The staff was very helpful, making it so that the TV remote worked. They also fixed the shower head for us. The room heater worked great and was not loud. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept better than we did at home. Breakfast was also outstanding.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. We killed 3 spiders (brown recluses) in our room which is so dangerous for us and our son. And the a/c was broken in our room so we all were dripping sweat all night. Awful never again

This stay was awful! The guy was rude and lazy, as well as refused to do his job. We had two different rooms the tv did not work in either. First key to first room did not work side door so we could go in the building from our car so we didn't have to walk around the entire building, tv did not work in room. Guy told us that we had to fix it, no dude its 1:30 in the morning we just wanna sleep! 2nd room, key care worked, cool....but no TV o dang. Was fed up at that point! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Was there because power went out at home and needed a place to sleep with our sleep machines. This dude was just plain rude.

My husband hurt himself before we left Illinois. When we checked in he was on crutches and I’m disabled and can’t walk far. The lady at check-in gave us a VERY close room. What a relief. It was also handicap accessible so it was easier for him to get in and out of the shower. The shower was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.. and everything was clean. The refrigerator was dirty though. But not as important to me..

It is a pet friendly location and had a nice dog walk area with clean up supplies available. A very good of highway location within only a few miles from shopping and restaurants. Got to the hotel at 3pm ( when check is ) was told there were no king rooms available. Asked if I would just downgrade to a double queen. When I said no, I had already paid for my room and that check in was at 3pm they “ magically “ found a clean king room. Pool and hot tub was drained and not open. Ice machine on first floor was out of order. Water pressure in shower wasn’t very good.

For the price I was not satisfied. I paid 177.00 for one night checking in at 11pm leaving at 10 am . My bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be. Hair in tub. And the floor felt sticky. This hotel I would compare to a quality inn from choice hotels definitely not a Hilton one. Go down the road 3 exits and found comfort inn and suites for 20 dollars less in price and VERY clean compared to the Hampton here in Sidney. I'm sorry please update hotel or lower prices.

Stayed 2 nights for funeral. Room was clean. Bed was clean, comfortable. Had nice pillows. I called down to get an extra blanket. The night desk guy brought it right up, well should say he brought two in case we needed it. I placed the second one in the top of the closet, like the guy asked if we did not need it to do .

TV did not work, and even though the button on the tv did not turn it on, their response was let's change the batteries on the remote. Maintenance won't be there until morning. Overall my stay was very good. Check in was super easy with the hilton app, I never even saw anyone who worked at the hotel. The door to my room i noticed right away didnt close all the way unless pushed really hard. The door inside that lead to the adjoining room was left unlocked which made me a little nervous upon entering, I locked it and no problem. Now for the bad part, it was loud, slamming doors all night long, probably because their doors wouldnt shut all the way either. Just bring ear plugs. The room was pretty clean, no major complaints, just really outdated and in need of some repairs.

The hotel had just suffered a major fire system water leak and the lobby had ceiling torn down and fans everywhere. The staff was very courteous explaining what happened. Other than that the hotel was very clean and newly renovated. The room was decent but the AC kept going on and off without being constantly on to get to the desired temp. There were no vending machines and anything (limited supply) had to be purchased at the front desk (a little frustrating). Easy access in/out and would probably stay there again when we go back to the area in 2022.

You are responsible for making your own beds, changing out the towels and emptying the trash. Pool that is still advertised on website continues to be closed.
