This was our second visit to Rhythm and this feedback is purely based on recent experience and has nothing to do with Room, Staff, amenities which over all was excellent.

2 less stars are for Inhouse Food.

1. When we take a package inclusive of all Meals, we expect a good variety taste enhancement.
2. Unfortuently this time flavours were all repetitive and kids options were quite a few.
3. Considering Rhythm stands among the 5*category and amount we spend for the stay, we expect that quality which was missing this time.
4. Staff was pretty good who arranged a options for Kids and we are very thankful for all the attention Pooja gave and ensured everything is in place for our kids.

The property gives a fantastic impression at first glance from the pictures on expedia, but the reality is quite disappointing. The pool area gets extremely noisy, and I even had to change my room because of it. The staff, while polite, lack the professionalism and attentiveness expected in the hotel industry. They seemed laid-back and often passed responsibility for even simple requests. Overall, my short stay was far from pleasant.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. We had a great stay there. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food options were plenty and quality and taste was good.

It was a nice setting and in a good location. Staff were friendly, attentive & quickly responded to our needs.
However the big negative was that despite being a 5* hotel, there were no sun beds at the pool and our efforts to ask the hotel to provide them proved unsuccessful. They said the sun beds they had previously had been broken & were not replaced. They said they would check with the senior manager but there was no update & when we asked they were unable to give an update/reason.
The food was repetive and not to our taste. It looked better than it tasted.

Property was good but lacks training to staff right from entry into the resort to exit, no one to pick your luggage, breakfast was average and no proper service by staff at breakfast. Receptionist calls to inform the checkout timings and tells be ready on time for checkout , really phthatic

Really good studio suites and bath products. The restaurant has a nice mix of a la carte options. Buffet is your standard Indian fare. Property is serine and peaceful even though it's just off the main highway. The Balinese influence of decore is beautiful, along with the art in main areas. The library is inviting to sit and read, while the pool area which the rooms overlook is tranquil and lush with greenery. Highly recommended for a city escape. We never left the property for the days we were there. Spa packages look great as well although we didn't get to try any. Staff are kind and courteous. Will definitely return if there is an opportunity one day. A gem on Expedia!

The rooms are fantastic. The service level can improve especially at the restaurant end. The spa was underwhelming. A better restaurant and a better spa can make a huge difference if it matches the stay experience.

Good stay at Lonavala

Nice hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. Well maintained and clean property. Decent menu options and tasty food. They should probably be more prepared to handle the weekend crowd especially during breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Rhythm is a nice mid-size property, just right for a good family getaway. I stayed there with my wife and daughter for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of the stay. Comfortable rooms, good food, good service. The waiters and chefs at the restaurant will come and talk to you and help you with better food choices. Same in the entertainment zone, where we even got some pool lessons. All in all a great memorable stay

Rhythm is truly a fabulous resort. From the moment you walk in they give you a welcome drink and plenty of smiles. Urmila at the feont desk is an exceptional young lady. The manager Mr. Jackson is always so helpful. The restaurant made me non spicy food. I really appreciated this. The housekeeping staff are great. The rooms are spacious , bed is comfy, and they have tv channels in English. I love it.

Little over priced for an offseason. Else, good facility. The pool is very small. Food is tasty, however, the service is slow. Staff is courteous. Can be little over budget for a family with kids.

Lovely staff!

It was a very pleasant stay as far as the service and staff is concerned. They took good care of us and made our stay extra special as it was my husbands birthday; they even sent a cake to our room. The staff right from the GM to the F&B manager at the restaurant and the waiting staff at the restaurant were super. The only issue i have is with the room maintenance and the value for money from that perspective. I found a lot of dust in the room and even after the house keeping had come in, there was still dust. the bathroom is clean, but could do with a good deep cleaning and dusting of the towel shelves. I am being very critical here as the rate of this hotel would match that of a 5star in Pune ie aprox 10k per night and when it comes to the rooms maintenance and also bed linen it really need to be some looking into. The room Wi-fi was not great at all and the TV cable kept goin off as it was raining and the connection kept getting disconnected. So if you plan on working or need the TV for entertaining then you really can't depend on it. To be completely honest if it weren't for the staff and the awesome service and care they took of us, we would not have had such a lovely stay.

Excellent Hotel!

I was visiting Lonavala with my two aged parents - which had its own challenges. The hotel and staff could not have been more accommodating. From special food requests to room needs, we wherever well taken care of and the property is well maintained and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who's used to luxury and topnotch service. Thanks Rhythm.

Perfect for a short break

The stay was made comfortable by the helpful staff. The dinner along the poolside with a live band added to the charm of the resort. The location was convenient with ample parking available. The breakfast and dinner had a lavish spread for the entire family.

Very pleasant staff. Extra bed provided we asked for was uncomfortable but they tried to fix it. Restaurant staff were excellent with a personal visit to our table by the head chef that was great!
Front desk were good. Just a little disappointed we were asked to check out early by 10am due to a big wedding taking place that I thought should not have happened for such a hotel

Pros : we got an early check in
staff and food is very good
They have a game room on the 3flr which has table tennis and pool

Cons : Location.
The description says suite but it’s just a room.
Swimming pool is not conducive for swimming. It’s more like relaxing in the water .

Great place for a relaxing family vacation!

The resort is well maintained but parts of the rooms, like shelves seldom used, were very dusty. The rest of the resort was very clean and well kept up though. The pool area was fun, but closed at 7 pm, which is really early for families on vacation. The staff went beyond every expectation and provided exceptional service. I know they had to have gone into town at least a couple of times to meet some of our more uncommon requests, but they did so without a word, or any extra charges. I can't say enough about their service, seriously! The amenities in the room were only available on demand, such as irons, hair dryers, microwaves etc., so that was slightly inconvenient. The games room was also in a state of disrepair.

Very good short stay experience

This was a short stay but sweet. Overall the experience was very good. A few things would make it excellent. One, the swimming pool area was missing a life guard. No attendant also. So the pool was used by people without maintaining any order regarding costumes etc. Otherwise very good food, hospitality, hotel also allowed late checkout.

Relaxing six days at the Rhythm Lonavala

A relaxing luxury hotel set back from a main road on the outskirts of Lonavala, with very helpful staff, a great restaurant, an attractive spa, a comfortable top-floor bar and a laidback atmosphere.

We probably went for too long (there's not a whole lot to do locally, especially during monsoon season), but our Cypress suite room was spacious for a couple and it's hard to fault any aspect of the hotel or its staff.

We went for our wedding anniversary, and it was a pleasant stay. But the food is seriously lacking at this place. Not too many options, all the Indian gravies taste the same, and they haven't focused on the food much cos I guess they expect everyone will choose the buffet!

Very good hotel to stay at specially for family!

Great facility, large rooms , excellent ambience/environment... The pool side facility is great.. good for kids too! I stayed here just for 1 day but if I go to Lonavala again, I am definately going to check in to this hotel only!

Best thing is it's so near from the main street so you don't have to travel a lot to go in the city or out if you want.
