For the price we paid, we really don't have any complaints. Overall the property is older and not so well maintained. The lobby features are broken, the buttons on the lift are missing, and the TV only has 3 working channels. No teaspoon provided in the room either. But the staff are friendly and try to help as much as they can. I got the hotel because it came with a gym. The gym is very comprehensive but it didn't belong to the hotel. It was a private gym. So every time you want to go to the gym, you will need to go to the lobby and one of the staff will come with you to the gym to sign you in. Kind of a hassle.

Not very accessible with a car so we had to get a grab everywhere we went. Unlikely that we would go back to the hotel.

Air con barely working. White bed linen had yellow stains on it. Room was not made up and toiletries not replenished despite asking. Stains on the wall! Basically very tired looking
Would say it is ok for a one night stay if you only want somewhere to lay your head

Very Bad Experience, Avoid At All Costs!

Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park after a late night out. For aircon control, only temperature can be set, but you are barred from controlling the fan speed. Reception only works till 11pm and getting good service from the front desk is non-existent. Google Maps also led me on a route that doesn't connect to the hotel, which led me on a very long return route while paying tolls twice!

Car park a bit run down and not clear signage indicate to hotel lobby. 3 elevator but just 1 of them working, we took 15 mins to go down from level 17.

My stay was awesome, however need for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom. I kindly suggest the hotel to us stronger detergents that have nice fragrances so that the bathroom has a nice scent. Cause when we first moved in the bathroom was clean okay but just didn't have a pleasant smell.

Housekeeping was disappointing , room was not cleaned till very late in the afternoon and even then was done poorly , bathroom was not cleaned and toiletries not replenished . Housekeeping staff are not conversant in English . TV had bad reception with grainy pictures but no effort was made by technical staff to rectify it . Counter staff at reception could be more courteous and service oriented.

The place has nice ambience and peaceful. Easy to get around as places like The Curve and IKEA are quite nearby. You can find your way by foot. Lots of food nearby the hotel vicinity.
The one thing I would like to see improvement is the reception area in the lobby. I wish the hotel put up a more uptodate interior design.

Qliq Damansara - not recommended

We have reserved a room for 3 but the room came with everything for 2 persons, like the towels and shampoo. There are no toothbrush given. The room are small and the sound insulation of this hotel are terrible, you can hear traffic, construction nearby and of your neighbors!! The hotel do not pay anything for your parking and the parking is prohibitively expensive!

nice modern hotel on the outside and reception area, room was clean on arrival but was never cleaned properly during my 10 nights here, corridor outside also had bad damp on the walls. Excellent gym if your into that, pool was also good but unfortunately only open 1 day due to a broken window - we were constantly told it was being fixed 'tomorrow' but never was! breakfast was ok, small choice but adequate, there is a Starbucks in the hotel so that was a bonus, wifi is also good throughout the hotel and there a few bars and restaurants very close by with lots of choice

The location of the hotel is situated between a strip mall and major malls in the area. At the ground level area, you will find many exotic cafes and restaurants. As for the rooms, they are clean and new. The Wi-Fi speed however, was slower compared to other hotels. Also if you have a Google Chromecast, Roku or any HDMI stick, it won't work because the HDMI port on the TV is disabled.

Stayed for a conference. Room was large and comfortable. The only main issue was not enough lifts for when busy, Could wait 20 minutes to get one. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment there. Food at the symposium was excellent though.

Upon arrival, tables and chairs had stains, floors were covered in dust and shoe prints.
During the stay, all housekeeping did was tidy bed and changed bins liners. I thought they would've at least mopped the floor or wipe down tables. I always tidy up before I left for the day so my things were not in their way when they came for cleaning. Yet they would miss the dirty spots. Attention to detail definitely needs work. Icing on the cake are the insects in the room, baby roaches, ants and mosquitoes - what's next? Bed bugs?

Great and helpful staff and awesome hotel with stunning city views.Has also some nice F&B right next to it and a top equiped AnyTime Gym which hotel guets are allowed to use.All in all a very nice Hotel to stay!
But you have to get a cab to get in and out as there is no MRT/LRT in walking distance..

Nice Hotel to Shopping Malls

I really enjoyed my stay in KL as I was able to gain access to shopping malls like 1Utama & The Curve and it was easy for my friends to come pick me up. There is 10% discount for all hotel guest at the Starbucks Cafe which is located at the same level as the lobby. Convenience shop is open 24hrs with almost whatever we need in the shop.

Breakfast for 35RM/guest was so bad. Food was not nice and choices are very very limited. Feedback given to the hotel staff and was told that a lot of guests was upset about it too. Was shocked to here that and was told that it was not from the hotel breakfast. It is from the club/pub breakfast itself. Staff should have informed about it.

Unpleasant encountered! Our room door was found unlocked! Left hotel at 10am ,returned at 9pm. Shocked to see the door was not close properly.demand an explanation from desk , explanation given was not acceptable though manager apologized for an act of negligence. We still feel very unsafe.an act of irresponsibility by housekeeping staff. Fortunately there is no lost items but still unacceptable ! What if we really lost our valuable things in our room ! Who is responsible for the loss?

Hotel parking and lift need improvement.

Stayed 7 nights. On arrival having difficulties to locate hotel parking. Has to go through 2 boom gates to the parking. Hotel lift has no security feature, as anyone can go to room level from parking level. 2 lifts out of 3 were having problem on one of the night and luckily it was fixed when we went out the next morning. Security guard at hotel parking only work day shift. Apart from that the location was great and room was good.

Good hotel but not central!

THe staff were the best part of this hotel. they could not do enough to help You.
Positives - great bed and shower so good sleep and rested well. Plenty of resaturants 100 metres away and a starbucks and 7 11 in the hotel. They use Grab car which is an UBER equivalent and much cheaper than taxis.
I had a club room which was a little small and very bare. It looked modern but I hate livng out of a suitcase and when I arrive I like to unpack! There is no wardrobe and there are no draws. The room is ultra modern but has not any feel.
THe club room for drinks is also just a few chairs and a lounge with no real personal service with a help yourself drink fridge. So overall happy with the price and quality but a few things dissapointed me which I believe are a must for any hotel.
