Excellent choice and EXCEPTIONAL value for your money. Wonderful beach, I explored them all on the Island. Santinho is best for surfing and Ingleses for walking, running and even compact enough for bikes. This resort is ideal if you like to walk to services. The restaurant is wonderful, you don't need to go anywhere else. Safe.

This was a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little tired but the rooms are really big and incredibly clean. The staff, particularly at the restaurant are really friendly. The beach chairs and parasols are provided and staff are really helpful setting them up for you.
In terms of location, getting the beach is steps away from the hotel. Supermarket directly across the road but you are a bit further out in terms of restaurants unless you want to eat at the hotel.
Breakfast was good - would be nice to have some dairy free/lactose free milk or yoghurts.

What a lovely place!
The sea view suite is so worth it. You can lie in your hammock and watch the waves. Beach is steps away. The sand is very fine and the waves aren’t too strong to swim in.

This is an extremely nice hotel and worth every penny. The staff in all parts of the hotel are extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are romantic...the beach views from the upper rooms are beautiful. The restaurant is outstandind...excellent service and delicious seafood at a very kind price. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my dearest friends!

Overall, a really great hotel that I'd definitely recommend to enjoy the North of Florianópolis! Hotel is greatly located at north Ingleses beach right in front of the sea. Suite is outstanding, very spacious and has a nice view. Rooms are very clean and room service keeps it this way everyday. Good shower amenities too. Overall a very comfy room to stay at. Staff is helpful and do what they can to help you. Breakfast is delicious, with decent amount of options for all tastes. Hotel restaurant Canto do Mar also serves great seafood so you don't need to worry about going outside to eat. Hotel also provides a good beach service with beach chairs and umbrellas. You can also request drinks and food there, which is very nice, however service is sometimes slow and doesn't look at you all the time. Sometimes you have to go find them. Nonetheless, everything went really smooth and I'd easily stay again at Costa Norte Ingleses!

Overall, very pleasant place to stay. Would recommend getting the rooms with an ocean view (suite). breakfast was extensive. very well priced in the off season. friendly staff. clean rooms and grounds. one very nice benefit that we discovered when there, was that you can also use their other property which sits on a different beach, to mix things up.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it was so well thought out, planned and designed with beauty, naturalness and functionality at it's core. It was comfortable on a cooler rainy day due to the indoor pool, steam room and sauna and on the warm sunny days it was great to have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! We just loved everything about our stay! They even made sure for our anniversary, they sent up a small bottle of champagne and strawberries which was such a nice gesture!!

Hotel antigo, com falta de manutenção de rotina no quarto ( que poderiam facilmente terem sido sanadas antes da hospedagem) , por exemplo: vazamento no duto do ar condicionado, ducha chuveiro com ferrugem, luminária caindo do teto , trinca na pedra do box , odor forte saindo do ar condicionado, além desses problemas de manutenção, tivemos um atraso de 40 minutos na liberação do quarto no dia do check in. Outra situação desagradável aconteceu no dia do check out , o atendente da recepção com tratamento debochado e irônico quando relatamos que havíamos quebrado um copo , que estava guardado dentro do frigobar numa posição incorreta e de grande risco , além de ter sido um acidente, nos cobraram 30 reais por um copo pequeno , um absurdo, nos sentimos explorados por essa cobrança , além disso ficou nítido a diferenciação no tratamento entre brasileiros e estrangeiros, que só corrobora com as ocorrências relatadas , custo benefício pessimo e principalmente pela falta de profissionalismo do atendente, que a todo momento só repetia que deveríamos relatar tudo na pesquisa de satisfação, justamente o que estou fazendo .

A limpeza dos quartos era boa, mas acredito que pelos detalhes, bastante demorada, a exemplo, tiveram dias que saímos do quarto às 08h e às 15h/15:30h, quando retornamos para descansar, a limpeza ainda não tinha sido feita. O hotel ganha um milhão de pontos, por conta do incrível restaurante, a comida é simplesmente divina. A localização também é muito boa. Valeu a pena a visita.

Reclamamos e dois dias depois ficou ok. Piscinas antigas. Restaurante bom. O hotel parece maravilhoso na foto, mas nos decepcionamos. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e educados. Ficaria hospedada novamente por causa da localização. Tem farmácia e mercado em frente. O lugar é sossegado e perto do centrinho.

Vale únicamente si se eligen habitaciones con sofá cama del piso 2 al 4 con vista , sino es gastar plata sin beneficio , las habitaciones en esquina son extremadamente chicas 2 personas con una maleta cada uno no entran en la habitación ; cama de plaza y media ; mejora en las habitaciones con sofá cama ahí la cama es más cómoda y súper grande con balcón , los deptos están buenos para familias ya que están en planta baja ( no es de mi gusto si voy de vacaciones , pero para familias que quieren cocinar tiene todo y hasta parrilla , el jacuzzi no está en condiciones frío y sin filtrar , compensa el tener servicio de playa con reposteras y sombrilla de salida directa ; la pileta climatizada tiene el problema de que no diferencia entre adultos y niños y te puede tocar un día lleno de chicos jugando al fútbol y saltando , quitándote la tranquilidad que buscas

Fomos bem atendido do início ao fim, o restaurante eh excelente, a vista e a localização são ótimas, as atividades infantil são demais! Um bom hotel com um bom custo benefício.
Estadia de 2 noites em um quarto quadruplo, com 1 cama de solteiro, uma cama auxiliar e uma cama de casal. Uma sacada com vista para o mar. Colchão da cama de casal é muito rígido. O banheiro é pequeno e poderia ser modernizado, ducha elétrica, quente, excelente. Possui uma boa piscina térmica coberta e uma hot tube para 2 pessoas, externa. Estivemos neste hotel ha 2 anos e desta vez a piscina estava pouco aquecida. A hot Tube não estava funcionando. Sauna, também não estava esquecendo direito. Como estava frio e chovendo senti falta do correto funcionamento destes itens. Bom café da manhã manhã, mas nada de especial. Estacionamento sub dimensionado então é necessário deixar a chave do carro com o manobrista. Um bom hotel com um bom custo benefício, mas achei melhor ha 2 anis.

O hotel tem pouca estruturação turística. Piscinas pequenas de fibra, uma única hidro( impraticável), sem renovação constante da água . O quarto em que fomos alojados era bom, com bom tamanho e de fácil acesso. O café é bom, com produtos variados e frescos. O serviço de praia é bom, com colaboradores atenciosas. No nosso caso, o pior de toda estadia foi nos deparamos com uma grande quantidade de cachorros.

Um ótimo hotel pé na areia, com varias comodidades
Ficamos 2 noites. Nosso quarto era no andar superior voltado para rua. Quarto bem espaçoso, com uma excelente cama King e uma cama de solteiro. AC Split e frigiobar. Existem outros quartos, com valores maiores, voltados para a praia. Existem também 6 chalés O hotel fica literalmente na beira da praia. As opções de lazer do hotel ficam de frente para o mar e contam com uma Jacuzzi aberta (a agua não é muito quente, inviabilizando o uso no inverno), uma piscina aberta e uma ótima piscina térmica coberta, que usamos bastante. Ao lado da térmica existe uma boa sauna a valor e outra seca. Possui um restaurante, com otimo cafe da manhã. Também servem almoço e jantar, especializados em frutos do mar. A praia dos Ingleses é uma das melhores de Florianópolis. Estacionamento próprio na propriedade e também na rua atrás do hotel. .

De uma forma geral tudo correu bem. O hotel é tradicional na região, com algumas décadas de existência. Embora bem conservado, o chalé que reservei poderia ser modernizado. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito atencioso e gentil. Hoje em dia, um item essencial para um hote., tanto quanto uma boa cama, é a disponibilidade de um bom serviço de internet. Esse ponto precisa melhorar. A localização é perfeita, acesso direto à praia (pé na areia) além de boa infraestrutura de restaurantes e supermercados nas proximidades.

O local é agradável, eu fiquei em um chalé próximo ao restaurante, praia e piscinas. Não é nada muito chiq digamos mas uma boa cama, churrasqueira, rede, ar, banheiro bom. Eu não gostei do comprometimento da recepção com o solicitado, eu sai do chalé 8h para outras prais e sinalizei que deseja troca de toalha e limpeza, quando retornei as 15h ainda não estava feito, avisei a recepção e disseram que iriam pedir urgência, eu sai novamente sem tomar banho para o mercado para dar um tempo e quando retornei ainda não tinha sido limpado o quarto. Tive que cobrar pela terceira vez. No mais estava muito bom.
