We had a wonderful time. Felipa at the front desk was so kind. The chef made us the MOST fantastic food. The amenities were delightful and the hotel was super clean and nice. It smelled good too!

The hotel is located 20 mins from Nazare and 10mins from Alcobaca. Its a hidden gem in the mountains.

This property is not 6km from Nazare as stated and essentially is in the middle of nowhere. There are no restaurants anywhere near here and it's at least a 15 min drive from Nazare Beach, completely not what we expected. The rooms are extrenely dated and the bathroom has zero privacy (water closet with glass door you can see through). The grounds are very unkempt and aside from the nice infinity pool there was no outdoor appeal. We booked last minute that same morning as we had to change our plans to go to Porto due to the fires and when we got to the hotel we let them know we were disappointed in the location and room and preferred to cancel and not stay there. The answer was a resounding no because it was non-refundable, no wiggle room, no compromise, nothing. We even asked to cancel 2 of our 3 nights but they weren't accomodating whatsoever. Overall we just basically slept there because the location was very inconvenient to leave and go back multiple times a day. Wouldn't recommend unless you're going for a getaway and not planning to leave the properyy

Modern clean & great for a 1 night stay. We had a fabulous meal with accompaning local wines that we really enjoyed. The views from the hotel were disappointing but nothing som planting wouldn't fix. The staff were all very friendly and my only complaint would be that there was no iron in the room although there was plenty of room for one.

The energy of this hotel is so peaceful! It is so beautiful and the customer service was above and beyond. Every employee was incredibly kind and so welcoming. I truly did not want to leave here!! The view is breathtaking and the rooms are so modern and decorated to perfection. HIGHLY recommended!!

This hotel is situated in a rural area and is a short drive from the beach and promenade of Nazares. The location is secluded and there are no restaurants nearby except for the one located in the hotel. Overall, this was one of our top hotels during our 15 day Portugal trip. The service was excellent and the amenities included was great but the spa wellness area was dark and could use some decor as the main area. The one down size is the hot tub, it could use some cleaning. The outdoor pool was nice but was not heated, but the view made up for it. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and the bedsheets are clean and very soft. We had dinner at the restaurant and the service and food was good. Breakfast was beautifully set up with great selections. We would stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it for its cleanliness and the friendly service.

This hotel offers a very cool, modern vibe, loved the architecture and style. Very eco friendly with a tranquil environment. Its located in a rural setting overlooking fields, orchards, and vineyards. Very relaxing after our stay in busy city centers. It includes a great breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruits, and homemade bread. Short drive to Alcobaca for restaurants and monastery, and Nazare for beaches.

I can't recommend this Hotel enough, its a bit off the beaten track, but that in itself was a bonus if you just want complete tranquility. Apart from the odd dog barking, it was piece and quiet. The hotel was spotless and the Food was exceptional. Views around the Hotel just emphasized the piece and quiet. It was hot while I was there, but the outdoor pool was perfect to refresh in and relax next too.

Pleasant few days in a village setting. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room. Beyond walking distance from amenities so own transport is advisable. Food at the hotel restaurant is, however, fantastic - probably the best seasoned olives and best steak I have ever eaten.

This is a great hotel located not far from Alcobaca. The rooms are modern and the facilities are good, including the pool, sauna and restaurant.

Disappointed - the lands are poorly landscaped in fact much of the area onto which lower floor rooms face has not even been commenced - just weedy ploughed ground with a few seedling trees. Car park is vast expanse of white gravel - dusty. Privacy screens on verandahs inadequate and verandahs not shaded a problem especially in the afternoon for our room. Afternoon sun beat in on windows - room stifling when we checked in - nobody had cooled the room. Would be much worse in mid of summer - we were there in May. Pluses were a good gym and adequate pool and comfortable bed and good breakfast food but lousy coffee. No eateries in walking distance - so for lunch and dinner you eat at the hotel or drive. The rooms were clean but very modern and very very dark brown. Found the bathroom oppressive - so dark and a ridiculous glass door between toilet and bathroom compromises the small space. Room a good size but poor lighting in room. No useable desk or table in room for doing any work.

It was one of the most peaceful places we have stayed! The night we were there, there happened to be a wine tasting/food pairing event. It was wonderful! The food and wine were amazing!

- The room smelled liked someone had been smoking in it. We complained and asked to be moved but were told there were no spare rooms and our only option was to spray air freshener (not really an acceptable answer!)
- Pool was very cold - this was September so the pool had the whole summer to warm up - if the climate is not such that the pool gets warm by the end of summer the hotel may want to consider heating it. As it stands it will be freezing for most of the year.
Overall though it was a great hotel and I would recommend

Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Der Duschkopf kaputt die Halterung locker und viel zu hoch. Außerdem an der falschen Seite angebracht dadurch ist das Wasser aus der Dusche auf den Boden vor dem Waschbecken gelaufen. Am Waschbecken war der Wasserhahn nicht richtig fest und das Wasser stand immer um das Waschbecken herum. Wir haben da immer geputzt. Die Silikonfugen waren kaputt oder schimmelig. Der Pool war dreckig, kalt und viele Fliesen kaputt oder nicht mehr vorhanden. Was zu Verletzungen führen kann.
Das Frühstück war soweit okay. Allerdings waren die Backwaren sehr trocken als wären diese nicht frisch gewesen.
Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich da mehr.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Das Ambiente ist stilvoll, die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns das köstliche Frühstück, der traumhafte Ausblick, der gepflegte Poolbereich und die wohltuende Ruhe. Auch an die kleinen Details wurde gedacht: genügend Parkplätze und sogar Yogamatten im Zimmer.
Ein echtes Highlight war für uns der Check-out: Zum Abschied erhielten wir liebevoll verpackte kleine Kekse – so etwas haben wir auf unseren vielen Reisen tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Eine wunderbare Idee und ein schöner letzter Eindruck!
