Nice hotel, pity about the EV chargers.

Our stay was good and the staff were helpful. Our only complaint was that having stayed at another B&B hotel in Strasbourg that had impressed us because of it’s on site EV charging, we were surprised to find that although there where a good number of chargers installed, none where operational at this B&B. When we enquired why, we were told that they have never been commissioned which seemed really strange.

Great for large groups

The receptionist was very friendly lady. She was helpful and kind.
The room was clean and warm but it did not have a set to serve a tea. When I realized that, I was already in my pajamas.
I was distracted by a strong cleaning smell when went down for breakfast buffet. Tables and chairs (with cloth cushions) were sprayed with bleach solution. I had to put a paper on my cushion so I don’t get bleach stain on my pants because by this time all chairs were bleached due to big group just finished their breakfast. Also, I did not enjoy using their silverware. It’s the ugliest silverware I have ever eaten from. It did affect the experience of eating already not to taste food.
To sum up my experience I can say that the room is good, reception service is good but the dining experience is not memorable.

The hotel was far for our Strasbourg visit, but since we had a car it was fine. The GPS had trouble locating it since it is really in an isolated back street and if you are arriving at night, it would be really hard to pinpoint it. No breakfast, which is not good since the area is rural and it is very hard to find a restaurant nearby. Parking is large so no worries in finding a parking spot. Room was old and needs renovation, and toilet is very small where you can barely fit. They put only two towels for a double room and amenities are only a small bar of soap. We asked the cleaning lady for extra two towels, she said ok but she didn't put any. Reception closes at 10 pm so if you arrive later, you have to use the check in machine at the entrance. This hotel is a solid 2 star hotel and doesn't deserve more. Even value for such an area and hotel is considered high.

Cheap hotel close to the airport - its no boutique but you're not paying for that, rooms basic, but TV and WiFi available. Reception very helpful in booking taxi's etc. Short walk into the nearest village for food / bars etc.

Nice comfortable no-frills hotel

Good, clean, hotel, comfortable bed, ample parking, helpful staff but wifi barely worked in the evening, as presumably too many others using it at the same time. The hotel may be a long way out from town and you can see the lights of the airport, but there are few flights so noise is not an issue and the roads to and from the hotel are excellent. Nonetheless, I would happily stay there again.

Handy stopover through France

We arrived at 6.30pm and found the hotel easily, situated in a small industrial estate attached to a village on the edge of Strasbourg. Booking in was straightforward and the receptionist welcoming. The room was perfectly adequate with a window which opened out to the car park and clean en-suite. We went for a walk and although (it was a Sunday evening) there was little open, the village is obviously a busy place with a couple of restaurants and very interesting old houses in traditional style.
The bed was ok, and there was little noise so not much to keep us awake. We didn't have breakfast, preferring to travel with our own supplies, but it looked reasonable for the price. Hot drinks machine was out of order but there was a microwave.
We would stay here again on our journey south.

One Night in Strasbourg

We spent one night in Strasbourg on our way from Paris to Munich. While we weren't fans of the city itself, this hotel was exactly what we needed - inexpensive, quiet, comfortable, clean, and easy to access. Parking is plentiful in a large lot out front, and breakfast is available, though we chose to stop at a rest stop just over the German border.

For sure above 2 stars. Spacy room, comfortable double bed. Clean and well managed. Microwave is available in the lobby. Food supermarket 10 minutes away. Shortcomings: train stops rarely at the nearest station (10 min away). Possible to get to the airport on foot within 40 min - take Entzheim road from Holtzheim centre and then walk along the railway.

This is a hotel with an economical bed and no frills breakfast. It's clean, convenient to the Airport, and staff is reasonably pleasant and helpful. It's a very good value for the money. Only problem was walls are a little thin, but since most guests appeared to be business people, they were in bed early and did not disturb us.

The reception closes at 10:00pm. I checked in after that time on 22 October 2013 using an automated check-in machine and paid by debit card for my breakfast the following morning, room tax and received my hotel and room entry card. I had pre-booked and paid for my accommodation for three nights when I was in England and had not stayed there before. The following morning I had breakfast, handed my entry card in to reception and left the hotel; I arrived back at the hotel after 10:00pm later that day and attempted to get my entry card from the automated machine as I had done the previous night. The machine did not acknowledge that I had a reservation. I gained access to the lobby by following other guests but could not use my room. THERE WAS NO EMERGENCY NUMBER TO CALL FOR HELP. Several french-speaking guests tried to help without success so I STAYED IN THE LOBBY ALL NIGHT until 6:00am when the reception staff arrived. This is totally unacceptable and other guests must know about it.

We decided to keep our rental car because we needed to be able to get dinner that night and to get to the airport the next morning. Also very little English was spoken. The best feature about the hotel was that is very close to the airport.

A good place to stop over

My wife and I stopped over here for a night and we both reckon it offered good value as a one night rest point. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom was small but reasonably appointed, the hotel itself was easy enough to find, and the staff were very helpful. The staff who dealt with us spoke English very well.
They dont do evening meals, but the buffet breakfast was of a reasonable standard.
I would find it easy to stay here again for the same reason, i.e. as a stopover. If I was looking for somewhere to spend a holiday or even just a weekend, I would spend more money and get something closer to Strasbourg.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone all’arrivo abbiamo potuto prendere possesso solo di una camera perché non vi era stato fornito un secondo numero di prenotazione siamo arrivati alle 14 ma il personale iniziava il servizio alle 17 non c’è assistenza h24 come invece è scritto ambiente triste poco pulito con un odore di sigarette e ceneriere stanza poccolissima non c’è asciugacapelli né bollitore in camera menomale con 9.50 a persona fanno una colazione scarsissima molto negativo il soggiorno

À fuir absolument — une honte pour l’hôtellerie

C’était, sans exagération, la pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie. Je suis choqué qu’un établissement pareil puisse encore prétendre offrir un service professionnel. Voici ce que nous avons vécu :
1.Du premier jour jusqu’à notre départ au quatrième jour, nous avons demandé — chaque jour — du shampoing dans notre chambre. Deux employés, dont un responsable, ont reconnu que c’était inacceptable et ont promis de régler le problème. Mais rien n’a été fait. Pas une seule fois. Nous avons dû nous doucher avec seulement de l’eau pendant quatre jours. Inadmissible.
2.Nos chambres n’ont pas été nettoyées les troisième et quatrième jours. Lits défaits, serviettes sales, poubelles pleines — aucune norme d’hygiène de base n’a été respectée.
3.Aucune serviette propre n’a été fournie pendant ces deux jours. Nous avons dû réutiliser des serviettes humides et sales, et aucun membre du personnel ne nous a proposé une solution.
4.Le plafond de la salle de bain était une honte — complètement négligé, dans un état inacceptable pour tout client, surtout à ce prix. (Voir les photos.)
5.L’isolation phonique était inexistante. On entendait les voitures, les klaxons, le bruit de la rue toute la nuit, chaque nuit. Dormir était impossible. Repos zéro.
6.L’ascenseur était en panne pendant tout le séjour. Aucune excuse. Aucun signe de réparation. Juste de la négligence. Nous avons dû monter et descendre les valises sans aucune aide ni information.
7.La qualité du petit-déjeuner était inacce

La camera è essenziale ma accogliente; del tutto inesistente, invece, la pulizia: al nostro arrivo il wc e il lavandino erano sporchi (per fortuna avevano le salviette igienizzanti della lisoform)e c'era polvere ovunque nella camera da letto. Abbiamo chiesto al personale al piano se potevano passare l'aspirapolvere, ma non l'hanno fatto. Capisco il prezzo basso, ma la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni dovrebbe essere garantita.

L'hôtel pat lui même est très bien,très propre le seul petit bémol est que nous avons réservé par hôtel.com nous avons payé la réservation pour deux chambres puisque nous avions des amis avec nous et l a fallut payé une deuxième fois 257€ parce qu'on nous a soutenus que les chambres n'avaient pas été payé.
Après discutions avec l'accueil ils se sont aperçu que s'était de leurs fautes mais c'est a nous de faire des mails avec le directeur de l'hôtel pour nous rembourser le trop payé.

Mi estadía del jueves 19 al viernes 20 en lel baño de mi habitación presentó fuga de agua en el wc. Cómo arribé al hotel pasadas las 12am no había personal en recepción para notificar esto. El viernes en la mañana bajé y notifiqué la situación. Espero haya sido solucionada lo antes posible.
