We left a jacket in the room. We called to ask if it was in there and they said they would check and call back. They called back and said it was gone. It was a nice jacket. Where are the honest people in this world? Be careful staying here: can’t trust the workers. Also… they don’t salt or plow the driveway, walkways or parking lot.

Coffee was gross. I went to get water at their Poland, spring water dispenser, and it was disgusting dirty water was sitting in the rim of the dispenser. The room did smell like bleach which is the only reason I stayed. I left my suitcase in the car bc I didn’t want to get cootie bugs.

Upon check-in, we found our thermostat and tv didn’t work in our room. The front desk was able to get us into another room easily and upgraded us to a suite, which was very kind. Our original room also appeared to be dirty (e.g., dead flies on tables, fingernail clippings in bathroom). Our new room seemed to be cleaner. The hotel overall looked older and was in need of TLC (missing pictures on the walls, water damage on ceiling, musty smell). The other couple who we were traveling with had the same experience as far as room cleanliness goes. It was definitely overpriced. If we were staying longer, we would’ve canceled our reservation and went somewhere else.

This motel was completely overpriced and did not meet my expectations at all. Room was not clean enough for my standards. Floors had dirt on them, wallpaper peeling off the walls in the bathroom, toilet rocked and not secure, and the room smells old and musty. Very disappointed and would never stay here again. Staff was kind and the breakfast was good.

I went to get into bed and there were crumbs in the bed! The room phone didn't work, I went to the front desk to get sheets and had to make up the bed.
The next morning when taking my shower, there was no shampoo in the bottle.
The pool was closed and the woman at the desk said it needed to be repaired since COVID but the owner chose not to put in the money to repair. Would never recommend this property!

The hotel staff was really good. However the hotel itself has seen better days. The employees do the best they can with what they have but many things need upgrading. Facets in bathrooms are all pitted and showers are a nightmare. You cannot stand up in them because they are so slippery and there are no grab bars in the bathrooms anywhere. There are no nice touches for the guests such as restaurant lists or sights to see. There are the usual touristy brochures but nothing about the immediate area. You know the little things that make a hotel a little more special.

Our room had water stains and damage to the walls. The wall paper was peeling off due to the water damage. Our shampoo dispenser was empty and broken. There was an area of our carpeting that was wet.
The staff was very friendly and nice. They were very accommodating.

Nice staff, but room cleanliness an issue.

First room - dirty fridge, dirty inside microwave and white stuff out side of it and it was next to bathroom and this white stuff was also on bathroom door. The bathtub walls and tub had soap scum and someone else's hair on on it and then we found brown crusty stuff on my daughter's bed the next day on the side of it on the sheets (we did not have anything that would make this kind of mess). When reported they did send someone to clean the sheets and they also cleaned the fridge but nothing else. The next day my daughter found a flea on her. This is a pet-friendly hotel. I reported it to the front desk and that staff member was really nice and insisted we move to another room. We did end up in a suite for the same price, however this one also had dirty mirrors and a metal towel rack that kept falling off the wall.

The people who worked the breakfast were really cheerful and the front desk were helpful and available when we had other questions. This hotel was a step up from another one I used on two other visits that unless they do a huge remodel, I never want to step foot in again... I don't know if there is a lack of training on how to clean hotel rooms between guests or there is not enough time, or what the issue is.

Upon arrival we were greeted by an unhappy Front Desk Clerk, check in was quick and we were off to our room, the folder that held the key cards said breath easy were a smoke free hotel, just forgot to inform the last chaon smoker who occupied our room. The toilet was not secured to the floor, the bathroom was tiny and the sink looked like it had seen better days.
The AC was off when we walked into the room, we turned it on and it never got cold enough to enjoy being in the room and every time the compressor kicked in the building shook and it squealed like a group of crickets lived inside it.
We went back downstairs to take a look at the pool that was advertised on the website but the door was locked at 4pm, we inquired to our friendly front desk clerk as to why the door was locked and she informed us that it been closed since Covid....5 years and its still listed on the website as being one of the amenities of the hotel.....will not stay again

This hotel is generally located right near the highway and there’s plenty of other similarly priced lodging options of much better quality. The first room I was assigned was on the first floor, I opened the door and found a piece of wall molding on the floor. I tried to look past that, but then noticed the open window with broken/damaged screen. Suffice it to say, I didn’t feel safe and asked for another room. I was moved to a room on the 4th floor which was in better condition. The bathroom walls had peeling wall paper though, the carpet seemed run down, and there were noticeable hairs around the sink from someone shaving. The AC unit is in need of an upgrade and I suspect that the cleaning doesn’t use HEPA filtration. I bring up the HEPA filtration for those who are allergy sufferers because apparently they permit pets at this property - limit is 2 per room. Suffice it to say, I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

I would never stay at another Comfort Inn as a result of this stay. The dust and dirt in the room were visible and inexcusable. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower, as well as green scum surrounding the drain of the tub, and the shower handle was rusted. How is this Comfort? It's shameful that the property is allowed to inflate their prices because of demand created by a graduation weekend and provide an unkept room. NEVER again! Bad look for the chain.

Had to ask for 3 different rooms , 1st one door was left open , and someone has backpack in room , 2nd one there was dead flys on bed. And the manager was an elderly woman who couldn’t see and took a VERY LONG TIME TO CHECK IN. I WANTED TO JUST LEAVE BUT IT WAS LATE , and raining hard. Room was filthy , bathroom gross. Water stains on ceiling tile. Over all a HORRIBLE , nasty experience, hope I didn’t get bedbugs

I just recently stayed in a five star hotel where the rooms were flashy but not at all functional. The Comfort Inn was such a relief! Not only was it clean and spacious, I actually had towel rods and hooks, a mirror that did not steam up, counter space and a place for my open suitcase! And, it was attractive!

We checked in to the first room only to discover that the sheets had not been changed. There were food crumbs in both beds. We asked to change rooms. The second room had a sink that was clogged and urine on the toilet seat. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Very dirty!

Our stay was okay but the cleanliness of the property was not great. In our room was an empty pill bottle and fork under the sink, a cough drop by the bedside, and a can of iced tea behind the desk. There was also an off putting smell in the hallway thought out the stay. They also appeared to be undergoing some renovations because the pool was closed and while walking my dog I noticed it was full of mattresses. The area was alright, just needs some work on upkeep and cleaning.

The whole floor that I was staying on lost electricity. Although they did get me a room on the next floor down because I need electricity to sleep because I have a CPAP machine. And then in the morning the toilet clogged and it took a long time to get somebody to come and take care of it. The carpets were dirty the place was run down. The staff for the most part did their best to rectify the situation.

Hello! We chose and arrived at this hotel 2 hours ago and when we entered our room after registration we saw dirty stains, hair and all sorts of small debris in the beds. Broken furniture, no hot water. When we asked to change the room, they gave us a dirty room too. And it was very cold there. We are now leaving this hotel without spending the night. We will provide you with a photo report from our room. We kindly ask you to compensate for our damage and return the money we received from you. We did not spend the night in this hotel.

Lots of cosmetic issues. First thing, the toilet didn’t work. Very responsive to fix it which was great.

Hair in the shower, broken handles on the dresser. Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door was broken, pieces of wood falling off the bottom. Convenient stay given the emergent circumstances. But for $230? Wouldn’t do that again.

The overnight staff was extremely helpful. found a condom in the bed so it is less than clean as well as listening to kid's stomp on the floor above. The desk did try to help with the noise though, just irrelevant since it continued. Thank goodness I brought earplugs.

The pool was empty it looked like mold in the room. We were given keys to our first room and when went 4 stories up and walked in the room was striped and stuff was all over the floor so we went back down and given a different room on the bottom floor. It was not clean the fridge and microwave were disgusting the floor didn’t looked vacuumed and hair in the shower. I’ve stayed in so many hotels and this was the absolute most disgusting I honestly feel like it should be shut down and re done!

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past few years. It has consistently gone downhill to the point I will no longer stay here again. Bathroom wallpaper is pealing, mold on shower walls and ceiling, and the kicker this time was no hot water. I drove 4hr arrived at midnight just so I could be close to a project site for early the next day. All I needed was a clean place to sleep and a hot shower. I was here a total of 7hrs as typical. I woke to find NO HOT WATER! and could not take a shower! Owner just isn't maintaining the place, look elsewhere there are hotels all around this area worth the extra $25.

The room was okay for one night in a pinch.
The room was clean but smelled stale. A couple minutes with the a/c blowing and the air quality was good. The bathroom was set up weird. The light switch was outside the door, as was the sink. The shower enclosure was dated and the paint was peeling around the edge in a few places.
I suppose it was okay for the price. It just wasn't 100%
PS. The breakfast was actually very good. Hot eggs and sausage along with the usual muffins etc.
