The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights.

A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained.

The check in process was relatively smooth. The only negative was the strong fragrance in the lobby. I must be sensitive to strong air fresheners but I think it was to mask cigarette smoke from the casino. We booked a suite with two king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was spacious and very clean. My family and I had a relaxing two nights there.

Room was clean but on a bit smaller side. When we try to exit the rear parking lot with a car, the gate would not open. Parking attendants were no help. I had to go inside front desk to open the gate remotely. This happened every time for two nights I stayed. This was very annoying enough that I would look for another hotel with better parking arrangements.

Great hotel and amenities! I just wish it had a pool and a dinner option because their lunch menu is excellent. They could improve on breakfast and add some more variety. The location is great if you don’t want to be at the beach. Shopping and restaurants are very close, workable distance. Mr. Cho Bae was one of the most amazing, kind and hard working people we ever met! Also Mr. Michael C. was very sweet, welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends or family.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We preferred to be in the city rather than down south. But that meant no beaches or oceean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and actually had a 3rd bedroom which we did not use bc it did not have an attached bathroom. The master was very spacious and had a large bathroom.
Breakfast buffet was pretty good, everyone in our group found something to eat. Plenty of parking if you rent car.
They seemed to cater to Chinese tour groups but it didn’t bother us. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby including the only official Jeju gift shop and a night market.

The hotel is located in a very good location with shops and restaurants close by. Everything was great till our last night there when the air conditioning became poor. During the entire summer night, the temperature in the room did not go below 29 degrees Celsius which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, I would have given a better rating.

This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed at ! Its super clean, the staff are super helpful. The foods are very good. They even offer a free shuttle going to the airport but we werent able to avail it coz our flight is around 9 am and their first shuttle bus leaves at 9:30 am. But overall experience is great !

I did forget a pair of glasses in my room, and they had located it and sent it to another hotel for me enroute with my vacation plans. I was very grateful for this. I was disappointed that the casino closed at 10 pm, we came back quite late on both nights and were not able to see it. I would recommend this hotel though.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Walking through the hallway and into our rooms, I smelled a little bit of smoke from the casino but after a while it was gone. Maybe it's just me. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly, the bed were comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet as we wanted to check out other dining places around the area.

I fully recommend staying at this hotel. It’s close to the airport, the rooms were clean, and the staff is top tier. Even though we were only there for one night, the bell service crew did their very best to help make our trip amazing. We ran into a few issues renting a car, and they helped translate for us. When the car fell through, they printed out a couple of attractions nearby that we could visit without us asking. It’s also a great location with fantastic restaurants right around the corner.
