We loved our stay. The room was comfortable and we had a great view. The pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional ! We hope to be able to visit the Shilla ( and Jeju) again. Highly recommended !

Amazing place to stay for a vacation. Facility is impeccable. The only downside for me is the hotel’s resort to issuing paper cups for hot drinks and in toilet. I could not make a second hot drink for a day while staying there. This is a disappointment.

The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel till the time we left, eveything was good. The front staff are quick and polite to welcome. The rooms are clean and well stocked. Ambience is serene and calming. A good walk of 10 mins bring you to some great eateries. Uber taxis are efficient and fast. Enjoyed our stay with family

It was terrible experience, and I want full refund for my staying. Room temp was always over 82 F, no AC is available, so we openes window all night long every day. I even couldn't turn om Ondol. Then why did I pay for expensive room? Staffs are bad. They gave me wrong instruction firstly, second one asked me to understand for being without AC, and the last one asked me if I uses Ondol. I paied for Ondol room. I was so dissapointing.

Not what we expected
Our stay was ok. Nearly all staff could converse in English. We were surprised by the following - needing to pay 1000won for toothbrush w/ toothpaste, single ply toilet paper, wooden blinds installed outside the toilet window looking into the room which cannot be controlled by the person in the toilet. Lights leakage from toilet disturbs people sleeping next to the blinds and the thunderous toilet (think airplane toilet) which auto flushes after each use so it will probably wake up the entire world at night.

Overall the property is very nice and well-kept. Our room, while on the small side, had a stunning view of the water and was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Few speak English so communicating was tough. The breakfast buffet was very nice-plenty of options. I had 2 issues. First the check-in process was bizarre. I travel all over the world and never encountered this process. We arrived at 2:30 and were told check-in wasn’t until 3 pm. No problem. We left our bags and went to walk around the property. As we walked into the property staff ran after us and said no, we had to wait in the lobby until we were checked in. We said okay. They handed us a number and said we were number 21 and it would be about 90 minutes to 2 hours before they got to us. I asked if we could go to the pool in the meantime and they said no. At this point we had been traveling for 12 hours, were very tired and wanted to relax. I asked the registration associate if I was understanding correctly that we had to sit for 2 hours in the small lobby and wait to be called even though no staff were checking anyone in- he said yes. The hotel is beautiful and offers a lovely view from the room. The bedding was comfortable—I especially liked the sheets! The room was very clean, and I loved the L’Occitane brand in the bathroom amenities. The staff were also very friendly.

The hotel was very nice. It’s lacking restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner (there are no options in the immediate area) and it’s missing a spa. For an upscale hotel, one would expect a spa on the property.

Really love the property! The room was amazing and the staff were kind. Only issue I had is its location is so far from any of the beaches even with the ocean view and path - so if your not driving you definitely have to take a bus (15-20mins wait for my experience) or you rack up taxi rides just to get into the city even with how much cheaper they are then in Seoul. Also was still undergoing construction in some spots when I went so there was a weird noise starting at 8am. Food was incredible but very busy wait times for the buffet if you don’t go in the opening like I did. Pools are lovely and the hotel is extremely accommodating to children and family’s with adult only options as well. Would definitely come back again with family.

Stayed for four nights. Room was spacious. However, did not live upto the price point. AC was not working at all, complained multiple times to the staff, technician was called to look at, within a minute of checking the AC, said that \"This is and island and AC's temps cannot not be maintained well\". I was not satisfied by this answer, asked to switch rooms but staff declined. I booked a Premier Room with Ocean View. Not worth it at all. My friends who had regular room, still had ocean view and their AC was working well. Overall, my four nights was not satisfactory at all.

It's a beautiful ocean view hotel and very nice hotel cafe. Fantastic outdoor pool for any seasons. A lot of things to do nearby. I can highly recommend north of Jeju island.

A nice place for sure. Love the design. Could use better pool hour's. Didnt like the restrictions on pool access and splitting up times. Also it closed way to early. After a day exploreing the island id like to relax late at the pool but it closed at 10pm.

4성급이라고 해도 신라치고 굉장히 실망스러운 숙소입니다. 요즘 말로 밤티 그자체 숙소입니다 ^^

ホテルはとても綺麗です。フロントの方はとても親切でした。眺めの良いお部屋をリクエストしましたが、2階の何にも見えないお部屋でした。3人で予約しましたが、1人はお布団で薄いマットレスだった為、かなり体が痛くなりました。もうちょっとしっかりしたマットレスを用意して欲しいと思いました。

Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish!
The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.
