'ouvrir deux valises dans la chambre vue l'exiguïté de l'espace. PRIX A REVOIR A LA BAISSE.
