I had a wonderful 2-night stay at the hotel and genuinely enjoyed the hospitality throughout my visit. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help.

A special thanks to Ms. Priya for the smooth and welcoming check-in experience, Mr. Balbir for his kindness and prompt assistance, Mr. Chandra for making sure everything was comfortable during my stay, and Mr. Rohit for his friendly hospitality.

I had really bad experience with my Stay, hotel is of 3 star US hotel quality. My room did not have hair dryer and safe working, AC was licking the water, how can a 5 start hotel give a room to the guest without checking everything. I was charged entire amount of my stay at the time of check in which was unheard of. Entire female staff was rude and not even picking up my call to the reception or guest service. At the breakfast i was given table with no napkins and most days no servers came to ask what I needed , I actually complained regarding this to the manager. I am going to write to the IGH hotels regarding my experience. I would give just one start to this hotel and will never ever stay there again. Waste of a lot of money.

With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good.

Moldy smell in rooms

The rooms have a very strong moldy and musty smell that is overwhelming and probably not healthy. I had to sleep with a face mask on. Every room should have a de-humidifyer to keep this problem at bay. Hotel shows signs of wear that should be fixed. Breakfast was very good however, and service was great.

The staff's attitude, indifference, and the lack of local knowledge was a surprise.Two members, Santosh and Rajubhai had audacity to discuss and whisper and judge the guest which is never seen in other hotels and we have visited a few similar and better hotels. Not usually used to give negative reviews but I thought I must mention this if only so that the individuals mentioned know that guests on the other side of the desk are not stupid and deserve some respect as customers.

Only gripe is that there were some conferences/seminars where attendees congregated in the main hotel dining/lounge areas, making a relaxed environment not possible.

Nice clean hotel. All in good condition. Cleaning is not up up mark. Tables are sticky. Floor and carpet are dusty and sticky as well. Definitely have to wear slippers or shoes in the room. Slippers provided are flimsy.

I was trying to reach out to hotel, they dont have any contact person, different terms of payment was asked for an airport pickup. My foreign national guests arrived and there was no can despite saying three times and the sales person Suraj was so rude and hang on the phone and didnt pickup. Absolute rubbish when it comes to addressing an issue

The room interiors are not of the level desired . A certain softness and luxurious feel in the interiors is missing . Otherwise location and staff are the best .

Rooms had broken bath tub and tiles and not clean as you would expect with 5 star accomodation. Not great stay at all. I would not recommend if you are looking for 5 star accomodation as there are better options available then crown plaza in ahemdabad for sure.

Very poor selection of food and fruit when it comes to room service or in restaurant. Overall disappointing stay and wont consider next time when we are in ahmedabad. Very big no.

On first day of the stay when I ask for extra blanket I was given a blanket which was used ,dirty had the blood stain on it, smoking smell which was changed when i asked them to change.

There was crochroch in one of the bathroom. Flush of the same bathroom constantly was leaking water that disturbed entire noght sleep. I was quite happy Despite all this as breakfast was very good and the cook was really very friendly

The most disappointing thing Was the door lock was not working at all we told the frontdesk staff couple of times and they mept on telling that battery is not working or kept on changing the card but the issue was door lock itself. we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes outside daily for 5 days. We told staff couple of times without any resolution despite we reserving the most expensive room of the hotel.

The Extra towels I asked were not clean and was unable to use them. The towels have stains and I did not expect such casual approach toward customer from respect of hygiene and cleanliness. This was also alarming in case of such severe conditions of COVID. Very Sad to see such approach from a Hotel Chain and diminished the brand image of Crowne Plaza in me. I need to think twice and may drop Crowne Plaza in future for my Travel. I cannot compromise of my health and safety.

Non-5 stars hotel of the quality.

I check in at the last day 31Dec of 2020 to welcome the good new year 2021 .
I was so expected for this hotel, cos there are many good comments and high scores online,so i choose it,and i choose the" Junior Suite",it cost me about 10k.
because i wonaa celebrate the new year 2021 nicely with my Lover.
but wat i exchange is:
1. The worong meal of room serves send.
2.wash-room no water supply to take shawer for 11P.M 31Dec 2020 .
3.wash-room not enough water pressure to supply for shawer at 8A.M 1st Jan 2021.
4.wash-room no water supply to shawer again when i taking a shawer at 9A.M ,cos i think it wont happened again,
But it did happened After i inform to duty manager at 8A.M.
5.The water in the bathtub was completely dirty, even after I drained it for three minutes.
But this time i totally lose the faith and patient，specially when the frist day of the new year,
I am very ashamed to my lover.

When i check out they give me 20 % roomserves off, yes！ You heard me right，20% roomserves off,,anyway ,I feel humiliated.

Cos this My first day of the new years,I would rather spend more money to avoid this bad situation.

If I spend the money to live in a high-class suite in a high-class hotel, but it is of such a standard, then I can't imagine what other rooms look like.

Even that i still give tips to every waiters of roomserves .cos it is a new year.

To conclude, This is not the quality of 5 stars hotel.

Centrally located hotel - watchout for extra fees

Good stay in central location to visit Ahmedabad. Only thing to watch out for is this hotel doesn’t have two queen or two king bed rooms. If you have 3 adults in one room they charge an extra person fee plus fee for a rollaway bed.
